If I could give a 0 I would. They stated if they couldn't groom my dog they wouldn't. But no the lady Nancy butchered her ! My ShihTzu looks like a rat! Then when she was told I'd be upset she shrugged her shoulders and said as long as she doesn't give us a bad review I don't care! OMG. Pix before and after

Had our 2 dogs groomed here today,they look great, staff were very friendly and professional, pricing was very reasonable the facility was clean and tidy, we will most definitely be returning for future grooming, both dogs were relaxed and settled when we arrived to pick them up so they obviously felt comfortable there which is very important.I highly recommend this facility for your dog grooming needs .

Took my puppy to get groomed for the first time ever and they worked so well with her to make sure she was comfortable. Her cut turned out so cute ! They are reasonably priced and get your dog groomed in a timely manner. We will definitely be repeating clients !

Very lovely ladies who obviously love animals. I get my small breed dogs nails trimmed there and they have been nothing but sweet to her. I have frequently seen large breed dogs there so I'm sure they service those as well. I have also seen grooming of a long haired breed. I would recommend.

I love this grooming salon, I won't take my dogs anywhere else. They always will fit you in, making it convenient with your schedule. They do a great job on my Yorkie and Pom, who look and smell great when I pick them up. Kashi and Kuma are always excited to get pampered and see Nancy and Jessica!

My dog was boarded there for 8 days and they took great care of her. They sent me pictures and updates and that made me feel happy to see my puppy!! There is someone that stays the night and that made me more comfortable!! Very nice place!!!🐾🐾

We took our Bernedoodle in to get trimmed and they butchered him there are spots shaved that you can see his skin. My husband is too nice I would not have paid for this. The lady even said not the best but next time it wont be so bad. THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME. She said his neck was matted but she didnt even blend in the hair it is blotchy all over.

.My dog is very timid around people and other dogs because of living in a shelter for so long but he loves this place. They do a great job cleaning and deshedding him and trimming his nails. He looks so cute afterwards.

If you don't love your pet, take it here, owner is rude, doesn't do what you ask for, let's animals run free,does shoddy work,at best,I called to complain about service and she called police on me,,REAL PROFESSIONAL!!! Burnt my dogs paws,and anus!!! That's my baby fool!! I will persue court proceedings since you can't even apologise, see you in court!!!
