I first want to say thank you, Kelley, for a delightful experience every time I come and see you. I appreciate the excellent customer service because you can't find it much these days, unfortunately. This place, by far, is one of the best head shops that I have experienced!! They offer a large variety of products and are very knowledgeable too. Mr.Nice Guy's in Alton is a great store. I have only good things to say about it, such as the friendly staff, unbeatable prices on quality products, and the variety of products as well. I have been to the Alton, Illinois, location 3 times in the past two months to get the best magnetic rolling trays with a lid.I have tried many different brands of trays and lids and Mr. Nice Guy's is the only place that carries a very sturdy lid. Unfortunately, those trays and lids are all Rick and Morty and I'm not a fan of the show, nor have I seen it. My point here is I wish other brands would step up their game and make quality lids. I'd rather have the best of the best and not knock it because of the TV Show/Artwork. (Which isn't bad).Also, the shop manager, Chelsea, was very patient with me while I looked through many products and waited to show me something that I have never seen before. I could tell she was paying attention to my style because what she had presented me was right up my alley. How unique it was, the colors, and the functionality is what I was interested in and looking for. At my first glance I thought to myself, "this is going to be really expensive." It wasn't really expensive and I instantly bought it. I highly recommend this place!

Awesome knowledgeable staff. Today was my first visit and I had a lot of questions about Delta 8. They explained everything very well. And I am not disappointed in the least. They are also dog friendly and gave mine a few treats. My only regret is not remembering the names of the 2 ladies that help me! Will definitely be a repeat customer

The first time I visited back in 2020 I was assisted by Jasmine, who was incredibly patient with me and knowledgeable about the different product ranges and options they carry. Furthermore, when I asked a specific question that she wasn't positive about, she grabbed her notebook from product training to double check that she was giving me accurate information. Now that impressed me, because not only is the employee training thorough enough that she had answers to my *very* detailed questions, but she was conscientious enough to make certain that what she told me was correct. I take several medications, and I use CBD for pain management, so it meant a lot to have someone I'd just met care enough to help me make the most informed decision I possibly could for my own health. Every employee I've met and talked with here since then has been just as awesome as the last, and they're more than willing to take the time to help me find exactly what I'm looking for. I love it here, and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

This place is amazing, a lot of cool stuff to look at. The best thing about the store was Cheyenne tho. Immediately she started helping my brother and I as we observed the store. The kicker is all the information and versatility she provided when answering my questions. I could tell she has an invaluable diligence worthy of acknowledgment. Definitely looking forward to coming here again.

Would like to start by thanking the Mr. Nice Guy Alton location for such a quality selection at such an affordable price. I would really like to recognize Cheyenne though, for going above and beyond to make sure i found exactly what i was looking for. She is so knowledgeable about all the different products and their intended uses. I got an entire lesson in the short amount of time i was in the store. I thought for sure she was a manager, by how informed she is and how she goes that extra mile to make sure her customers are not only satisfied, but educated about their purchases as well. It would delight me to see her in an actual management position there.I couldnt have asked for better customer service, truly. I will be back. Thanks Mr. NICE GUY('s &gals) 😎

This place is great! I love the Alton location. There is a nice, tall woman with long brown hair. I don't remember her name; but, she was really friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain a lot of things to me and was very aware of practicing COVID precautions. She was wearing a pink and blue bracelet. I appreciated, not only the nice selection, but, the helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Visited the Mr. Nice Guy in Alton today for the first time looking for some confection crafting equipment. The staff is incredibly personable, informative and they keep the store spotless. Jen, the employee who took care of me, helped me find exactly what I was looking for with the quickness. She also has a fantastic telephone voice. Great experience, 10/10 will visit again
