Absolutely terrible. I usually enjoy come here and get amazing service but this time was terrible. My sister and I asked a man named David for a simple order, Two Drinks, one Root Beer with vanilla and the other Diet Pepsi with extra ice. Not only did he give my sister and I the wrong drinks, he took about 9-10 minutes to bring them. We also got two things of ice cream which he did not give us the price for even though we asked. We were also getting yelled at by another customer behind us for taking so long. Terrible service and I will not be coming back

My favorite place to get a fountain soda! They are always so nice here, and I love that I don't have to leave my car! Don't forget to tip, these guys work too hard to not get a tip, so don't be one of those people, at least give them your change. I always try to give at least 2 dollars. You can still tip if you pay with a card too. Just make sure to tell them ahead of time that you want to tip. Enjoy your in car experience!!

This is the worse Hit n Run in the area. It takes them 20 min to get a fountain soda. It shouldn’t take that long to get a soda. The workers are so slow they either don’t give a care that they are supposed to be serving people or they need to hire more help. Please hurry up and open State St back up. I hate coming to Washington ave hit n run.

I never been here before today. They have a drive through and in store shopping. I wanted a fountain drink so I got wild cherry Pepsi. I was very impressed with the different types of drink. The floor was freshly mopped and it smelled really good.

As I sat in my car, being the first car , the worker (a white gentleman) came out of the store and went to the car behind me. I watched as he and the lady in the car talked. He went back in the store and filled her order. The whole time I am setting there waiting on service. He brought her order out and went on to the next car. Again he talked with them and went back in the store, only this time he and another worker came out. He said something to her and she turned to me and asked if I had been helped, I replied no. At this time I question the fact that he came out and went to the second car,she replied maybe he thought you had already been waited on. I replied I come here almost everyday, and everyone else always ask “have you been helped”. He didn’t he looked at me and went to not only the second car but also the third one also. Could it be because I am a black female or what was the problem.

It's the worse service I've ever hadI had to wait over 20 mins to have my soda replaced bc they messed it up yesterday. The carhop was very rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER be returning to this store, and I'm telling all that I know not to go either.

Amazing service , once while awaiting for my drink I happend to stool all over in my truck can, once my beverage had arrive one of the women working saw my situation , after she had comprehend with what was happening she politely asked if I was feeling well , I answers yes and she had taken her own money from her tips and paid for my drink , after my plan had successfully worked I realized how well of a job they do there

I think it's hilarious that people sit in their cars and wait for someone to bring out a fountain soda. That being said hit n run does a good job at it.
