Loads of fishing tackle. Very large selection of rods and reels. Hundreds of softbaits and other lures. Good selection of lead weights that chain department stores don't have. Seen at least four different live baits available including goldfish. Also had some thing I have not seen in very long time, trapping supplies.

The archery staff is professional they are knowledgeable about Al things archery and will coach you on proper stance, configure your bow to your needs while explaining how it works they know all types of bows the shop sells everything and price is unmatched it’s similar to going cabellas I think but the range is bigger and I think they have some other products too. Shoot safely

I've been looking to buy my first compound bow for weeks. I tried messaging a prominent archery guru on the Internet. No response. The archery shop closest to me didn't seem to have the time to spend with someone, who didn't know anything about compound bows. Yesterday, I drove up to Bluff City Outdoors to check out their new archery center, and met Jeff. That changed everything. He didn't carry the PSE bows I was looking for, but showed me two Hoyt bows in the same price range, and a Bear that was much cheaper. He took the time to adjust two different bows to find the best pull weight for me. I spent at least an hour there listening and learning from Jeff, who obviously has a lot of experience, and made me feel very comfortable and welcome as a new learner. I bought one of the Hoyt bows. Bluff City Outdoors won the sale because Jeff had a lot of experience he was willing to share. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed in a compound bow, and feel confident with my purchase.

Nicely stocked! Looks are deceiving with this small town gem of a store.We found all we needed at prices at our better than many of the big box stores. Tons of specialty equipment plus live baits.Allow some extra time to chat with the owner at check out. There's a wealth of knowledge there

Placed small order January 2nd. January 3rd spoke to owner by phone to confirm order. Sent 3 emails check on status. Received no correspondence from business. Eleven days later called again. Spoke to someone, said they no longer carry that product. Might I say, very poor customer service experience. They could have responded or answered my emails.First time to order here and my last. Not recommended.

I went out of my way to go find live bait and found this business on Google. At the time of purchasing the live bait, I told the gentleman behind the counter that we were glad we were able to find him because there were no places in Grafton to buy minnows. He didn't even acknowledge what I said. I paid for the minnows and he didn't even thank me for coming to their business or making the purchase in the first place. I'm all about keeping the little guys in business but only when they appreciate their customers. I won't be back!

Awesome, knowledgeable, staff. They'll sell you the right product everytime, but aren't after your wallet. Great quality live bait. The only thing that beats their customer service is their prices. Cheapest place to buy Catfish sinkers.

I read reviews about customers having good luck in the store so I thought I would place an online order. After placing my order I called to see when the order would be processed. When I called the gentleman that answered said he didn’t deal with anything online and to call back in 2 days. Two days later I called back and asked again about my order. The female that answered said she would call me back later that day. I never received a call back from her. The next day I called once again to ask about my order and was told I couldn’t be helped because the employee that does the online orders was out. At this point I have asked them to cancel my order. Every time I have called this business they made me feel like I was annoying and they were too busy to deal with my question. My experience with this business is extremely poor customer service with trying to make a purchase online. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Good selection of baits. Out of 10 people in the store only one wearing a mask was me. The owner wasn't even wearing one. He said it was a hoax. Don't believe they are wiping down things. I won't be back.

Everything overpriced, new fishing line was 35dollars. Good selection of bait, alot of different weights but those where all overpriced in my opinion. I'll be order new fishing pole from amzon because it's half the price.

Do NOT order online from these people. Made an order on 11/15 and got an immediate confirmation. Waited,waited, waited......,nothing. I called them on 11/23 and a female answered. I started to explain my problem when she told me I would have to wait and she would look it up. Phone went silent. I stayed on the phone for 15 minutes before I ended the call. Mickey Mouse operation,don’t waste your time!Evidently the owner monitors reviews because he said he said he returned my call. Total lie. I’ve no record of phone call,no messages on any of my phones. I’ve called the credit card company with a heads up,and if you’re monitoring this post since I again called you ,no answer,cancel my order. What website says “ in stock “ but because their inventory is not tied to a computer don’t have a clue if they have it or not! MickeyMouse, Buyer beware!
