Davey and I love coming to Petco where I know he is treated with patience and care. They always remember my dog and I appreciate that. I have seen Jade and Stacy and they both are very kind and do a beautiful job grooming my Morkie. Plus, Maya is terrific up front with customer service. They all are very caring about your pet!

Took my yorkie in and asked for her body to be cut short but just trim the top so she could stilk have the pony tail on the top of her head. Went to pick her up and ALL of her was shaved and her ears are so uneven. Why ask what you want if they aren't going to listen anyway.

I made a appointment for mu dos for shower and ears and teeth cleaned as well as nails trim and deshedding and the dog come back with so much hair I have a husky and no deshedding was done.

The ladies in grooming are fun loving dog and people lovers. I was at the groomer July 4th at 9:00 am. The ladies are always friendly and strive to please the customer. I can’t say enough wonderful comments about the staff at the Algonquin Grooming store. They should be commended for their customer care and the assistance they provide. Also, thrilled that Rose is coming back to grooming!

Very nice and professional. My appointment for my puppy was at 1pm and he was brought in on time. His appointment lasted about an hour which is how long they said it would be. He was clean and groomed well. Will be back. One thing is that he wasnt given a bbandana. Are those still being offered?

Stacie is very knowledgeable and friendly. My cat never struggles during nail trimming and is never hurt. The whole thing takes 2 minutes, and then we are ready to go home and play.

I had used PetCo once before and was extremely disappointed in the service of the ladies grooming my pets. This time groomers shared their names with me and treated my pets like I their friends. I was very impressed with the new staff.

I've been trying to get my cat's nails trimmed for the last couple weeks. I left several messages since nobody answers the phone. I talked to somebody and unfortunately I did not get her name but she said they would get back to me as they were behind. That was two weeks ago. Horrible customer service.

My poor dog came out so uneven. She had portions that you could see they missed with the clippers. Unfortunately I paid and tipped before I saw her. They were very sweet but gave my poor dog a terrible cut.
