I was in a very difficult situation due to a recent fire that occurred at 3am. We were not allowed to take anything during the evacuation as well as once the fire was put out. Thankfully, my bunny Iris was rescued by the Fire fighters!!! All of Iris's food, cage, bedding, hay,p discoutreats,anyn toys, EVERYTHING had been lost! Petco Algonquin stepped up to the challenge! Moreen, the store Manager was absolutely awesome, was clearly concerned about the well-being of my bunny, was creative, professional, and competent in her ability to help! She found coupons, tracked down my points, and reduced whatever she could to help! Thank you, so much, Petco Algonquin and a special thanks to Moreen! Your kindness is appreciated and will not need forgotten. ♥️
