This particular Walmart is a bit smaller than others ,but it is cleaner and well kept. It is also well organized, and the employees are helpful and kind. I had to get dog food on this trip to the store. They didn't have the 45 pound bag that I needed, but I was able to get two 16 pound bags instead which works as well.

The staff are VERY helpful and courteous. The selection they have is adequate for basic needs.I debated whether to give 2 or 3 stars because they do not have a meat department or a produce department, that and the fact that they do have a pharmacy.

I moved here about a year ago and this is the only Walmart I will go to. The employees are very friendly and I have always received great customer service. I have not experienced that at other Walmart stores. The employees here really make the difference. We also use the pharmacy at this location as well and I am always impressed. They are very fast and make sure you understand what medications you are taking.

I really do like shopping @ this store, except for the people that follow me around everytime I go here and follow me everywhere that I go all throughout my travels. The least they could do is offer to purchase a meal for my wife and I occasionally. We both really like chicken sandwiches, or burgers.

Fine place, mostly really nice people, couple cashiers that really need to retire and stop being a hateful drag on everyone.No hi, No how are you doing? just finger tapping and frowning.complete silence, finished with saying your total in an almost sarcastic way. no thank you afterwards, just look at the ceiling, tapping their fingers.For the 3rd time now, they've forgotten a bag of mine. I know i could check myself, but i got alot of bags, and you'd think the bagger would notice.The last 2 times i had no prob picking it back up, but after the 3rd time within 2 months, im not just going to hop back in my car and drive back 20 minutes for their mistake. i've lost around 80$ now, and very convenient things i needed.

This has always been my Walmart store of choice for many years, and have never had a bad experience with customer service before. Staff is usually very friendly, except today.. My wife had came in earlier on my way back to town to grab about $20 worth of groceries. The card reader was malfunctioning when it came time to pay. The associate at the register told her that the store had just recently gotten new card readers, and that EBT cards had a hard time going through- which was fine but... When the associate called for assistance from the customer service desk, the gal up at the customer service desk visibly rolled her eyes and sighed disrespectfully to my wife. Obviously the customer service desk associate didn’t want to help assist her since it was too much trouble. She just ended up paying with our credit card. Now I may not be a Walmart expert, but someone with that particular of a disrespectful attitude should NOT be up working at a desk that requires customer respect. Hope to give this store a chance in the future.

Nice organized store and the pharmacy has a very friendly staff just wish when their really busy that they would add a few more cashier to make things go easier and quicker. They have quite a few self check outs but you can wait in long lines when their busy!!

The associates are all very nice except for the short older grey headed lady that mostly works at the tobacco isle I can't remember if it's register 8 or 9 but she's a very rude lady especially to younger shoppers. I have disabilities and I've had 5 back surgeries so far and even if I use one of the electric scooters, I always go to the service desk to checkout, either the cashier or a stock person will come and help me get my stuff on the counter and sometimes if their not really busy the manager will have one of the associates walk around with me to get the merchandise I need and put it in the scooter for me then when we get to the register they help to unload and then reload after bagging so it doesn't hurt my back worse than it already is.

This place never changes! The cashiers don't pay attention and then you waste more time at the service desk telling the kid, NO, I don't want a gift card back for the cash you just took from me because I was overcharged and you didn't catch your mistake before I got my receipt. It's a good thing I look at my receipt closely. I only shop at a Walmart once or twice a year due to their poor performance and it's usually because I'm lazy and don't want to drive 45 minutes but I need something that can't wait a few days. Everytime I shop at this store I have an issue. I have learned my lesson, I will give my business to dollar general and target, they care about getting it right the first time.

Have never had a problem here, always nice and fabulous customer service, and they have gotten busy but still fast 💕 I only wish they had a bakery! Been going here since 2019

I totally love Walmart, no matter what I'm looking for I never have a problem finding it. And tha employees well they are so wonderful, there happy to help and they smile all the time. I don't know what I would do without that store..Thank you Walmart..

Don't get the 5 gallon jugs of water! Store charges a deposit for the bottles then won't give the deposit back when you return bottles and have completed the service! That's theft! Deposit is to ensure the empty is returned!

I called them beforehand. I asked if a mask was required. I was informed they highly recommend wearing a mask but they did not tell me I was required to wear one.I arrived at Walmart and was going through the foyer and I was chastised because I didn't have a mask on.If wearing a mask is the law or required, fine but if it's a choice then don't reprimand me for not wearing a mask.It's highly unlikely I will ever darken the doors of this Walmart again. Had I known this was going to happen, I would not have gone to Walmart in Aledo, I'd have gone elsewhere.

Smaller than most Walmarts, hasn't been updated yet it seems but incredibly helpful and kind employees ! We had an online pickup but arrived early, it was already ready and the woman who does online orders helped us get it in our cart, she was super nice

Service is outstanding cashier was tremendous. Homemade dissatisfaction was they do not carry cranberry pineapple. Because of that I have to go to Galesburg which is morality in Destiny approximately 33 to 36 Mi trip one way.

My husband and I visited the Walmart in Moline, IL. They must sales but it was packed to where you cant move anywhere on 31st of October.You suppose to stay safe, mask was worn on employees and customers but too many at the hour we was there.

One of the most popular places in Aledo! You can usually find a short line... Polite and fast service. Run like a old time general store where employees get to know their customers but with the many choices that you expect from a Walmart. Family-friendly. Not as much food as the local grocery store but has a nice selection and is very convenient!

10 people in line with only one register open. Two people with yellow vests on,but neither made an attempt to open another register to make things go faster. Same thing, just a different day. Time to go to target!!
