Dr. Joy and his staff are exceptional!!! We had to put our dog to sleep today. They were all so supportive and understanding. They let us have as much time as we needed to say our good-byes. I would like to say they were very professional, which they were. But their professionalism was diminished with their kindness. They sincerely cared about our dog and us. I can't say enough good things about them.

BEST VET I’ve ever been to. They saved my Lailah after I thought she wouldn’t recover, continuously check in on the rest of my furbabies and no matter how busy they are they make time for you. They are great on communication and accommodation and have love for what they do and their pet community and it shows. I’ll never take my pets anywhere else—like ever. Thank you Dr. Joy + team. ❤️

Dr. Joy and his staff are the best! They not only worked me in on a very busy day, they stayed after they closed to do surgery on my kitty. They have always been kind and compassionate to her and me. Dr. Joy is very good about keeping you informed about what he is doing and always calls to check with me before he does a test or procedure. Couldn't ask for better people to care for your pet.

Dr. Joy is very caring to the pets and also to the pet owners. He takes the time to listen to concerns and to explain until he is sure you understand. He works to keep the expense as low as possible while still providing the best care possible. We have moved from Aledo to Milan but still travel back for veterinary care because Dr Joy is worth the trip.

This may be a little long but worth reading.I have used All Animal Health Care on two occasions and they are just awesome. The first time I thought my dog, Shelby, was congested. I took her in and Dr. Joy said he could find nothing. They called me the next day to see how she was doing. I could not believe it.The second time I took Shelby in because I thought she was constipated as she had not had a BM for four days. I had given her 100% pure Pumpkin on days three and four. Shelby was 16 years old. Dr. Joy called me about 485 minutes later and said she had a large tumor pressing on her Abdomen, Colon and starting to press on her Lower Spine.. He gave me the options and I decided with her age not to put her through surgery.Dr. Joy and his staff were just awesome with the compassion, empathy and caring for Shelby and me. I was even allowed as much time as I needed to be with her and comfort her.
