I'm through Albion several times a day I zigzag my appointments because this store has the cleanest bathrooms and the staff is very nice. Always welcoming when you enter. I've never had anything that wasn't delicious from the kitchen. Only 1 time I got an out of date prepackaged donut but that was my bad. I should have looked at the dates.Staff fixed it with apologies, and were able to get one fresher.We won't stop at any other place for the convenience it's worth waiting another few miles.

This place just like every other gas station if you're not an awards member you have to pay extra alongside the fact that I was recently into purchase gas and instead of getting my gas they tell me my card did not go through I did not get my fuel and probably will not get my money back as well I give this place zero Stars will not be returning

The staff at Casey’s are always so friendly and helpful! They can always make me smile! The pizza is extremely good and the atmosphere always welcoming!!! The facility is always clean and a lot of choices of fresh salad and cold sandwiches as well as great pizzas and I can’t forget the cookies and donuts!!! Top notch place!!!

I would like to know why they keep a drunk worker there and fire my pregnant fiancé when she had a doctors note even telling the manager she didn’t need to miss all those days just the one night she had been given medicine by a doctor. After saying that Shaun then proceeds to tell her they no longer need her services due to commuting to work over a doctors note. Tell me do you really think you should have someone like that as your company’s manager I’m filing a major complaint if it doesn’t get resolved truly and soon I’m filing for a lawsuit against your company due to your capabilities of following the establishment policies. Taking money from someone’s family just to allow someone that doesn’t even care by getting drunk and clocking in is far beyond what you could possibly due as a company.

If I could give less than one I would. I went in to get a sub sandwich. The glass protector was dirty and couldn't really see the items. When I told the girl that it was dirty and I asked if she could tell me what an item was she literally said "Subway is just down the street, go there." I told her to clean so we can SEE THE FOOD. Don't even bother. Customer service is HORRIBLE!

So I don't normally do things like this but there is a particular business I am boycotting third time they've done me wrong and I feel it's Facebook worthy. To make you all aware Casey's in Albion latest episode last night I ordered a pizza about 6 p.m. told them I wanted it ready for 3 a.m. I paid for said Pizza upon ordering when I went back at 3 a.m. the pizza was sitting out getting cold not boxed up. there is nobody to wait on me when I finally did get it they said I need to pay for it I replied I have paid for when I order well that's not what our receipt shows says the cashier. I left anyways knowing that I had paid. A young guys comes out the door after me and all but demanded that I come back in and pay for this pizza so I go back in and I said I have paid for this pizza ( I foolishly didn't take my receipt with me I didn't think there would be a problem) no you didn't was reply yes I did I said fourtanly I did have my phone so I pulled up my bank online and show them where it had been debited well that's not what our receipt shows. Said the cashier I said it came out of my account I am not paying for it again. Well just take it then says the girl I said I intend to I paid for it. well can I have your name and number in case my ask me about it said cashier. I said you most certainly can have my name and number and I proceeded to give it to her after which I most definitely told her in fact I will be speaking to your boss in the morning this is the third time Casey's in Albion has done me wrong I will not be going back. Oh yes I intend to take their feedback survey as well which is something I don't do.

Horrible service ordered fresh cookies said be ready in 20 minutes so waited went to get them they tried giving me cold ones off the shelf after ordering fresh and waiting 20 freaking minutes isn't first time for horrible service either now I remember why I stopped going

This place is absolutely horrible. Jennifer is unbelievabley rude and yells at paying coustomers the so called manager can't keep her employee's under the control. When you come in late everybody is sitting outside smoking and you have to wait 5 minutes to get help, which is very inconvenient when your on a 30 min lunch break.

This store is under poor management I see why the former store manager left the assistant manager is very rude my wife goes in for doughnuts and the pickings are very slim and Brandi was running the register when my wife goes in and pulls a staff member from the kitchen to ring her ur all because I worked there at one time and she trys to accuse me of something because she don't like how blunt I am but the service over all is very poor and I don't recommend going there any more the food is stail and has been in the warmer for more than an hour

This place is a joke, no management to make sure customers are taking care of, hardly any coffee made, and no food in warmers when I and other factory workers walk over for lunch. young kids are working there and too busy talking or playing on their phones,I use to spend $100 to $200 a week their, but not no more, took my business else where
