I didn't stay in a room. I found the casino clean and fresh despite the smoking allowed. More machines were paying out. My sister and I lunched at the Asian Dining room. We loved the design of this room. We felt we were out in a wooded forest. There was a huge screen featuring a flowing stream. Food was a little pricy but worth it. Very friendly service too.

I really do like this place, moreso when I win! The mountain lodge rooms are nothing special and definitely in need of updating. The casino itself is nice and clean with a wide variety of slots. It would be nice if the high limit area was open to all rather than by being a VIP status or needing an invite from a host. I can't say that I have really had a bad experience with the food. Mostly when there we will eat at the Red Tail or the Huckleberry Deli. My only complaint ever was one time I got a BLT from the Deli and the bacon was way overcooked.

Rooms- Furniture gave it a outdoorsy look. Not set up for business as there is only one plug in under the table. No plug ins near the bed for chargers either. I get it after all it's a casino you're not supposed to be in your room.Bed- Nothing great, nor bad.Shower- Needs more pressure. Bathroom was laid out nice with separate room for shower/toilet and sink.Service- Great staff! On multiple occasions the staff greeted us with pleasantries. Best thing about the stay.Location- Out in the middle of nowhere. But it's a stand alone casino/hotel so it's not meant to be downtown CDA.Red Nail- Good food and reasonably priced.I travel for business and took a chance on this one considering it is a casino. The Casino gave me a nice change of venue and if priced as it was in the future I would stay again.

I did not have a good experience I scheduled this as fun event. But was approached by non English speaking jerks that showed me on their phone that “I want to lay down with you”. I contacted the front desk that said unless they caught it on tape nothing they could do. I’m disgusted, don’t feel safe and won’t return.Safety: I absolutely did not feel safe. was there solo and approached by creeps that didn’t speak English and said, well one of them after saying “how are you?” Then said on his phone “I want to lay down with you”. Disgusting!!I Reported it to front desk that could do nothing!!!!!!!!!!! I will not be back! Nothing done to make me feel safe!!

It’s not terrible, but it’s not good. Most of the staff is nice besides the bartender.. waited in line as the only one as 3 workers sat there talking. I eventually just interrupted and asked for a beer and the dude throws my card and receipt and walks away. What a joke of service. Rooms aren’t terrible but very outdated and dusty. Machines are decent however your free play money is very limited to what machines you can use.

First time there! It was alright, kinda out in the middle of nowhere, 26 miles from town! If all you're there for is gambling then that's fine! Food options are limited we went to have dinner there and was told it was a hour and half wait, when there were empty tables in plain sight! Told group in front of us same thing! It was just two of us! It's beautiful out there but next time we'll stay in Coeur d'Alene and drive out there! More to see and do in town and food options!

I can't really recommend this place. I have a sensitive nose, so the cigarette smoke indoors is a massive turnoff for me. Aside from that, pretty much every person I saw looked like they were the stereotypical redneck, like from a comedy movie or something. While that isn't normally a bad thing, in this case the atmosphere was unfriendly and generally upset. It's clear that people were spending their savings and not winning much. The food was also a let down. The side cafes had a very limited selection of fast food options. The restaurant area had a nice looking menu, but the food was fairly over priced for the quality. Flavors were decent, but I wouldn't eat there again. As casinos go, this one did not impress me.

Huckleberries is a disaster. Tried a number of times over multiple stays. Order is never correct. Lines are long. Very dysfunctional.Redwing food is pretty good. This was our second time trying the buffet. Food is cold. Both times.I only come here because my wife likes to play bingo.Bottom line, bring an RV and your own food.

Cool place. Nice golf course, good restaurants, all the gambling you would ever need, a gift shop that you can buy "discounted" tobacco as well as a gas station, basically at the entrance of the casino parking lot, with cheaper fuel and tobacco as well 😉. Parking at casino is great..... just stretches the length of the building so there's usually nothing to far out there. Employees are friendly and helpful. They also seem like they genuinely enjoy working there. It makes your visit to those kind of establishments so much more pleasant, it's unbelievable! Thank you and whatever you guys got going to keep your staff happy, keep that stuff up! See y'all next time!

Only visited the casino. Had a lot of fun, the machines were treating me very nice. I only been there once this year. Awesome time, you might want to revisit.Food & drinks: Deli staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I attempted to stay here. The first room was very cheap feeling. Like benches made of plywood. Long story short, we upgraded rooms only to have the jetted tub flood our bathroom. The fireplace only lit to about 1 1/12”, the light switches didn’t work properly. And there are lights above all cabinets that are “ambient” and can’t be turned off. We left after being there less than 2 hours, didn’t use the room, still charged us $100. I forgot my comfy clothes, called and they said they had them and told me to file a claim. I did, got an email that they couldn’t find my items. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone

Save your money and go to quest. Machines are so tight it’s ridiculous. Like smack in the face I’m robbing you ridiculous. I’ve been about 20 x and never have I won a dime. I’ve taken 1000 with me and maybe won 50 bucks out of it. Today I brought 250 and won 26.80 wahoooo. Staff is rude and unprofessional, and about 10 of the machines I used today the main spin button were broke. U would think with how much they rob people they could at least fix the machines, but nope. Also every time I go there the whole parking lot stinks like poo! Literally pop. And same smell in the bathroom that’s to the left side of main entrance. It’s just foul. As far as the rooms. I was in the new tower, bathroom was nice but rest of it was just meh!!! Nothing special. And there was a ton of crumbs in the couch seams. And the coffee was probably the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I’d drink mud anyday over what ever the heck that stuff was. And maybe this casino should hire a new interior designer because the rooms are so poorly and cheaply designed. Nothing is symmetrical and it’s annoying. And last fix the sensor on your front door, I stood there and moved around for a good 15 seconds before it opened. I’m surprised nobody has smashed their face on that glass expecting for it to open as it should. Today when I left I told was checking what I had for epc ,etc, And she went to hand me my players card back and I told her to toss it in the trash! I’ll never go back here

Went here as a surprise bday dinner/38 Special concert. The dinner at the Chinook steak /pasta/ seafood restaurant was subpar. We sat at the bar and one of the bartenders didn't know how to make any drinks - I understand he was probably new but he dumped things, each drink was different and ignored us ; took forever to get service ; the apps of stuffed mushrooms - which tasted like ol fish were not good and the wedge salad which had very little dressing and tasted flat was the prelude to not a great dinner. We had our apps and had to wait before we could get our dinner order in. I had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it tasted like sour milk. It was not creamy or fresh and tasted old. My bfs burger was well done not med rare although he said it was ok. Overall, not a great experience and the food was awful overall..especially for the prices! The concert on the other hand was awesome. We had great seats and it felt more intimate then a huge stadium, which I loved. However my nite didn't end well. When the concert was over, I knew I had $45 in Freeplay so we decided to play. I inserted my card in one of the slot machines and it said Happy Bday and I had $55 to use. I attempted to transfer it to the machine but couldn't get it to work. Went to desk and girl brought me out to the floor and what I wasn't doing was putting cash in then I could access my Freeplay. This was finally told to me after I already stood in line and handed a small card with steps... with the one missing about the money being inserted. So that was 2 trips wasting about 30 min. I then met up with my bf who had a little over $20 on his cash out ticket and gave it to me. I went to a slot, put in my card, my password and saw my $55 and put in his ticket. It only registered the $20 , so I played about 6 pushes and got his initial ticket to $32. I cashed out, went 2 seats down, put in card password and the $32 ticket and now my acct says no freeplay. I immediately went to the desk and explained, she had another rep help me and she advised me that my Freeplay was spent on that one machine. I explained the $55 never appeared on the machine only the $20 ticket balance. I pressed about 6 times, only betting about $1 and I built it up to the $32 and cashed out and I never played $55 worth at that many spins at a buck or so a piece. She said I spent it and that was that. I felt so ripped off that I will never go there again. Unlike at the Spokane Tribe casino, who is very user friendly and u don't have to pay before ur Freeplay can be used; balances are easy to see and is transferred like cash to ur slot balance...and it was not like that here. I would not recommend eating or playing here. The venue and my concert was awesome but everything else was a 1 at best and it ruined my birthday. Never again...rip off!!

I gave them that second star because I give them an A+ for being so wheelchair friendly. But, their machines seem to be more prone to have something go wrong and need to wait for a service person to come fix it. Even the newer machines were prone to have something go wrong.

There are lots of machines to play. they constantly offer the newest games. They have plenty non smoking areas as well. Also Bingo on ceraun days. They often have concerts.The payouts are not nearly as good as they were in past years.its a bit of a drive from Cda but,not bad.The rooms are nice and clean. The food in the restaurants is very good.

This place was absolutely disgusting, first room we were put in had hand prints and white marks (we all can agree on what it is) on the wall. Bath tub was completely stained. Blood on the bathroom floor. We asked for a different room, second room was covered in dust bath tub was again stained. White substance on bathroom counter. Got a third room that we ended up just dealing with as we were 2 hours away from home and the roads were slick but even this room the tub was stained and the water would only get room temperature so could only really rinse off quickly. The shower head looked like it was about to fall apart as well. We were told to talk to the manager about a refund in the morning so we did, we spoke to angel who said they don’t usually do refunds and that “it’s a hotel” and “the paint on the wall chips when we wash it so” insinuating they really don’t clean it, I would of preferred a chipped wall than a biohazards room. The resolution was a $30 refund after spending almost $300 on the room and wasting 5 hours dealing with this. If you’re looking for a casino go to quest this place is a joke.

Love coming here! Staff is super helpful and friendly.. love how the ladies at the cashier desk are so positive and upbeat! No matter the time of day they are always chipper!Noteworthy details: Just remodeled a few seasons ago, always smells great, always clean floors.. even when it rains and snows! Love this Casino!

Played bingo and late session Blacklight Bingo. A fun experience, although the music was too loud for me.Seemed like the cigarette smoke in the casino was less noticeable than last trip which was much appreciated.

This review is for the Jackpot Java and Creamery coffee and bakery. I'm visiting from Reno, Nevada for the holiday and have gone here a handful of times for coffee and baked goods.The coffee is really good and I've been satisfied with the Vanilla Latte and the special, Eggnog Pumpkin Latte. I've tried a handful of baked goods and so far everything has been pretty tasty. I'm looking forward to continuing to explore the menu and try all the other yummy looking treats!

The casino is a lovely 55 minute drive from Harrison Idaho around Lake Coeur d’Alene. The rooms are updated, clean, stocked and large. The staff is friendly and helpful.Nearby activities: Close proximity to Lake Coeur d’Alene, and the town of Coeur. Coeur d’Alene is always having fun and interesting festivals downtown and there are always exciting water adventures awaiting.Food & drinks: The restaurant and bars have a nice variety of foods for any pallet.

This is a terrible casino. There's no sportsbook. There's no game tables. All the slot machines are animated confusing silly games of chance. I went here to watch a concert which was good but I'll never go here to gamble.

Very poor assistance on floor of casino. Employees standing around but couldn't get help with jammed machines. Desk said short handed but appeared to be plenty of help. They stood off in corners talking. Happened not once but 3 times in one afternoon. Rooms appeared to be neglected. Shades loose, sink drained very slowly, etc. Employees not friendly. Just not like it used to be. Won't be going back anytime soon, if ever. Sorry for this review, but it's an honest one.

We stayed at the hotel last night and the room was pretty nice. My review would have been positive if the following had not occurred. We had a pretty late night and were planning to sleep in until 10, an hour before check out. Before 8 am we were woken by loud banging just outside our room. I looked out the window and saw two workers on a ledge about five feet below our room hammering through concrete. I called the front desk to let them know it had woken us up and that we were trying to sleep. The guy at the front desk couldn’t have acted like he cared less if he tried. After my second call to complain about the noise he said he’d look into it, but his bored and annoyed tone suggested otherwise. We left the room an hour and a half later with the workers still hammering away. They clearly don’t value their customers if they treat us this way. We should have stayed home, at least we would have gotten some sleep.
