Grouchy ladies, the only ones that treat better are the men working there, and the hispanic girl with long black hair, been going for years and most of the time their employees are taking a smoking break. And only one cashier and a long line, the old lady just ignores, it sucks trying to avoid going when its their shift, so i try to go in the evening when i need something from there, My kids and I call it the, "smoking family dollar!"

This is hard.. sometimes when I go in this store its great.. I get greeted and checked out with a smile- great service... other times it's awful! There is two employees in there... I know the name of one of them ugh she's just awful! She is a miserable old lady! The other one if on her phone all the time and answers her personal cellphone during check out! And sits and chats with whoever's is on the phone. So frustrating.

Cashier was very rude and unfriendly. It didnt feel very welcoming and as paying customer who shops family dollar offen feeling welcome is key. I will not be shopping at this banch any longer and I live in Wendell. I will drive out of my way to receive better customer service!

When we finish buying our stuffs cashier Kim was talking to her phone and smoking outside while she wasnt doing her job and Carmen a cashier was a Nice lady.

First Family Dollar in the area and first I had ever been to. Good deals and random stuff... some items are cheaply made but better than Dollar Store quality! Its a good clean store and I shop there often for household items.

The manager Kym was very rude while we were at check out today. Talking on her cellphone that didn't sound very business appropriate while in the middle of checking us out and the store was plum awful and messy. Will not be shopping here again.
