Awesome place. The owner of the business is exceptional awesome. Willing to go the extra mile to help a customer out. She even gave me a cutting from one of her plants! (Now she knows who is writing this too).The place is wonderful.A friend and I went to self wash a couple dogs. Could not have been better- staff were friendly and talkative. The whole experience was perfect! 👌Great job!I recommend visiting this place.

We've got a long-haired Australian shepherd mix that literally pelts if you don't get her groomed regularly. Our son used to end up with water across the whole bathroom and we didn't know how to deal with three layers of hair. They are so nice to deal with and cut her differently summer and winter, and she looks good either way. They also have high-quality collars, toys, and treats at reasonable prices. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I have been coming here for almost a year with different breeds. Each time I was asked exactly how I would like my dog groomed and they have suggested certain grooming techniques to enhance the look of my dog. I couldn't ask for better communication. Both the owner and the daughter are extremely friendly, knowledgable about dogs, and have groomed all my dogs perfectly. My dogs get super excited to get groomed and leave clean and happy. I brought in a rescued dog who was dirty and matted to the point there was no other option but to shave the coat down in order to spare the dog from needlessly sitting through comb pulling. I appreciate they care about the welfare of the dogs and appreciate the option of a full service groom and a self service.

My Mikey loves getting groomed here. They do an excellent job cutting his nails and giving him a bath. They have dog treats, toys, clothing and Mikey's favorite - chicken jerky!!! I will never take him anywhere else to be groomed.

Went in today and loved how cheerful and bright the place was. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were within normal range for grooming and they have self wash stations too! We are so lucky to have this business in our small town!

When I heard that The Pampered Pouch was carrying special dog treats I had to check it out for myself. They have a great selection and are so beautifully done. They are made with all human grade ingredients. And I must admit...they taste pretty good. 😏

Lazy and rude. For the money we spent, I could have done the job myself with equal or better results.Each time we took our golden doodle to Pampered Pooch, he came back with a completely shaved coat. The first time was understandable, it was his first grooming and was matted in places. The second time was just laziness on their part. They OBVIOUSLY didn't want to spend the time to pull a comb through his coat, so they shaved him instead. They never once trimmed his nails or the fur in between his toes. It is quite OBVIOUS that this should be done and quite reasonable to expect from your dog groomer.But if you want to spend close to $100 for someone to demolish your dogs coat, this is your place.

Would give negative if possible... problem is they think people care what they think. You’re payed way more than you deserve to do a job.... shut up and do it... you don’t get to have an opinion. Never again! Along with everyone else I’ve talked to about you. The only reason you have business with that attitude is there’s no other options in Weiser. Better hope for your business’s sake it stays that way
