The staff are very helpful and friendly. So much better service than the other competition in town. Prices are good. Lower than the competition. Lots of stock for a smaller size store.

Went for propane and the guy stated no he didn't want to pump propane since it was too cold. Very unprofessional and very rude! He did end up pumping the propane but was rude. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Great impression on new members of the town( very sarcastic)!!

Beware of false pricing. They will not honor pricing on tags and there is a sign stating that. Went to the counter with plumbing parts and some were over 300% higher then the tag listed. Total came out to $24.89 for a handful of parts. Left without buying and got the same parts at Ace(Ridley’s) for $13.79.This amounts to false advertising, no different then a weekly flyer coming out and not honoring the advertised price.I understand prices are changing rapidly. If you can’t keep up with tags then don’t list a price because there’s no reason to if they’re all wrong.

More and more I think to myself as I leave this store why did I bother? Once again the individual I asked where something was did not even know what the item was, when I explained what it was and what it is used for they said if we have it might be over there and gave me a general area to go hunt it down and walked away. Don't know what frustrated me more the lack of knowledge or the unwillingness to help find the item and learn something.

To whom it may concern.This was my first visit but will mostlikly be my last.The hard ware store was impressive as far as the variety and competitive prices.But if you want to be treated with common dignity this is not the place!!! I was treated rudely and felt insuIted.(I'm a 62yr old grandmother)The young lady who waited on me was talking to her girlfriend. Which seemed much more important than me as I waited to make my purchase.When she was finished with her conversation, I asked, which side of the counter i needed to be on for the register. She then raised her voice to give me instruction. I then asked a simple question. (Price of flowers)She refused to reply and glared at me. The whole visit she did not smile. I was made to feel i was in her way!Why be rude? Why make your bad day mine?At that point I figured they do not need my business. I'll drive to Fruitland and get better treatment even though it's at a higher expense.What happened to good manners. Am I wrong?I waited 24hrs to write this review to make sure I'm being balanced. It was a cold rude experience.Sincerely,Someone's Grandma

This is an excellent small town hardware store you can rent stuff here you can buy lumber you can get just about everything you kind of need it's a good spot to check before you start making your way to Ontario

I live out of town. But have a rental in Weiser.I needed a ladder. I spent 100.00 on a ladderI realized right away the ladder was junk I didn't feel safe using it but had no choice.By the time I was done it was to late to take it back. The receipt said 30 day return policy.it was 20 days before I had the time to spend 2 hours driving there and home. I called just to be sure they would take it back. They refused.They do not back their back their own policy.

Hi I'm commenting about the water dispenser because it always eats some of my money every time that I want to get some water. And little by little it's making a lot of money off of little portions of others and my money that are lost to it.I would appreciate it if you could get that fixed please.
