Jen groomed my 10 month old Morkie pup last week. It was his first grooming experience and it was AMAZING! I live over the hill in Jackson WY. Jen was so accommodating and worked with our crazy schedule. It also only took her about an hour and a half to turn my shaggy dog into the most HANDSOME pup I have ever seen. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend K9 Mountain Spa! You and your fur baby will not be disappointed!

We rescued a 2 year old labradoodle that hadn't been well cared for. And had never been groomed...as a doodle his fur was really matedJen was amazing and so patient with him.. he loves her and her staff.. and so do we.

I called to inquire about nail trimming and Jen was so cheerful and friendly on the phone. They do drop in nail trimming which is so convenient. Their hours of operation are perfect as well. She and her co-worker made Lucy feel at ease. They did a great job with the clippers and then smoothed the edges with the dremel which made a huge difference in decreasing the sharp edges. Lucy is a rescue from the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter and has had a rough life. Thank you for taking such great care of her!!Their facility is very clean and nice as well. Highly recommend them!!

Very professional, accommodating and beyond a pleasure to work with. Anytime I have called and not had an answer Jen has returned my call within minuets and is always willing to work around what works best for our schedule. They have groomed my 85lb Bernese a few times and they have done an outstanding job. Highly recommend.
