The inside service was good. The only issue I saw is where is all your lighting at? There are no lights on your building and parking lot. I wouldn't be surprised if theirs a lot of accidents in the parking lot.

So crowded you can hardly even turn around in here ! Another huge problem for me is that there is rarely if ever a motorized handicap shopping cart available for me to use when i arive to this location. Staff is nice enough though and products are all good.

You find what you need, that's for sure but their night staff isn't friendly at all. Also for my fellow people who ride electric scooters, they apparently "banned" them from the store today and the associate had no actual "code" that it referenced. 😂 So great selection, wished for a better experience with employees.

Got the potato wedges from the deli. They looked good but the taste is nothing but burnt oil. Do they even change the deep fat frier oil at all???

This store is amazing! I found everything I went for and a few extras I really didn't need. There were helpful employees everywhere. Eager to help! Very clean and well stocked. I will definitely come back to this Walmart on my next visit to Twin Falls.

Went in to buy a unlocked phone with no service attached and was informed it would be 45 min. Per customer. We had to leave because there were 2 people in front of us. That meant 1.5 hours before we could get waited on. We spend about $700.00 a month at Walmart. Not no more! This was not cool.

Walmart is not a good store. Everything is always out. Way to packed. Employees are not helpful at all. Always have to stand around and look for a Manger or a worker to help in the electronics or anything else. The only good thing about them is the people who do walmart pick up. They do a good job and always have Everything together.

For a Friday @ 5:30 pm the store wasn't packed and no screaming kids.😲 Got in and out in no time. My go to is to order online and pick up. It's so convenient. And the staff there are always so polite and friendly. Gotta say kudos to their supervisor for training them to be respectful to the public. That goes a long way in my book.

Associates aren't very friendly, let alone helpful when asked where something was in the store. They should also be told to quit chewing gum. The store had an awesome selection of items. The beauty items were crammed in. No one other than customers were helpful for being in a wheelchair. Thank goodness my daughter was with me.

It's Walmart, part retail store, part spectator sport.The store is clean and well stocked.Pedestrians walk directly out into the street without looking.Meat prices are typically higher than all of the other stores in the area though.

I just want to give a shout out to KAELYN For her Superb customer service skills And taking the time to come out With a jumpbox to give me a jump In the walmart parking lot 0 hesitation She walked all the way out to the center of the parking lot across the store from. Where she was working and saved the day for me If I could give her ten stars I definitely would and just because of her above and beyond. Will never buy tires from walmart again. We purchased a set of tires for 2 vehicles, just had my daught go in for a flat tire and it was still currently leaking. She was refused service because she didn't make an appointment. Not a single tire shop in the valley would do that. I guess this is another lesson learned. Regardless whether it costs more we will buy local from a local business, pay more, buy get good service. Done with walmart!

I live in a camper which I love but... I just got banned from this Walmart. Not even kidding. A little over a month ago they gave me a notice that I can't park overnight so I stopped parking there and started parking by the bridge or at my work place instead. This morning I went there from my work place to get some things and then I waited for my doctor's appointment which is across the street. I was only there an hour and a half when they had the police there to tell me to leave. I can't go back for a year. I didn't even park overnight. Definitely won't be back here again.

I like Walmart but the rude guy who is supposed to check receipts is just that....rude! He doesn't even ever ask to see mine which isn't the issue...but I try to always smile and say thank you or have a nice day and he won't even respond to me...I mean isn't he a greeter as well as a receipt checker? I know life sucks and probably his job but he isn't doing anything to help Walmart's customer service policy or even just being kind. As someone who works in customer service as well...he could use some tips or another job🤷🏼‍♀️

Staff has been rude, they will walk in front of you as you’re trying to shop and just stand there. It’s unorganized, and there is no comparison to the one in Jerome. The veggies are always wilted, a lot of things out of stock. I like Walmart but seem overwhelmed at this one.

So just went to this Walmart and doors are locked. It was 5 minutes until 11 pm. Only time I had to get there. I guess the employees worked to hard had to close early since we (customers) have to check out ourselves.

1x. I have to buy items online n do curbside PU to buy the 3x year warranty. Only the 2x year is offered at the register.I waited 25min to get my item. There were only 3x cars parked at the 30x+ spots avail.2x. Always short on cashiers pandemic or not. When u call to any department. U r never transferred.3x. I am always follow, especially if using the restroom. Yet, my $200 air buds were stolen in a split second and you gave me the run around on the footage.

By far the worst and disappointing store I've ever been in,look at these messes they have and all the products that are ripped open and empty boxes just left on the shelf. And the floors all nasty and not cleaned it the worst I've ever seen a Walmart.

I love how clean and well organized this Walmart is. They always have what I need in stock (and if not, please don’t be afraid to ask a staff member for help) Staff is friendly and helpful especially Mirela! She will help you out, without any hesitation and is extremely courteous to all customers. Thank you Mirela for always making my experience enjoyable.
