Drive thru service is incredibly slow when I arrived around 4pm. Waited for 30 (EDIT 50) minutes even when I was just 3rd in line.If you know someone who wants to be a pharmacist, this location should be calling their name.

At 3 p.m., they said to give them 30 minutes to fill my meds, and they'll text me when they're ready. Never got a text. Went back and waited in the pharmacy drive tru for 15 minutes. Pulled up at 7:01pm. They put a sign up saying they're closed. They proceeded to point at me and laugh through the window. I walked inside, and the cashier told me, "Oh well, come back tomorrow." I tried to call the manager and the phone rang for 5 minutes. Customer service is nonexistant here. Go to the walgreens on Washington.

It's Friday March 1, at 5:30. The young lady who is working the window in the pharmacy is a condescending little witch. She flat out ignores people and is very rude! The other pharmacy techs are great but this one is bad! I'm glad I've moved most my prescriptions to Fred Meyer.

Super impressed. I was told I had to wait for an employee to allow me to use the bathroom. And when after 10 min. I asked an employee for help...and was told I had to wait because she couldn't leave her station.... that apparently is customer service. The facility was disgusting...I decided to wait and make my purchases and get the heck out of there.

Please , if your life or overall health depends on the pharmacy do not use it . I went to pick up a refill of an important medication prescribed by my personal physician that I must take for keeping my cholesterol level down and overall heart health . I drove up to the drive through and saw a sign that read " Closed no pharmacist available . " Why ? Because they're to lazy to work or have a shortage of pharmacists ? I needed that medication YESTERDAY , not today or tomorrow as I need to take that medication for the rest of my life . Do people have to suffer , get sick and maybe die because of a pharmacy that is a three ring circus that can't get they're act together ? The store manager Carly runs the store they way she sees fit and not by company policies and procedures . I am very disappointed and if this stores management and pharmacy cannot do any better to help me , I will take my business someplace else .

The quality of their products are immaculate. Everything that you may have left at home and need to pick up OTW is here. Prescriptions are great quality here, but you can expect a line (inside and drive thru) during peak business hours. The check out associates are kind and are knowledgeable about the items behind the check out counter. All in all, this is a well rounded store. Just expect a slight hold up/wait for your prescription(s) during peak busy times.

Had oral surgery today. Waited in the drive thru for one hour. When we got to the window, the pharmacy notice we were from out of state and had a two hour drive.No consideration was made, we were told we had to wait an additional 2 hours for pain meds and antibiotics. Never bothering with these folks again.

I always have problems with this pharmacy. Awful customer service. Today I was returning a call about a prescription and was waiting on hold for 30 minutes and then someone picked up and hung up. By that time they were closed so I couldn’t call back. Thanks for nothing! Will be going to a different pharmacy.

PASSPORT PHOTOS were awful quality and rejected by the Passport Office! Then very unhelpful person I called told me I have to go back to Twin Falls from Ketchum (1 hour 30 minute drive) to get a refund when it is Walgreen's fault that my photos weren't accepted!!! Please do NOT do your passport photos here!

My prescription was called in at 4:45 pm on the 24th of Oct. It is now 3:00 pm on the 25th and it is still not ready. This is the worst WalGreens pharmacy. Good thing I am not in terrible pain. Why on earth would it take almost 24 hrs. to fill a prescription? I talked to the online rep. and they said call store. I did and got voicemail.!!!

I'm trying to get photos off my phone for a photo album for my grandmother's funeral. I have never printed photos off my phone before. Went to the Walgreens on blue lakes and Twin Falls Idaho and the associates told me she couldn't touch my phone that's fine she said she would walk me through it then she walks away. So I'm sitting there for 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do she comes back tells me to go to privacy settings I explained to her that I don't know where that is, she says is it an Android? I said yes and then she walks away again never helps me 10 minutes later I walk out never got the photos for my grandma's funeral. Please get some associates that care about the customers.Went to the Walgreens on Washington. Lindsey awesome at helping us get the photos that we needed for my grandma's funeral she walked us through everything until the photos were printed. thank you so much for having an employee at this Walgreens that cares about the customers unlike the other Walgreens. Five stars for Lindsey at the Walgreens on Washington Street in Twin Falls Idaho.

The Internet post says that this Walgreens is open on Sunday. It wasn’t but someone in the store told me that the other Walgreens in twin could full fill my subscription. Well the other Walgreens was on their lunch so I had to sit around twin for 30 minutes to find out that no they could not fill it. And now I have to drive another 45 minutes back home today and take this trip again tomorrow 45 minutes back into Town tomorrow and then back home again. What a waste of gas money and time because of wrong information on their website and an employee who was just giving out wrong information.

Went to get pics developed. The person at the counter 10 minutes later was rude mean you name it! Out of this world. Pharmacy helped very bizarre. Sam the manager seemed not bright st all. My 5 year old son freaks out about going back. Disturbing and confused. Bad seen

About a week and a half ago I went into Walgreens on BlueLakes and purchased some headache medicine and used my debit card for the purchase. The clerk asked me if I wanted to give my phone number and I said no. Well the next day I started getting text messages on .y phone from Walgreens. I then called the store with my concern and the lady that I talked to said that a manager would contact .e. well still haven't heard from anyone. Just beware using you cards at this store.

Sandy was a horrible cashier, completely lazy and rude. The entire time her and another girl that name I didn't catch was insulting other workers and gossiping about reporting them to get the workers fired.You lost a customer thanks to her! Her attitude was disgusting.

Ordered and paid for items online to be picked up. I then followed the pick up instructions on via text that instructed a drive thru pick up, drive thru then told me to go to the curbside parking spot. I was then told my items were not even available at this store and not sure how I purchased online and they would cancel my order. Complete waste of my time. No more Walgreens for me, not at this location or the other local location either.

I had to print the same picture 3 times because they kept turning out super dark. I pointed it out to one lady and she said it was just the picture but on my 4th try it came out totally fine..🤷‍♀️..im just saying... Also I needed help blowing up a picture and Megan was at the photo both. She was very rude and border line zero help. Im going to a different photo department next time. Paying $7 every time there machine messed up was ridiculous and to be treated like trash just isn't worth it.

I got some photographs developed at this Walgreens. The photos turned out great, but more importantly, the staff was honest and helpful. I accidentally left my purse on the chair while my photos were developing, and when I returned, the employees had put it in a safe place, where they then retrieved it tor me. Thank you so much.

Horrible horrible experience at the pharmacy window waited in line for over 20 minutes before the cars in front of me even started moving 😪 get up to the window and have to wait because the pharmacist was helping the line at the counter!!! Really should have more than 1 person back there! Not happy! Will look for another pharmacy to go to

The pharmacy drive-thru technician was awful, deliberately rude, made many mistakes, I have already contacted services elsewhere. I highly recommend NOT going the the Blue Lakes Walgreens Pharmacy. 01-09-2020 @4:45 pm.

Customer service is lacking. The employees always act as if you’re bothering them when you ask questions or for assistance. Don’t bother with this store. Go to another location or a different pharmacy. The line is always long anyways.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used in my life. I've gone there twice for my son and they messed it up both times. My son has influenza b and I've been waiting for 2 DAYS for his medicine! Do not go here if you ain't trying to waist your time.

Even after requesting automatic 90 day prescription refills, I find all Walgreens do not consistently track the full order for each customer. Sometimes my full order is available at one time. Other times I return at least twice, sometimes more to collect all the prescriptions prescribed by my physician.

Sat waiting at the drive up window for 30+ minutes. Tech came to assist me, walked away, then started serving indoor pharmacy customers. There were at least 4 other cars behind me by the time someone came back

Walgreens is a very convenient place to shop for emergency items like Band-Aids, rubbing alcohol or peroxide. It's also a great place to shop for other items for that quick vacation getaway, like the sunscreen you forgot or the occasional beach towel.

Major price gouging. I'm a Kmart transfer. My copay for Anoroincreased 168%. My copay @ Kmart was $47.00 , but @ Walgreens it was $126.00. The tech. said my Insurance paid $398. but @ Kmart the total price was $398.00 . I'm taking my business else where.
