I have stuck up for this place over and over again. I have shopped there and today was a huge disappointment. I purchased gift cards and they did not work. I realize that being a clerk during the Christmas season must be hard. I've worked holiday seasons before but gift cards should work. And when you go into a store to say they are not working and they don't acknowledge The challenge of giving a gift that isn't working, it's frustrating. I for one I'm done shopping at Walgreens. I will give my business to any other place. Helpful hint to anyone working over Christmas acknowledge the problem show some empathy and then help the customer find a solution even if it's not giving them a gift card but help them to find the phone number for the gift card so that you can get a solution. Do something to acknowledge the customer. These are soft skills.

My go to place for covid testing for travel.This experience was smooth, made appt the day before for first available 930 am Monday. Smooth process at the window, results arrived in email within the hour.Greg was super nice and reasonable helping with my travel covid form. 5 stars!A month prior with family of 5 was tough, 2 results within a couple hours, next 3 did not arrive for 36 hours so I had to go with another clinic in Seattle to be able to fly that day.Back in August smooth process but pcr takes a long time to get results so you are down to the wire on being able to make the flight and everything work in time...Nice little set of Idaho memorabilia, wish there was a better variety of sizes, reasonable prices though on cool Idaho t-shirts (made in usa/Mexico/India etc)Nice selection of used dvds with not many repeats.I'll be back!

Had a sweetwater packaged shipped here. I live within walking distance. I spoke to the 1st clerk who found my package, but wanted a release number and wouldn't take a picture of my ID because she needed to make a photocopy.Anothet clerk came and I explained my case. I told her about the convenience of living within walking distance and as opposed to having a package dropped off at my porch or at my billing address. I showed her a pic of the email from sweetwater, but nothing.Manager, Lynn came. She lectured on how I buy alcohol and drive w/o a government issue ID ( I guess she wanted a passport too) eventhough I had explained to her I live within walking distance. She said I am not the police, but was still doing police work. I told her, so u think I hacked into an Email, stole a picture of an ID? She said, "how do i know u didn't".I told her I didn't have the release number and that I didn't feel comfortable having them photocopying my ID. I had my biz card, my gmail open w the sweetwater purchase order#s and a pic of my ID. I dont carry my ID when i go walking or jogging, but Lynn continue lecturing me. I told her, a police officer will take a screnshot of my insurance or from the app. The entitlement from this woman. I told her, can u tell a fake ID from a real one? She said no. I dont know how walgreen hires this type managerial employees.

I love Walgreens pharmacy (and staff in the store). I've had a few shots there -no problems.Both Twin Falls stores did their best trying to track down my prescriptions . Marvelous help. Turns out prescriptions were sent someplace else. Am very pleased with Walgreens.

If I could rate lower I would. Dealing with my 19 year old son they claimed to have not received his prescriptions via fax. After fighting with them for two days (while my son is feeling I’ll) they “received” the fax while I was on the phone with them…coincidence??? The pharmacy that faxed them over spoke with a tech at Walgreens that said “hey it might be in this stack of faxes we haven’t looked at”. Negligence! I’ve tried to get ahold of them on the phone but the wait is too long. I’ll show up, from out of town, with a letter from my attorney. Please DO NOT use this pharmacy. Their incompetence could lead to someone not getting the medication they need!

Every time I call, I'm waiting at least 40 mins if not over an hour. They get my prescriptions messed up, and will keep refilling ones I don't take anymore when I have told them this and deleted it off my account. Their drive through is not a drive through, it's a park your car in line and wait forever to spend the two seconds it takes to grab my stuff. Don't recommend.

Listen guys. I have no other choice than to fill my prescriptions with you guys as my prescriber sends my prescriptions there and you guys have the lowest copay with my insurance. There is one lady there and I will not exaggerate when it has happened over five times that she will answer, say she's putting me on hold, not letting me respond before she does, then I wait on hold and no one ever picks up till the system drops the call. This is after being on hold for 45 minutes. Whatever is going on there, I rarely leave complaints, is absolutely ridiculous. If you're short staffed, raise your wages and you won't be anymore I promise. But like, just hang up on me if you're going to do that so I don't wait on hold another 15 minutes for my call just to be dropped anyways. Poor experience and I've kinda had my fill.

The floor manager (Wed 6-7-22 8 pm) totally bailed on the cashier. The price was wrong on an item and it took 5 min to get her up front. The line was getting very long. And before all the issues were resolved, she walked out of the store for some reason leaving the cashier hanging. I walked out on my order and won't be coming back even though the location is convenient. My apologies to the customers behind me because the cashier couldn't clear the order without the floor manager.... so I'm assuming I wasn't the only one who walked out. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was visiting family in Twin falls and ended up in the hospital and after getting out I needed a perception filled so I had the hospital send it to this Walgreens. Well that was a mistake they had a line of cars in the drive thru so I went in. Well that was just about line of unhappy people so I waited. I finally got up to the window and was told my insurance wouldn't go through for some reason and was sent away to wait. They finally got that straighten out and brought me back up to the window just to tell me that the pharmacist had pulled my perception for review. I don't even know what that meant. I wasn't getting a narcotic, I was getting a medication for RA flare ups. But I was told to wait even longer for this review so I did. Sat there in horrible pain waiting until they finally gave me my medicine. What a terrible experience to go through when I was already sick..

Pharmacy customer service is terrible. I was hurt and unable to reach the drive up or walk to the counter without great pain. Manager said they could not bring medicine to curbside. Said someone could pick it up for me. Brought my wife to the store and she attempted twice to pick it up before they said the had to see me. Waited in line at drive through for 40 minutes so the could see that I was an actual person. Whole ordeal took 2 hours to get 15 pills.

We waited in the pharmacy drive thru line with only one person ahead of us for thirty three minutes. When we pulled up to get our prescriptions, we were informed that the prescriptions which were called in 48 hours ago were still not filled. I have had it with how mismanaged this pharmacy has become. The wait times are asinine and the pharmacy is woefully understaffed.

Yesterday my husband and I went to the drive-thru pharmacy yesterday to fill his prescription after his out-patient knee surgery and were told the order would take about 15-20 minutes to fill so we opted for the text message notification for when the order was done and went to get him food. Rather than pull back to the window and plug up the pick-up lane I parked in the parking space aligned with the pick-up lane to wait for the text message. After about 45 minutes we pulled up to the window where the manager explained the order was not filled because the doctor wrote the prescription wrong for our insurance. With a quick phone call to the surgery center we had the prescription fixed and resent. I hope that next time the pharmacy will make a courtesy call to their customers when something like that happens. It could have saved me and my husband about an hour of time. I tried to send this feedback directly to the company but there website wont submit the form and there was not a customer service email address made available.

Zero respect for their customer's time. Literally watched the pharmacy lobby fill up for 45 minutes as 2 employees went on break, 1 glued herself to the phone without ever actually talking to anyone so I had no idea what she was actually doing, and another just put their head down and ignored us all. After 30 minutes of awkwardly making eye contact with everyone else in the lobby like "are they really doing this?", I left, never to return...

Don't bother booking vaccine appointments, they don't keep them at all and will make you wait 30 to an hour. Staff entirely unmasked. Awesome for the immunocompromised who come to pick up meds!!!

This applies to both Walgreens pharmacies in Twin. Tried using them several years ago because my insurance told me it was accepted there. Picking up my prescription the lady gave me a total over $1300 for my usual $9 refill! I asked if that was with insurance and she said they don’t accept it. After a long argument and physical proof (a sign outside THEIR pharmacy) proving they do cover she still denied it. Needless to say we dropped that pharmacy immediately. Jump ahead to now; they offer “walk in” Covid vaccinations. 2 people are there, both already telling me they’re just waiting for their meds after asking if they are in line. I go up to check in for the vaccine and am told it’s a 2 hour wait?! Never, NEVER again, will I try to use them.

3 pharmacy visits in last 7 day. Chronically understaffed. 1st visit told that RX would be ready in 15-20 mins, to have a seat and they would call us up. 45 mins later, ask how much longer and annoyed clerk says its been ready for 30 mins!2nd visit, only 1 clerk working and only focusing on drive through.3rd visit, was called at 8a and told RX would be ready for pick-up at 3. Arrived at 3:30 - only 1 person ahead of us in line - but didn't get to clerk until 3:50, only to be told that they hadn't started on it!Time to find a better pharmacy.

LESS THAN ONE STAR!!I'm here now to pick up 2 prescriptions that were filled by the Walgreens app, the lady at the counter told me she can't help me since there's a couple people in front of me already. You close at 5, I don't see what the problem is with me wanting to get me meds. This store is absolutely ridiculous with thier not so customer friendly service at the pharmacy. 80% of the time it's a bad experience here. Worse thing is Walgreens is the only pharmacy my insurance company uses and they are 35 miles away from home.

Waited an hour and 15 mins to get a Covid vaccination that was scheduled. Went up to ask about how long it was going to take and the lady working there was rude and acted like it was my fault. Then I asked if my oldest could go first because she needed to leave and she did her last.

If you're shopping for over the counter medicine or snacks, the staff is very friendly and the store has everything you need. If you're getting a prescription filled, choose a different pharmacy. The pharmacist is very rude and seems exasperated to answer questions or make a phone call to ensure you get the proper medication. The poor elderly woman in front of me was told "we don't have the medication; I don't know what you want me to do". While it was funny to hear the lady give the pharmacist a piece of her mind, it was enough to make me switch even before my unpleasant interaction with her. I love Walgreens, but not enough to tolerate that woman.

Very poorly managed pharmacy. Clerk said they were closing for lunch in the middle of my transaction. Literally DID NOT complete my transaction for prescription and instead closed for lunch. Hadn't asked for insurance info, which seems like a pretty standard question. Also waited for an hour to get a vaccine at a scheduled appointment.

They finally not that they didn't already, started getting these team really working together in the pharmacy department. The new manager, he is to me at any rate is extremely efficient which put the pharmacy department back to where it was.The store itself has a very kind staff , always attentive to your needs and will answer any questions you may have. This is why I use this Walgreens apposed to the one on Blue Lakes and Hayburn. Thank you very kindly for reaching my post

Soda department at the Walgreens on Washington was awesome. Lindsey was wonderful, she walked me through the whole process on printing out the photos for my grandma's photo album for the funeral. Thank you for having employees at this Walgreen that cares about their customers. Five stars for Lindsey

10/27: "The Walgreens forgot to order the medicine". This was for an order placed on a Sunday and today it is a Tuesday. It won't be there until possibly Thursday due to all of the delays that Walgreens caused.*update 10/28: kudos to the pharmacist that pushed to get the medicine out a little quicker. It took 3 days, 2 days longer than it should have, but that's really good considering it could have been an extra day. I am still moving pharmacies and never looking back to Walgreens. I can't afford to put my health on the line every time I need a refill of my life saving medicines.

They put the pricing as a dollar something for the rubbing alcohol but up in front charged my mom five dollars for each bottle, then a random worker came up to the register lady and took the ten dollar bill that we just gave. Then the register lady decided to argue with my mother and I about the pricing.

If you need medications refilled DONT USE WALGREENS. they are always out of on my kids daily meds. The staff there are useless ignorant people. And they take there sweet time helping people.

What a joke. I had my husband go in to pick up a prescription and I have always used the GoodRX app to get a discount on medications. He has never used it so wasn’t aware of how to change the dosage info. So instead of helping which I have had other employees at the same location do, they made him pay full price. $15 savings down the drain because some grumpy employee didn’t want to help a customer out...absolute joke!

I will never go back to this pharmacy. I am 62 years old and seldom have I had a pharmacist not willing to be helpful . I'm use to a pharmacist going the extra step to help with medicines. I'm talking about blood pressure medicines. All it would have taken is a phone call to the doctor. A week later nothing but a snippy attitude when I call to check on it. Extremely disappointed!
