I've taken my dog here a few times now, both to shave her and also wash. They have clippers to rent and they work great. The tubs are plenty big enough for my 65lb airedale, and they have 3 different kinds of shampoo as well as a conditioner for you to use. They have all kinds of brushes, scissors, and everything you need to groom your dog. For somewhere around $30 I was able to shave and wash my dog myself. Not a professional job (because I'm not a professional) but it's way cheaper than any groomer and I don't have to deal with the mess at my house. Best place ever.

The owner of this establishment knows what she is doing. I brought my Siberian Husky in one day 30 minutes before closing. I was planning to groom her myself, hoping I could get done before she closed. I was sooo wrong to think I could get done in 30 min, it took me 2 hours! I started working as fast as I could. She didnt rush me at all like I expected. But she even helped me, and taught me a lot. I had no idea how involved grooming a dog the correct way can be. Especially a husky. After working with her I realized I had never really washed my husky's skin. I've tried to give her a bath at home several times, but now I know those attempts pretty much did nothing and possibly made things worse. I ended up staying there for an hour and a half after closing! She very patiently stayed with me the whole time and taught me how to do it right. Had she not helped me, I wouldn't have gotten her near as clean as I did. If you are looking for a place to get your dog groomed, this place is it! She does a way better job than most groomers. Totally worth the bit more she charges. Plus she is very kind to the dogs, while still able to be firm with them. Look at all that fur! My husky looked so pretty when I got all done.

My labradoodle had some issues going to the bathroom while we were out and about Saturday morning(stuff stuck to her fur💩). I was beside myself what to do. I wrapped a plastic bag around her bum, put her back in the car and called Wag-N-Tongue.I took her in, bathed her and cleaned her up. Easy peasy! They were so nice and had everything I needed.

Staff was very helpful. Bathing my large dog turned out not to be as difficult as I feared. The Wag-N-Tongue provided everything I needed to get the job done. Wonderful!

I have gone to wag n tongue several times with my blind husky and my small mini border collie . The place is always clean and has many options to use for your dog. I enjoy the service they provide . The staff is very pleasant and professional. I truly recommend this dog wash. I personally will be using there business many many times to come . Thank you Twin Falls for allowing this wonderful place in out town

10 minutes to close and she slipped both my boys in for toes. They usually fight over who gets to go first because they love her. If we drive past going somewhere else they voice their displeasure! One time on our way out, old dog made a break for it and went into the canal. I think he just wanted a bath and the self serve set up is great.

We had a great experience here! Our big lab gets terrible anxiety when it comes to grooming and we usually can’t get her in the door at other grooming places. She was much more comfortable having us there using their self grooming stations and had a smile on her face the whole time. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Prices were very reasonable and we will definitely be repeat customers.

We were on the road traveling and we’re in need of a dog wash, our puppy rolled in something stinky.We were able to walk in, get our pup in the wash tub and had everything we needed to get her clean and smelling like a daisy.The staff were helpful and gave a quick how-to and it was a great experience all around.

Very professional and helpful. Bringing our great pyrenees home from Denver where she was not groomed regularly, if at all, back home to Washington, a quick once over was a must. These ladies were very happy to help us set up a self wash and show us the ropes. The soup could have been less watered-down but I can imagine the overhead on soup and this could help prevent over soaping and waste. Great job ladies.

My 130 lb. German Shepherd loves the water and getting baths; however, my back doesn’t like the baths as much. Tried Wag-N-Tongue out a few weeks ago and it was excellent! The dog wash stations are easy for him to get up into and easy on my back. You have your choice of equipment and products!! All very affordable for a single dog Mom!

We LOVE this place! We take our rottweiler here often and have never had an issue. For about $20 (at the time of this post) they supply everything you need to comfortably and efficiently do a full groom yourself! We are loyal customers and no longer go anywhere else besides Wag-N-Tongue!

Miss Heather is the best groomer in Twin Falls. She is amazing at handling the dogs, making them feel comfortable and at ease. She does a wonderful job of making my girls pretty and smelly good. They both love her.

I love that they have everything to wash & dry and take care of ears, nails and give them a haircut. Best BONUS is that you don't have to clean up!! Hair is not all over your bathroom or clogging up your pipes. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to everyone!!

Did NOT appreciate being talked to like a kid or like I was stupid for asking a simple question… I’m not a groomer or a vet, clearly🤣. It’s common to ask questions about your dog if you don’t know. VERY unprofessional.

I would not recommend this business as a groomer. I clearly stated what I wanted done to my dog on the phone. I asked if there was anything that was unclear as someone else was going to be dropping my dog off. I was told that it was clear and it would not be a full grooming charge, as I had done 75% of the cut myself. When my dog was dropped off, they knew nothing of what I wanted done. The person I had drop off my dog tried to tell them what was to be done, but like I stated they did not know. They did a full groom and charged for a full groom. Completely unprofessional and their services are extremely overpriced.

We absolutely needed a place for a self serve dog wash when we moved to Twin Falls and nobody could direct us to one. So we would go to BOISE once a month to self groom our dogs. We were so excite to find the place and it served all of our needs. The price point was a little higher than expected, but grateful and more than willing to pay it.

Wonderful pet grooming place. You do the bathing but pay for the use of the tub and products. Wonderful groomer on hand to offer tips and suggestions. If your dog needs a trim they do a great job at that too!

The lady that cut by dogs nails was very good. I went to the vet and they couldn't do it there they wanted to charge me 100 dollars to sedate my dog. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic grooming job on my large Goldendoodle! However, when I decide to save a little money, I groom my dogs myself. All the supplies are there with professional bathtub, shampoo, grooming stand, clippers and scissor. All you need to do is bring your dog. There is even a small shop to purchase dog supplies.

I have a Great Pyrenees and they did a fantastic job. They got ALL the undercoat off him. He was also happy when I picked him up. Definitely would recommend.

Washed and cut two dogs for under $40. Harder work than I thought it would be, but the savings was great. Grooming is more of an art than I thought. Very nice people runing the place.
