Target is our “go to” shopping experience wherever we travel. We are from Minnesota so we love our Super Targets but this regular size Target is laid out nice and always kept clean. You really can’t go wrong with most any Target store.

First time at this Target! Really nice and clean store. Found some items that I could not live without. Lots to see and not enough money yet. I will definitely come back to this Target on my next visit to Twin Falls.

This would be a GREAT TARGET BUT IT'S NOT. Everytime I'm shopping they always have music that I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE PLAYING IT LOUD. THIS IS NOT MIAMI. When a 80s song comes the volume goes back down. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LOCATION. IM FROM FL AND THEY DO NOT PLAY THIS TYPE OF MUSIC.

There is a weird smell as you walk in the door?!?! I've noticed it before. I don't smell it in the rest of the store.They only had one cash register opened. The other open registers were do yourself... I had to wait either way.

I am sure many moms have done a cat and jack return at a target. I just went in to do it and I read the policy and double checked that it could be done. I was told no receipt no return.Also, the items had to be still in the system within the year. No problem!Then I was told if you have the app they can find some things on there. So I said ok, I would like to try. I also asked for a hard copy of the policy that specifically said no receipt no return. The employees couldn’t provide one for me just kept saying it’s online, you’ll have to go online.I was able to return a few things, and they told me that it would go back on my credit card, which I was fine with. But, they gave me a gift card. I said I thought you were putting it on my card? She didn’t have anything to say.My feeling is they didn’t want to code the item into the system and felt I was inconveniencing them.Make sure you get clarification on each store if you do the cat and jack return. It helps us moms out, to be able to get them more clothes. Especially how they grow so dang fast.

Hmmmmmmm. I love Target, but not TF Target. I get lots of surveys from Target asking for feedback and Target Insider surveys. I've always done them because I love Target so much. After taking one about a return experience that I had, I received a snarky response from the Customer Experience manager. Annoying - don't ask for my feedback if you don't want it or are going to send a snarky response when I honestly answer the survey. It seems like the shelves are always kind of picked over. I know there a lot of post-Covid issues with supply chain and work force, but it seems a little worse at this Target than others I've been to lately. I feel like the employees who pick orders look super unhappy at the Twin Falls Target. The people who work the self-checkout are always friendly and helpful. If I had another Target nearby, I'd drive further just not to have to shop at the TF one. I'll still go there because I love all the Target brands, but I don't love it as much (or spend as much) as I used to spend.

Nice clean location. A lot of items were out of stock. Smaller than other Target stores that I have been to. Food selection is very limited. Staff was watching me like I was going to steal something at the self checkout. Not a good feeling. Not from the area and showed up in work clothes. Blue collar must not be welcomed in this part of town.

I am always satisfied when I shop at Target! I like having the pharmacy, grocer, coffee shop and great housewares and all other categories of retail merchandise, with better quality than some big box retailers, and way more stylish and appealing housewares. I can style up any room with a few purchased in one stop at Target!

I went to buy a gift for my grandson who was visiting from out of state. I was in a bit of a hurry found a scooter that i thought he would like. I looked at the tag which seemed to me to describe the scooter pictured on the box and had a price I was okay with. At the register was distracted and did not see the prices. After the gift was given I noticed that the price was $40 more than I expected. I went back to talk to customer service and found out that there was a small wight label placed at the top of the box with bar code description and target assigned product number. This tag will match exactly the description on the price sticker with the price that is correct for that item. 3 stars as although there was nothing that could be done everyone there was polite about it. I just will not shop there when in a hurry again.

I had a great experience at this store. Everything was nicely kept, well stocked and friendly employees. I am loving Target's newer home goods selections. Def a Target stan!

Very clean and tidy store. The store wasn’t overly busy despite us going on Christmas Eve. Staff were helpful and plenty full so there was lots of people to ask for help. Great last minute Christmas deals. The store had everything we needed. Deals were easy to recognize and great deals. Lots of games and other stuff. Christmas section was wiped out. There were lots of price check points. Clearance is a little difficult to find and is usually on the ends of the isles. Checkout lady was friendly and quick to scan our items and tell us our total. There is a Starbucks inside.

I used the self checkout and pulled cash, I then left the cash in the machine and didn’t realize until I got back to my car. I ran back in and told them the situation. They checked the cameras and saw a kid swipe it after I left. Even though it was completely my fault they still gave me the money I pulled no questions asked and were so understanding and kind. Best experience I’ve had shopping….shoutout to the 2T Target employees!!!!

The customer service was great! The lady who greeted me at the door was so pleasant, and the gentleman who assisted me with my pick up order was spot on. Very quick service. I also interacted with a cashier, and he was very pleasant, and put a smile in my day. Many thanks!

Why, oh why is the pharmacy department always irate and upset? Y'all literally have the keys to the happy pills! Take some and be happy when dealing with customers. Y'alls tone makes me wanna pay full price at Wallie for my meds.

This isn’t a good place to work. Shopping is fine, but the company doesn’t care if you get sick and have to call out due to illness. Myself ( and countless other workers) have been fired for this reason, and they don’t really tell you why. They terminate you and set it up so that you cannot get another position easily. I don’t recommend. The management is awful and insensitive to their employees.

Walked in to the newly remodeled store and was blown away by how bright it was. It looked amazing! Then once I started to look around. . . Sheer disappointment. The store was trashed. Recovery hasn't happened for days, because stores don't become that disheveled in one day. I saw 4 employees on my walk around the store. To top it off, no lanes were open, just the self checkout when I was ready to leave. All four self registers were in use, and a line of 5 more buyers were lined up to check out. For the money Target put into this building, it may have been wasted, as the current staff has no interest in keeping it up. . . Or Target spent all their money to make it look nice, and now can't afford employees. Either way, it was disappointing.

Target has never amazed me with their prices or product selection. The staff isn't necessarily in-depth knowledgeable for their departments either, but are friendly. With that aside, I've never waited in line for more than a few minutes, and the store has always been clean when I visited. While Target may not have the best deals they do have interesting variety. There's a lot of unique items I find at Target which are not seen elsewhere locally. Overall Target is great, and this store is in good shape. Worth checking out.

TARGET is a great store if YOU'RE the kind of shopper who is independent and self-sufficient. If YOU'RE the needy kind..you should probably either bring along a friend who can help, or stop at the Service Desk before shopping and tell them your needs. I have shopped here for close to a decade and had to ask for help TWICE. BOTH times the obviously busy staff member stopoed stocking ahelves and walked me straight to what I needed. But as you see...2 times in nearly 10 years, Im not a good REPRESENTATIVE for folks requiring frequent assistance. The staff are invariably friendly and kind.

Service was great. Sign pointed me in the direction to pick up my online order. There wasn't even a line and the employee was sweet enough to double bag my item so my child wouldn't see the gift inside.

So today me and my family came in today we were looking for a new TV... anywho 5 min after we entered the electronics an additional customer came up pushed the help me button well we both waited 15 min and still nobody well than that customer left and we were still waiting my son went to push it he asked very nicely he's 8 I was kinda over by the help me button I said go ahead push it no harm well than about 5 min later an associate came started getting verbally aggressive with my son yelling saying don't push that darn button im busy ur going to have to wait. Execuse me when has the customer ever waited i remember first time i tried that my manager would have wrote me up in fact they did i learned a lesson the customer is always right.I still at that point was holding my breath but I moved over by them just to listen kept my mouth shut but when he than started yelling at my disabled mother I than jumped and said and I quote ( u know what ur not going to yell at my son and my mother ) we are now the 2nd group of customers to push that button don't yell at my family he than rolled his eyes got very disrespectful to us I said kindly can or may I speak to a Manger he called him he was even ruder all I did was explain what happened he than tried to get me to leave ... u know what I remember when the customer was right I remember when management tried to appease situations like this not make it worse I remember when a customer came into an establishment the customer was right NO MATTER WHAT its pretty sad that I think officially now I'm no longer going to be shopping in stores anymore its just sad what this world has come to ... lol I remember when I was in customer service well the type that was inside stores anyway

Like most Targets it was clean and easy to get around. However the clerk there was very helpful and when an item didn't ring up with the discount advertised she took our word and changed the price. Didn't treat us like we were wrong or lying.

The entire experience was smooth and easy. I ordered items from Walmart and it was the complete opposite. There was no wait time when I arrived at the store. The associate was pleasant. All in all, Target has spoiled me!! Thank you.

I was in a major hurry and found the first staff I could find, the lady wasn't from the department I was looking in but that didn't matter she helped me anyway all the way to the register she was superb. The lines were a little long so they opened up registers to get everything through quickly. I am normally not a fan of big box stores but target in Twin was great.

Always love going to target. This one could use some updating but doesn’t effect the shopping experience too badly. Wish they would do stocking later at night because some of their boxes do block items I’m trying to get. Employees seem nice enough. Bathrooms seem to be always kind of dirty.

This Target is alright to go to. They have items that some other stores don't carry but some of it is a little on the pricey side. They got rid of a lot of things that use to be here. The seasonal isle is usually what my wife and I go for. They do have a Starbucks inside so if you just need coffee they have one. The men's section of clothing has gone down in choices too.

When is Target going to make masks mandatory. Putting their employees at risk. Not sure how the glass at the register is any help. There is a huge hole where the card reader is and that is placed right at the cashiers face. Total fail! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is the cashier was the only employee with her mask on correctly. She also asked the people who got behind me to move back until I was finished. Selfish people don’t wear masks and put strangers at risk. Shame on you Target for not protecting your employees!
