I absolutely love this store! The prices are great and the staff is always nice . One nice thing they do is they give free fruit to kids , they can choose an apple an orange or a banana and the pharmacy gives out free suckers so my kids love going here. I also love love love their produce clearance rack everything is a dollar, they typically have bags of apples, oranges , bell peppers many different fruits and veggies and cut floral. I highly recommend Smiths. Make sure you get their shoppers card and download digital coupons.

They put stuff at a certain price ad to what it is advertised on the price by the product and when you go to check out it is a much higher price. Very misleading and un professional. Seens like the staff have no idea what they are doing. We work hard for our money and to have a company try to mislead us is very wrong

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, I’m from out of state, didn’t even feel welcome at this store, was buying soup and ginger ale for my husband, the ginger ale didn’t scan cause it wasn’t in their system, the clerk implied that I didn’t scan my item, so when she rescanned my item and it didn’t scan for her, I was like see I scanned it, I waited for a while for a manager to come over, just to take the item away and say it’s not in our system so I can’t sell it to you, well thank you for wasting my time and not apologizing for your rude employee, next time help your customer, don’t make the assumption that the customer isn’t scanning their item, then not even apologize to them!

Automated ordering system doesn't work half the time. Even when you call ahead you end up waiting for your prescription because they haven't started filling it yet. Clerks complain that they can't keep up with the demand for prescriptions. The staff seems to be caring but the system needs upgrading.

Stopped by to grab some ready to eat food from the deli and it was great. Got the lemon capellini salad, some chicken tenders and sandwiches and they were all yummy and the lady and the counter was very friendly and helpful! Passed by another employee going to the bathroom and the customer service was great too!!

It's a little over priced but the Smith rewards cards are very nice it's gives good discounts and saves some change in gas. The people are genuinely friendly. If you have questions they're helpful but don't expect them to ask you if you need help you definitely have to go to them first. It's also pretty small but not overly crowed. Great place to go for a quick visit.

This was one of my favorite grocery stores to shop. This was due to their cashiers and their managers making checkout a priority. They were friendly about it too. Things have changed. Now there is only one cashier and they don’t care and are slow. The migration to self checkouts makes smiths a cumbersome, they are barely functional. It’s a hassle and frustration every visit now. Service has become almost nonexistent. Sad that they are one of the worst in town now.

I would advise you to avoid grocery pickup at all costs. I notified them via app 10 minutes prior to my arrival, then I sat in the parking lot at 7:00 p.m. for about 30 minutes before I decided to go inside. They weren't busy; there were, counting mine, seven cars in the parking lot. I walked inside to inquire as to the cause of the delay and saw four employees standing there and two more standing at customer service with no actual customers to occupy them. I was directed to the closest supervisor and upon asking them what may be going on, I was told that the people who I saw standing around were not the ones who would handle my grocery pick up anyhow, that it was handled through Instacart. Okay, but this is not mentioned anywhere on their website or in the app. Also, the promised discount for using grocery pickup through their app was not applied, even though all steps were taken correctly.This was paint store for a decade when I lived close and now that I live across town I've tried to keep using them, and I will continue to do so, but I will never try their grocery pickup again. Also, the customer service has taken a serious downturn since the last time. I can recall having to speak to them. It seems inappropriate to place the blame for the mistake on someone other than your organization when there's no indication that anybody other than said organization is involved.

While the building could use a facelift, the products and employees make up for the lack of layout and storefront appeal. We exclusively shop at Kroger establishments, and this one is fairly average. I do wish they carried more simple truth and private selection products. Overall, we like it though! And the fuel rewards are great as well.

Never have a single problem shopping here and with the new Scan, Bag, and Go system my purchases are even quicker. Good prices and good sales though if you want to get cheapest prices on everything you may need to shop around. All and all a good store.

Walking distance from my house, so we usually just go here. Clean store, and friendly service. They always have deals for your essentials. They also have a free fruit for your child while you shop, which is awesome.

I shop at Smiths quite often. I always find great deals and the cashiers are very helpful and kind. This review, however, comes because I had a great experience with the bakery lead - Erin. Every time we go we get a fruit and a cookie sample for the kids, but have to skip the cookie for our youngest who is gluten free. Erin this time asked about why we had to decline the cookie offer, and when she learned he is gluten free, she decided to open a gluten free cookie package so he could have one. Nobody has ever offered that for him (I'm sure because of their limits on decision making) so this was very unexpected and over the top kind. She offered us to always come to her if she is there when we are. Erin is one employee that is kind and sympathetic and deserves all the good she gets.

The shopping experience would be a lot better if the parking lot and shopping carts were not full of trash. Also forcing customers to use self checkout by only having one full service line open, and what's up with charging for cash back?

They actually had cashier's staffed. I stopped in after work. About 530 pm. Prices are a bit high and you still need one of those old fashioned cards to get a reasonable price on random items. There were a lot of items not restocked. But worst of all.. They keep their ice in the aisles! Does ANYONE want to shop or wait in line while their ice melts???? Is it just me??? What kind of idiocy is this? I won't return.

I enjoy this grocery store more than all others in our town. It is clean, and well organized. Smith's also has great coupons they mail out for free goods or things you have purchased in the past! Such a great deal!

The women in the deli are so kind and attentive! We got Chicken tenders and mini tacos. Usually, when I go places and get these things they are stale and hard and old but not here! Fresh, delicious food! I would recommend to every one.

I do a majority of my shopping here. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. Low prices, fresh produce and meat. I love that your rewards go towards taking money off of gas prices.
