Love the store I have nothing good to say about the grooming other than they had an appointment available. They traumatized my puppy and cut his nails so short that they bled all night along with rendering bald and not shampooing him either, which I paid for...I just wish I would have never taken him there, $77.00 dollars I should have thrown it out my window instead! The groomer is incompetent and should find a different field to go into!

Good store. I do have a lot to say about it. As First with the fish selection, well the tanks are very clean. Betta's tanks/cups are also Nice. They clearly feed them high quality food. (Bloodworms) And very much care about fish. I do wish they have a wider supply of fish Medicine._______________________________________________________The other pets, like cats and dog sections are great. They have lots of supplies!_______________________________________________________The employees can get a bit mean though. As one of the managers, seemed like she was being a bit aggressive. Some of the employees do seem a bit aggressive and forceful. There are a few awesome employees. (Shout out to CJ) Overall this store is a greta store for all supplies.

Usually a great place to get out husky groomed. Been coming here for 3 yrs not all of a sudden they add an extra charge to brush him out cuz he's so fluffy. Would have possibly been ok with it if they had called and asked before they just stick you with the charge

During COVID the Karen that works here kicked me out for not wearing a mask and pretending the mask was effective. She didn’t look like she passed 3rd grade biology class so not sure if I can fault her but I’ve never been back here and I never will. I’ll give my money to their competition.

This is just one of the many reasons I have a problem with this franchise. This is seriously disgusting I can not believe they'd leave a dead fly in a beta container. I wanted to throw up over the amount of dead fish on their display. They should be ashamed.

Omg... This place is awesome! Needed to get some dog food! This place has every brand of dog food I have ever heard of! Lots of toys and treats too! Definitely worth a visit! I will make sure to visit here again on my next trip to Twin Falls!

I was interested in purchasing an aquarium and stand combo which was on sale at the time. There was a combo in stock at the store but the aquarium was chipped and was not suitable for holding water. It was suggested that it only be used for reptiles not fish. I asked if there were other sets like this available. The person helping me didn't know so she called who I am assuming was a manager of the store and asked if other sets were in stock. The answer was no and no more would not be ordered until the chipped aquarium was sold. Great customer service. Guess I didn't want to purchase an aquarium at PetSmart.

I love PetSmart for the wide variety of items it has for all types of animals. I myself have 3 Rottweilers, 3 cats, and a bunny rabbit. I find this place to be my one stop shop for all the things I need, and even though some of the stuff may seem expensive, they DO pricematch other competitors. I love the fact that it is pet friendly as well, and I can either bring one of my dogs, or have a chance at petting someone else's fur baby while I'm there! This is the only 5 star review I have given, and its an honest review. One thing though, I wish their dog beds were a little less expensive/more durable. They seem like great quality, but I bought 2 of the temperpedic beds from here that were like $65 each, and my dogs scratched through them within 2 days of having them.. I live about an hour and a half away from here, so it wasn't worth the trip of bringing them back. Overall the store is tidy, friendly associates, and a great place to shop for pets.

Tried calling asking for customer assistance to confirm they had product in stock since the website said the store was out. The customer service associate both times seemed bothered that I was calling in so she could check if they did have stock of what I needed. First time I called turns out the website was wrong the store did have it. The second time I called for something else she proceeds to tell me you can check on the website but I guess I can go look on the floor for you leaves me on hold then hangs up on me. I understand you’re busy at the store but that is no way of treating customers period. Clearly the website isn’t always accurate stock of what they have and don’t have.

Took 2 of my 3 boys in for grooms, Hope was extremely friendly and easy to work with despite having a really negative experience with a groomer at a different PetSmart. My GP loved her and came out looking fantastic. My other dog, who is blind and needs a bit of extra assistance, was bathed by Steph and came out tail wagging from his experience.

I need pet supplies sometimes, but I absolutely hate these chains stores. It is a glorified warehouse for innocent animals,any of whom are neglected to literal death before they can ever be sold. They also sell nothing but processed foods and other products that shorten the lives of pets. And all their toys are made of synthetic materials. I'd love it if I could get raw food at the pet store, toys made of natural materials, and I would ESPECIALLY love it if they stopped selling animals. The employees are unfailingly nice and welcoming at every location.

We've been Pet Smart customers for over a decade now, and this is the most unfortunate review I've ever had to write. We've been taking our two chihuahuas to Pet Smart for grooming since 2018. We've always had fantastic experiences, even with our Chihuahua who gets anxious over nail trims. Every groomer we've worked with has been patient, skilled, and talented at what they do. Recently we took the dogs in for a nail trim and grind at the Twin Falls location. Our first Chihuahua did great as always and was done within five minutes. Our second, more anxious Chihuahua went back in, and within about five minutes they brought her out saying they couldn't finish her service and one paw was left untrimmed (yet we were being charged full price). My fiancé went back in to see if they could try one more time with her since we'd have to come back the next day anyways to try again, and we were received with "we can't take her as a client anymore." In addition to this, prior to the appointment, we had some issues with scheduling the appointment and I was shocked at the change in what usually is great customer service. We are saddened that after five years of taking our current dogs to Pet Smart for grooming, and thousands of dollars invested into Pet Smart, that they were unable to work with our dog and were so negative towards us as a result. We will no longer be doing business with Pet Smart in any sense, which is sad because we've gotten grooming, food, toys, treats, and supplies with them forever. I hope no one else has this experience.

Been bringing my lil 10 yr old Chihuahua here for a few years. Recently I've noticed I've been charged for toothbrush cleaning and her teeth were not cleaned or fresh breath. All the good groomers have left as well. I now know why. Bad management bad attitudes not personalized service anymore lost another customer!

Needed some treats and toys for my sausage dog, and had to get a carrier. They had everything I needed, it was all easy to find, and the employees were absolutely pleasurable to do business with!They seemed a bit short staffed, but I suppose thats to be expected as of right now. I just gave them patience and they gave me a very satisfactory experience!
