Hannah at the counter had scanned an item that had been there already thinking it was mine. No biggie right, but then she was like wait so I can help the costumer behind you when she hadn’t even gave me a refund. And I wanted my money back cause I have more shopping to do but they couldn’t give me cash back cause I paid with card not even for the inconvenience. Very disappointed with the experience and how they handled it

I haven't been happy with training. Trainer is late, feel like we are working on the same stuff. Class supposed to be an hour but management schedules her to be off early. Not sure worth the money and I would not recommend to anyone else

Jody, the pet groomer, took such great care of my Cat, Edie the sweetie! She talked to her the whole time she trimmed her nails and was very professional with us. Jody was also able to get Edie’s difficult nail that was growing back toward her pad.It was important for us to get her nails trimmed as we are traveling to Canada and Jody made this happen! I’m so grateful for Jody and her team! They also got me in within 20 minutes of scheduling an appointment. Overall, great experience! 🐱

Some of your signage is very confusing. You have a big sign over an area notating that name treat and buy one get one 50% off and of the 20 items in that brand it only applied to a couple items after I got up to the register with all the products and had to go back to the back and find an associate to look at the item and try and figure it out. Consumers don’t like to have to try to figure out a sale. You should mark only the individual products on sale in that case. Cost me an extra 20 minutes waiting for help to get this figured out and even they were not clear at first look!

Was extremely helpful when we got our puppy, the store has so many things to choose from! It's a bit pricey, but our furry family is worth it.

Awful. I would never condone buying from any petco. We rescued a tegu from here and she has to get some toes taken off and possibly some of her tail because of the stuck shed since she was not taken care of and the employees gave us false advice because they were uneducated. They even admitted not knowing how to or being able to take care of her . Very upset with this company I would never recommend buying from here

The store was messy with carts full of merchandise sitting in front of shelves so that you had to move them in order to see what they had. Staff just walked past without asking if you need help.

Clearance and toy options in general was fantastic! I was shocked! Way better selection than I’ve ever seen in PetSmart. Staff was very kind and upbeat.

Had to wait a decent while to get some minnows even though the store was pretty empty, then the lady was not only rude but gave me 2-3 dead minnows and then the girl up front was rude as well.

This store is very unorganized. Boxes everywhere, very cluttered. Hard to walk down an aisle. It does seem they have everything in stock. A lot of cute animals for the kids to see.

Thank you so much, Hannah for your patience with me last night. Helping someone so helpless must have been awful for you. However, you treated me and my daughter’s dog with dignity and respect. I know you were tired and the store was closing but you still kept helping me with a smile on your face. You didn’t give up on us and thanks to you, we got everything we needed a one trip. Once again rude employees that are not helpful and makes you feel like more of a bother than anything. Brain is always AMAZING (sad he works for you) so is the blonde lady who I believe is a manager however the rest of the employees I've seen or been in contact with are absolutely awful. The young dark haired girl that checked me out tonight was extremely rude not only at the cash register but I also watched her push a customer out of her way with her left shoulder in the reptile isle by the live food refrigerator. Tonight was the last night I will ever be a customer at Petco in twin falls. Sad really whereas I have 5 turtles 2 veild chameleons, 4 leopard geckos, 1 bearded dragon and a ball python to shop for. PetSmart by WinCo or Exotic Guppy on main st. is the way to go. PetSmart and Exotic Guppy have wonderful caring employees who have been working there for a long time unlike Petco (who has a high turnover) as well as the employees at PetSmart and Exotic Guppy truly love what they do and educating customers unlike PetCo. Please people if you want the best for your pets STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!PETCO=HELL NO... PETSMART=HELL YES... EXOTIC GUPPY= HELL YESS

I honestly don’t leave negative reviews ever but this experience has truly angered me. I live out of state and decided to give petco a chance to do a BATH. He has been regularly groomed since he was 8weeks old, fixed, no matts. I know that petco doesn’t permit groomers to take dogs out to use the bathroom but I seriously think that putting puppy pads down to let dogs go potty during an HOURS long groom is pretty reasonable. They stopped grooming him after THREE hours because he kept having accidents. He is less than a year old and well hydrated. Normal dogs need to pee HOURLY. He also gulped down water when he got home which I assume means that he had no access to water as well.They put him in a bathtub, dried him off, brushed him and charged me 50 dollars for a $37 service. The original holiday package that I signed up for was 65. I’m so disappointed.

We get our dog groomed here sometimes (mainly since the average wait for other local groomers is long, if they even accept new clients) but it's a really hit or miss experience. They can either see her quickly and do a lovely job or they randomly close their grooming department for a week because of staffing issues. I imagine the management at this Petco could be more proactive in retaining the talented staff they do have. Overall, I have decided that it's not worth the highs to deal with the lows and will change my dog's groomer.

Do not sign up for Vital Care unless you want a monthly bill of $20 that you can not cancel for a year!!!Yes you get rewards, but not unless you buy everything from Petco.I just another monthly bill I can't afford 😞

The staff ROCKS!! GOOD JOB GUYS!! You know your store and you know how to please the pickiest of customers, my mother-in-law included.😁 I'm a bit embarrassed I dont remember everyone's names who helped us and I really wish I did so I could give them the credit they're due. One gal was super helpful in finding us some good puppy toys, leashes and answered the zillions of questions we had on on collars and other walking mechanisms for our puppy. There was also a gentlemen who literally said what he was.."a dog food specialist"& he most certainly was extremely knowledgeable of what foods were of best recommendation for our breed of puppy and how to properly wien her from her old dog food they don't even carry because it doesn't meet their quality standards.. 💕 Lastly the gal in grooming clipped our puppies nails for free!! Yes!!!

Took my 10 year old floof for a groom. He was in full spring shed as a double coated older gentleman. The grooming team, especially Breanna, took outstanding care of him. He looks AMAZING! He wasn't sore or overly tired after his groom. He instantly took to the staff and was completely relaxed and comfortable. 15/10, can't recommend this team enough!

Very limited shopping space. I went in to possibly purchase a reptile bulb and the twin falls location had almost no space for multiple shoppers to browse or shop for what exactly they are looking for. On top of very limited product and very limited isles. Felt like I was shopping at a maze. It was very uncomfortable to navigate. I was almost elbow to elbow to other shoppers. I had very limited space to look for what I was shopping for.

Brian helped my son set up his new 29 gal tank. We were very appreciative that he was there to help and answer all of my sons many, many questions. The employees we have dealt with are very interested in pet care and health. The vital care program is awesome. Especially for new pets!

Great customer service! Just wow! Especially for a pet store.... they cared enough to find my discount in my online account. They took a good amount of time and really showed that they cared. I'll always go to Petco just because of the two girls who helped me. Wish I would've gotten their names.

Petco is way overpriced. I don't shop there often. Today, I spent almost $200 there and they didn't even have the decency to provide a bag without charging for it. Guess my money will continue to go elsewhere.

If your small dog tries to snap and bite while getting nails cut, they stop immediately and won't finish and you still have to pay. What dog doesn't snap when getting nails cut, that why I took him to a professional! It's their job to factor that in as professionals. Petsmart will mussle them while cutting nails so just go there to get the job done.
