This store is awesome!!! They have a self serve dog wash, with shampoo, conditioner, brushes, ear wipes, fragrances, and high velocity blow dryer. On top of this, they clean up the hair afterwards! Always very clean, and the owners are extremely friendly. We decided to try out some of their chews, and our dogs AND CATS love them!!! Our cats will not leave the chicken feet alone 🤣🤣 we asked for the hardest chew for our great Dane/lab and happy to say 2 hours later he is still going on that beef cheek roll!!!

Great customer service here at Pet Wants! We love that all of their products are natural and high quality! We definitely will be regular customers especially for their awesome dog treats. Our pup loves the pig snouts and chicken feet!

Very wonderful first experience at the self dog wash! Will definitely be back! Very fair pricing. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere and very clean. If Pet Wants needs ideas to improve, the only thing I can say is the coiled hoses were kind of a pain. I think regular hoses would work a lot better, but definitely not something that will keep me from coming back!

Very amicable young lady owner. I have 4 6 month old Mastadors and chewing anything and everything. Went and bought treats that were a lot cheaper than the chewed items. I didn’t even know they existed. Was referred by a gentleman in Ridley’s in Buhl and immediately went there and solved my dog’s problem. An unknown resource. I will be learning more about dog nutrition. Thank you. Thank you! Thank you. ASAP plumbing heating, electrical and remodeling.

Fantastic little shop for all of your "Pet Wants." They have a nice selection of treats and even sell food, so that makes it nice. The workers and owners are super nice as well, and the whole place has a great atmosphere. The dog bathing stations are really cool as well, and overall, it's a great little store that I will be making many trips to in the future. 10/10.

This place is INCREDIBLE! We used their self-service dog baths and everything was so clean, the setup is amazing, and the shampoo has our dogs smelling pleasantly fresh. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking out their chews/treats! They are some of the best I’ve ever seen :)Pet Wants is a must if you’re in downtown Twin Falls!

They have great healthy kibble and treats for dogs and cats. You can also bathe your pet there. They will assist with the bath if you need it, at least the first time.

It's nice to find a pet store that KNOWS about their products, can make legitimate recommendations, and actually have your pets enjoy the treats/food. The DIY baths are so awesome - I will happily take our pups to Pet Wants and pay for shampoo, conditioner, after spray and toe wax, AND avoid the piles of hair in our bathtub and dirty towels. Plus, the owners and staff are extremely welcoming and friendly!

I was hesitant about jumping into dry food, but was left with no other choice due to wet food having a negative effect on my dog’s teeth. I became aware of the Pet Wants brand coming here to Twin Falls, Idaho and, honestly, I couldn’t be more pleased. My dog, Scooter, took right to the dry food from Pet Wants when he has historically caught pretty hard to wait me out when trying to switch from wet to dry food. The only negative aspect of this brand is not having that sense of familiarity that you get walking into a large pet food store. However, Mike and Valerie are incredible. They honestly care about your pet and understand that our pets are part of our families. They will gladly invite you into their home so you can see the different products and provide you with a wealth of knowledge regarding your pet’s dietary needs. I would highly recommend reaching out to them and trying a free sample. Their food is fresh and completely free of any of those by-products or fillers that you find in the big chain brands. A free sample and some valuable knowledge never hurt. Again, I couldn’t be happier with the switch.

By far, the best dog food I can remember purchasing in years, with high quality protein and no fillers. Owners are very helpful and take time to explain their products and answer questions. They are quite knowledgeable about pet nutrition and common pet health issues. They have a great variety of kibble for both dogs and cats of different ages and activity levels, each with a specific nutrient profile. They have hard to find treats including jerky, freeze dried salmon, beef esophagus, beef cheeks, chicken feet, dental chews, biscuits, deer and elk antlers, and "wag butter." Free local delivery and monthly subscriptions will make it easy to treat your pet right.
