Went to the self dog wash. It was good. No wait. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. There was no conditioner and the shampoo had no scent and was watered down. The price is better than the other one in town and their hours are more convenient.

I have taken my poodles to Jodee for over 25 years. She has always done the perfect cut for a standard poodle and does many poodles in our area. She is very meticulous about everything she does!

I asked for a long cut 4" and JoDee shaved my poodle/old English Sheepdog. It is 1/4" all over. Because it's winter he can't go outside to play in the snow since it's 24°F. Very disappointed.

I feel this was a poor value. Cut was nothing like what my wife asked for. My dog was dirty and covered in hair coming out and dusty! Which really confuses me. It seemed like they didn’t bathe them but then charged top price and did a sub par cut. Beyond that, I wasn’t given a time to expect my dog done. I tried calling 3 times with no answer or call returned then just went in and the gal was sitting playing on her phone. Not impressed at all. I’ll try someone else next time.

Friendly employees, fun little shop! They have self wash stations. The water temp is preset, and all materials are provided! They even have a dryer.

Never had such poor customer service. Ohana was recommended to us, so we called and left a message. They called back and we scheduled an appointment on a Friday when I could take off work so our 2 dogs didn't need to stay there all day. I called Friday morning to confirm the location and was told on the phone, "glad you called, my husband wants to leave early going out of town and I need to cancel the appointment." After stating that I took the day off work just for this appointment, I paused to check my calendar to see if I could find another time that we could make work and was then told, "sorry, that's just how things go sometimes," right before I was hung up on... Wow, obviously she doesn't want the work.Guess it worked for the best as Mystic Paws was happy to fit me in and offered to bring in another groomer to best fit my schedule!

JoDee at Ohana has been grooming my dogs since she first started grooming out of her garage. I've always been pleased with the service, my dog (a toy poodle) always looks great, and, best of all, my dog enjoys going there. I tell her we're going to the "beauty parlor" and she always gets excited.The first dog JoDee groomed for me, a German Sheppard cross, had bad experiences at another groomer. JoDee took the time needed to build up trust. That dog came to love being brushed. After the initial period when she was nervous and building up her trust in JoDee, she also came to enjoy her grooming.I've had other dogs that have just gone in for occasional baths and nail trims, but the two mentioned above were groomed regularly. I would definitely recommend JoDee at Ohana. And, in fact, I have.

I have taken my dogs to a couple of top rated groomers and was very dissatisfied. Over priced and very unhappy with there work. Ohana was recommended by my neighbor and was very happy with there service and there price.
