I have been taking my two dogs to Mystic paws since I moved back to Idaho. My Aussie Schnauzer mix has always been fearful of groomers and tries to pull out the door, but when we go to Mystic Paws she walks in with her tail wagging happy to see her friends! My Poodle is a little over a year now and Mystic Paws has been her groomer from the very start she has zero fear of the groomer and always comes home very happy! They are really easy to work with and are always willing to fix or correct anything I don’t like! Thanks mystic for loving my babies!

By far the best pet grooming experience I’ve ever had. The staff was very informed, helpful and gentle with my pup. In addition, the facility was impressively clean and orderly. I have not found another grooming facility that charges such a fair and straight forward price. We will absolutely be bringing all of our animals back in the future!💯👌🏽

If I could give 10/5 starts I would. I dropped my dogs off & they were filthy! They came out looking so clean. They smelled amazing! Will absolutely go back. The price is impossible to beat!

They did absolutely amazing !!! Staff was very nice my dog was very confident being left there. He was even happy just hanging around for a moment while I paid. 10/10 would go back. He looks very handsome now.

I went to pick up my Mainecoon and he was so stressed. He’s been sick for 2 days. I don’t know if it was dog noise or what. She did a good job grooming, but I want to SEE where my cat is going. Won’t let you inside the house. Won’t go back. My cats are my kids, I expect them to be coddled, loved and treated with compassion.

I was so impressed! The staff are fantastic and the environment is very calming for the animals. My dog is extremely clipper shy and other groomers have said they can’t handle him. The groomers at Mystic Paws were so patient and understanding! When they brought my dog out he looked so good and was behaving better than I’ve ever seen him at a groomer. (He wasn’t agitated but calm and happy). I’m so grateful they were willing to work with our dog. We’ve been to quite a few groomers in the past and these guys are my absolute favorite!!

These guys were awesome! I set up my appointment 6 weeks early from another state because I was traveling to adopt a dog in the location! They called me when they received the dog and told me she was so matted she required a #7, but they would try to keep as much hair as possible! I hadn't even met the dog she did great! And she looks so beautiful.

Ella always is so much happier after she gets her nails done at Mystic Paws.We’ve been happy customers since the business opened.We come every month and a half or two to get Ella’s nails done.They’ve always been super sweet to her and we are always very satisfied.Since my fall I wasn’t able to clip Ella’s nails.I trust my fur baby with them.In my opinion, you can too.

I have brought my dog here twice for a nail trim. He is very fearful of having it done. The first time was great. Two girls came out and they worked with him and did a great job. The second time was not good unfortunately. Only one girl came out. She didn't really seem to be as patient and accommodating to a fearful dog. He urinated out of fear. She refused to trim the last paw because it had urine on it. I was charged full price though. I was very disappointed in the whole experience.

They were able to groom our dog within a reasonable time period, even though it’s a busy time of year for them. My dog had gone longer than usual between grooms and was beginning to get matted, and they got him looking great again. He feels so much better!

The first thing that bothered me here was that they did not ask whether my dog was friendly or not before putting her in a room full of other dogs (thank god she’s extremely friendly). They didn’t check if that was okay with me either. They didn’t check whether she was up to date on shots or if she was sick at all... they cared very little for the well-being of my pup.Furthermore, I could put all that aside for the moment, but they did a horrible job. Her hair is super patchy, nothings blended and there’s little tufts of hair all over her. There’s even a bald patch right near her eye which makes me think... god forbid they slipped a little farther back and took her eye out.Honestly, I did a better job taking my boyfriends clippers for his head and shaving her down.The bottom line is I love my dog very much and I do not trust these people to take care of her. I will not be going back.

I just took my Millie to Mystic Paws for her first groom and she came out beautiful and happy. They are very reasonably priced and genuinely nice. I highly recommend and will be back for their grooming service's as well as their doggy daycare. 🙂

I went to pick up my dog and there had been a scheduling confusion. He was supposed to get a full groom but was on the book for a bath and nails. They made a phone call and the groomer came back to work to finish the job, I didn’t have to re-schedule. He looked perfect when I picked him up. I appreciate the professionalism I may not have had at some other places.

I had an appointment at 8:00 AM on March third. Went to the appt. And sign said closed. I thought they were running late...waited and called only to hear they were closed due to moving to a new location! I have been taking my husky there for years. I left a message and as of this date 4/ 23/21 have not heard anything and this site says still closed. Not very professional. Found a new groomer.

I can't say enough about Mystic Paws. They are kind loving people they have cared for my pets and have never had problems. Phillip has even taken my pets to the vet for me, and picked up the meds brought them to me. When my mothers dog was sick Phil went to my moms picked up her and her dog unfortunately the doc couldn't save her dog and Phil stayed with her. On top of that they do beautiful grooms and the dogs smell so good. Thank you Mystic Paws!!!

They were awesome! My two little dogs don't really like other people or dogs. They needed their nails clipped and the staff had them in and out in 15 minutes. I also love that they are open early so I can take my babies in before work! Thanks you guys!

Took my dog there 3 times and everytime he has gotten more scared. This last time i picked him up he was cut in 3 spots and bleeding. My dog has never done this and we keep up on his trims and so.wtimes do some at home until he gets real bad, this time we turned on the clippers and he cowered down and actually snapped at my wife. Will never go back to that establishment and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. And to clarify my dog is a goldendoodle so hes not aggresive.And to clarify on the" you do not continue", how do ypu explain the cuts 5 min after i picked him up. Good cover up for your establishment,!!!

They take care of Norma, they are open slightly before 8 to allow me to drop of Norma before work. Staff do a great job with keeping the dogs safe during daycare visits. They are quick to get the dogs out and ready to go at the end of the day!

My review from Facebook:Mystic Paws Grooming LLC. Took my dog a second time this past weekend. Despite the fact that they had lost his leash over christmas last year, I decided to take my dogs back because the lady was very nice.This past weekend I was told, not asked, to come pick up my dog while i was out of town. I was told my dog had peed in the house three times. Now I believe there was an ulterior motive, but that's something else.This peeing is out of Moose's character. When she had him for 2 weeks on christmas there was never any problems, we don't have these issues, and when my friend dog sat the for the remaining 20 hours, yes this lady couldn't maintain her commitment for less than one more day, there were no accidents as well.I decided to write a review. However, the past 12 hours I have been bombarded via comments on the review and private messages to both my wife and I about this. They are adamant about not including the company despite the fact that I dropped my animals off there, picked them up from there, and paid Mystic Paws.Since they dont qant me blaming the company, even though the company handles non entrenched in this matter I will tell you to NEVER allow Mallory Snow to board your dogs. Not only was she misleading about the services her company provided but she was highly unprofessional, not dependable, and has been untruthful in her deals with me.And through the interaction below, and the blame shifting of the company, instead of making an effort to rectify the problem, I would highly advise against using any services provided by Mystic Paws.Please feel free to share this. People like this need to be exposed.Thanks to every one who pitched in, or offered to, in the time of need

They got my Old English Sheepdog in within an hour of making the phone call, are super nice and understand the complexity of grooming such a high maintenance breed. Prices are more than reasonable I definitely recommend!

I TOOK MT CHITSU IN AND TOLD THEM EXACTLY HOW TO GROOM MY DOG I PICKED HIM UP AND HE WAS BUTCHERED. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THESE PEOPLE.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE WHO LOVES THERE PETS AS WE LOVE OURS. No I DO NOT have the wrong establishment. We got our zhitu 6 yrs ago and you butchered our dog. It's amazing how we forget. Our dogs name is Buggsy maybe that might help. When you do something that bad to an animal we do not want people to know about it but thanks to reviews we can let people know weather your good or bad in this case YOU WERE BAD.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

So your establishment is a joke, you didn't notify us about cutting Jax. It wasn't once & you stopped, you cut him twice. The 1st time was great then something happened cuz he is now scared of the clippers and has never been before. You can make all the excuses you want but we will never bring him back and a big thank you for traumatizing our dog.!!!

Took my dog to get a cut today. They couldn't get her to stand up so they sent her home half done. Now I'm going to have to find someone to finish her. Her last groomer would roll her on her back and get the butt done that way. I will never take her back there. Bad experience.
