They are great! If my cat needed help after surgery they do that for free! I didn't have to go back. Their staff helped me over the phone to look at pictures of Raja to make sure he is healing well.

We had switched vets because our other vet had described our dog as “aggressive.” When I was here, these vets did a great job with our dog and said that our dog is very sweet and kind. she had to share some really bad news with us at the appointment that our dog has cancer. She was professional, polite, and caring about it. My wife could not be at the appointment and wanted to ask her a few questions, so she called her when she was available. This is who you want to take care of your dog

Took my pup in because excessive itching. Booking appointment was easy. We were greeted as we walked inn and the Vet was in to assess the condition of my pup right away. Vet gave recommendations and prescription. My pup miraculously better in just 24 hours. We received a follow up 2 days later, checking to see if the pup was okay. So awesome and glad we now have a Vet we can count on.

My cat was spayed a couple days ago and they did an amazing job. It was super affordable too. My family gets all of our animals fixed here. The workers were super kind and called me the day after surgery to see how Ezra was doing. She kept licking her stitches so we had to give her the paper plate od shame until she got an actual cone.

I started taking my dogs here a couple years ago and it is hands down the best decision I could have made for them. Compared to the place that I was taking them it's a much more comfortable and pleasant experience by far for my doggies. The staff at Magic Valley Vet take such good care and concern every time we go there. They go out of their way to help you with your needs. My dogs get treated nicely and it's so nice to see the care in their eyes. I wish I had been taking my dogs here all along but I'm glad that I am now! I wish more vet places were like them. It's not hard to be nice and to have a heart. If you don't then you shouldn't be in that kind of business 💯 thank you Magic Valley Vet for all your love and kindness ❤️ ✨️

I was up with my fur baby all night, he's a 16 yo boxer mix. He had a scary cough & just wasn't acting right. I was freaking out, scared & crying. From the first call that morning they were so nice, so helpful & very affordable. They got me right in & reassured me my baby was going to be fine. They even called the next day to see how he was doing. From now on not only will I be using them for my 2 babies, my family will be too. I'm a first time pet parent. Extremely protective of my fur baby. I went in for my pets Neuter very nervous of what could happen. I got the call he was all finished up way sooner then I thought he would be. He did so good and no problems coming home. He's back to my happy boy. THANK YOU MAGIC VALLEY VET!

Everything was fantastic ! ... thanks to the ladies at the front desk for making a place for me so the doctor can see Lylah my dog , everyone was very friendly and so nice the Doctor Paula Cox was incredible! So nice and very sweet, now after visit the doctor Lylah come back to her regular life and that makes me so happy she is no in pain and see Lylah happy and playing with her brother Zeus ( cat ) like they did before , thanks again Doctor :)

My dog has been having problems walking and I tool her to the only vet in Jerome and they xrayed her and said nothing was wrong. I reached out to magic valley vet hospital hoping they were taking new clients and they were! My appointment was great. I actually got to go in with the doctor and my dog and she explained everything to me. She was very excellent and nice when checking over my dog. She never made my dog yelp once. I am very impressed with this place and will be back! Thank you all for getting me in and being so kind♥️♥️

I have changed my old vet to Magic Valley Veterinary hospital and I was very pleased with the service and the way that I was treated. I felt like your needs are really taken care of and things are explained so I was able to understand. It really was great, I was really thinking how the staff and the Doctors were really wanting to do the best care possible. I felt like that everyone was going that extra mile. With my other vet it wasn't as friendly and you really didn't get to know the Vets there. I can get to know everyone at Magic Valley Veterinary hospital.

I had an emergency with my dog. I couldn't get into my regular vet. I called and told them what was going on and then got me in right away and helped my dog. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. I'll deffinately be going back.

I really enjoy taking Teddy to this Hospital...the two times i.ve been there they seem to work with puppies well.I would have given them a five. But last time Teddy went to get his yearly shots, the assistant that did this may have been new as it took her 5 tries and then changed to a different location before she succeeded to give the shot. I didn.t say anything but almost did and in the end I was pretty irritated. See I was raised on a dairy my whole childhood and I gave shots all the time to calves and whatever was sick, i wasn.t perfect by all means but it never took me 5 tries to give a shot to any animal. After this experience I felt I should have just done it myself.With that said, "I hope there may be a way this assistant can practice more on something else like an Orange." I just think practice makes perfect and maybe not on a live small animal.

I contacted MV Vet Hospital to schedule an appt for Maverick, my 4 year old French Bulldog. The receptionist was very kind and scheduled a 2 pm appointment. Checkin was efficient and Dr. Hannah Brown did not keep us waiting. Dr. Brown quickly diagnosed Maverick's ailment with xrays to confirm. She carefully reviewed the xrays with me and explained her recommended treatment. I am extremely grateful for the efficiency and kindness of MVVH staff and Dr. Brown.
