Talk about a place that has a little bit of EVERYTHING! Stopped by to have a spare key made, and had a chance to browse while waiting. I was thoroughly impressed with the vast assortment of merchandise, and all at a very reasonable price! Krengel's is an amazing hardware store that should have what you need!

I stopped in here looking for something that is out of season, which I don’t fault them for not having in stock. What made them worth 5 stars is their kindness. I took a stumble down the street and they not only welcomed me in to wash up but the kind gentleman brought me a bandage. This is the kind of customer service we need in this world. Thank you!

Very helpful got several keys made they have a cute friendly guard dog in charge of watching for inventory walk out. Lol and they offer Jim bobs donuts and coffee! Plus I got everything at a great price. 👍

I enjoy coming to this small, hometown-style hardware store. Its no-frills atmosphere is quiet, peaceful and polite, and I NEVER have problems finding what Im looking for. If I cannot myself find something of an unusual type, the staff are always kind and can take me right to it in a moment. Today I was getting plumbing, insect control and lighting items.. quite a variety. PRICES are competitive with big stores like Walmart...very reasonable. I enjoyed my little stop here very much.

The staff is friendly and they keep a wide assortment of products in a small amount of space. They even carry items that I couldn't find elsewhere in this town.I was impressed with the way they are able to carry so much, yet still keep the store so well organized that I never once felt like a sardine.

I’m sure other stores are amazing but this one in twin is the worst the Manager there is rude and sometimes you’ll wait up to 15 minutes in line up front for someone to help very small store better off finding what you need somewhere else had a friend work here and the employees only made 10 a hour unless your one of the two managers that give you the work they don’t wanna do

They have got a little bit of everything in that store. That is the place to go when you can't figure out where to find something. Their Hardware Bins are incredible. That is personally my favorite place in that store!

Great customer service i was immediately greeted and so grateful for their reliable service. I had been in to Lowes 6 times to get copies of keys that never worked until i finally came here and the keys worked wonderfully, i could've avoided a lot of hassle and saved time had i known about them first!

These guys have been friendly knowledgeable and on top of their customer service game every time I've been in the store. Pricing is a little higher and closing time hours are earlier than the big box stores, but they've always been worth my time to stop in. Highly recommend these guys.

I went to Kringles hardware hoping to get help with a tricycle we just bought for our Great grandson Aiden we needed a bolt taken off that was so hard to get off he try everything and finally got it off Bob was brillant so helpful and didn't charge me anything what great customer service your store should be proud

I use this store all the time but today I went in to find a bucket to drain my oil in. And before I could buy something they offered me something they had in the back that was used for free. They really do the most for you.

Has a full selection of almost anything you want. Even professional level door locks and hard to find bits and pieces.. Stafford very friendly and have great Insight on what you're looking for and a very helpful.
