Very disappointed, I bought a drill from Harbor Freight on Pole Line Road then after four months the drill just burn out and stop working.I went to the store to buy a new one, but the girl at the cash register said just to bring your old one and we will exchange, I told her it’s past 90 days, she said, even though we will override it, just to bring it back.I live in the country so I drove 20 miles home and a 20 miles back and when I got to the store, her manager said oh no we can’t exchange it, so I told them why did you make me drive all the way home and back to the store for nothing, she says I’m sorry I didn’t know about it.Well, I believe that “I’m sorry” not going to help me with wasting my time and gas for my truck.their customer service is worthless and their product is absolutely worthless.

Super helpful and the tool quality 8mprovements are excellent. I personally have been buying from Harbor freight since they were mail order catalog .I highly recommend trying thier tools over the tool trucks and big box stores !

Amazing staff and they went the extra mile to accommodate disabled customer needing personal assistance with shopping. So, so thoughtful. Went in for a sander thinking it would be about $40 dollars and walked out spending only $14.00. Thank you.

Always a great selection. I bought around the neck lamps for my work and they work great.. staff was super friendly and helped me hunt them down since the lights were hiding among the many choices they had.

Great place for everyone. Love their selection of solar lights and security items. Always find what we need at a reasonable price One of my favorite buys is their workshop blower. I use this for everything. Much more convenient and easy to handle than a large leaf blower. Great for blowing off your front step or even cleaning out the back of the pickup. Great to dry your car after washing. Endless uses.

The staff took the time to find the stock I needed. They have high quality tarps at a great price. I like their disposable mechanics gloves, and I also have a 3-ton jack from here that works really well. Their tools are typically on the lower end, but they've started to stock some mid to high-end tools in some categories. The only issue I have with this store is it sometimes they are a little under-staffed at the front counter. I often use the Project Farm YouTube channel to determine which of their tools are worth buying.

I bought a generator to power my RV AC. I asked ahead of time if there were any issues could I bring it back. I was told no problem. Well it wouldn’t power my AC which is the only reason it was bought. Then they tell me there’s a 20% restocking fee. Or I can buy another one. I guess it states this in your receipt. I didn’t realize I should stop and read my receipt before walking out the door. Nor do I want to just buy anything so I don’t get ripped off of $200 for something that never worked for me. Horrible return policy. And now that I realize this I will no long purchase anything from them. Rethink a $1000 purchase from this place!!

They could do better with their customer service. Every time I have needed help finding something there, no one is around. Even after walking 3-4 isles. So I end up searching every isle for what I need. Maybe my own stupidity of not reading signs above my head although some of you know those can be misleading.

Cashiers are super helpful. I love this place! I almost always score freebies by either looking them up online or using the flyer I get in the mail, as I am on their mailing list. PLUS, a discount coupon! I'm always needing something from here, so financially this is great! The tool quality is great too!!

It's not the employees why I give a one start. It's the product they sell. I bought a heater. It's a intertek oscillating parabolic heater. Spent 40 if not more bucks 2 weeks later it broke. I wouldn't recommend it.

This place is awesome! I needed a new brad gun so I can finish the trim moulding in my house.... The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The clerk was polite and friendly! I applied my 20% off coupon and got my new brad gun for a great deal! It works amazing too! Definitely worth the trip to Twin Falls when you need a Harbor Freight! This place ROCKS!

Usually a good experience. Today, not so much. Didn't have the toolbox I wanted in stock at all, in any color. Clerk was inpatient and just said I could pay for it and it and they would have it in 3 weeks. No thanks. Bye bye.

The sales staff was as helpful as they could be. Being very busy, I only gave 4 stars due to the wait in line. Service was good and shelves well stocked. Always a great place if you need a quick tool for a specific job.

Manager and staff are rude! They wouldn't sell a simple fiber glass latter. Because its a display model and somthing might be wrong with it. They don't sell display models? But almost all the items they sell are out on display and furthermore the have a section of clearance items that are broken and missing parts. Backwards thinking I hope they go bankrupt! The first sales woman i encountered was very friendly and helpful. The line at the register i got in only had 2 people ahead of me, each having only 2 to 3 items. The cashier spent so much time talking/joking with them that the other cashier rang up 10 people before i could get to the register. Although i am a proponent of friendly service, the amount of time i stood in line was ridiculously long.

Always have the items I need, at a price I can afford. So far all the tools and other items I purchased over the years still function just fine for my own home use. The only disadvantage is that I have to drive 80 miles round trip to a store in one direction and 130 miles round trip to a store in the opposite direction. There is no store close by in my community, so I can only take advantage of the stores only a very few times a year if I'm in one of those towns for other business. I need one in my area, and town and I would make more use of it.
