Went to the family dollar tonight to get laundry detergent and everything that they had was on sale except the on one I have to use which is the "free clear all"and for some reason it was double in price. I thought this was family dollar not Nordstrom

In this economy its relieving to know there is a store that still retains it's great values of low prices and a wonderful selection of products. We found the items needed and also others that were so inexpensive they could not be turned down, incredible deals keep trending at this location

When I came in today, I was greeted by the best customer service I have had in a long time! The gentleman at the cash register was very polite & kind. I was amazed at his efforts to put a smile on everyone’s faces while they were in the store! A truly kind guy that deserves a raise for the work he is providing! Thank you for the amazing customer service! I shall be returning to the store more often now due to the customer service I received today!

The greeting at the door is usually the only good thing in the store and one evening lady and guy that are good customer service examples. Other than that the rest of the workers are rude. They aren't very kind. Don't smile or even act like they enjoy their job. The online policies and info is not accurate with the stores. Many items I have purchased there have been obviously used and not of very good quality. The last items I bought were there each type of colored no tangle head phones. One was a gift for a birthday others for me and my twins. We all tried them once. The birthday girls one side didn't work at all and on ALL of ours they were having problems with a side cutting out or not as loud as the other. So I took my receipt in....(after checking on line policy's and making sure I wasn't gonna waste gas.) And the guy right away says they don't do returns. I told him I had my receipt and he said well let me see and right away again said no exceptions on electronic items only exchanges. I said that's not what it says online...he called for the manager who came over taking her time and put both fist down hard in front of us huffing and puffing. And pointed to a hand written piece of paper and said rudely " we don't take returns" store policy! And I repeated well that's not what it says on line. And they said they would exchange it. Couldn't find any and yelled we'll go down to the other store they might have it there for you I don't know what to tell you! And I push the bag towards them and told them to keep them because I don't have time to waste on such a worthless product and a store that's the same! And their service. And I only go there for Ariel laundry soap that's the best deal there. Rarely see anything worth buying anymore. Products are cheaply made and prices are getting higher and higher. Just ridiculous!!

For the most part the store was clean was stocked pretty nice I went in for a universal remote control they didn't have it so I guess I'm off to another store to look for one but other than that they're all right not a bad store

Workers are nice, polite and willing to help with no issues , although store was in disarray but cleaner and more straight than most I've been in , tons of product almost too many selections , I'm impressed how well they have set up this store with such an overstock issue

No sale prices are posted on sale items. Good thing I had my sales ad. Anyone else walking in there won't know stuff is on sale. Lots of items not in stock at all that is in the sales add. As always Family Dollars isles are super cluttered and not put away. Other than that, when you use the app coupons you save an amazing amount and it is worth the visit.

I guess an okay place... Not everything's a dollar like one might expect from the name... We walked through, nothing really stood out, and we didn't buy anything. But the store was organized okay, and if someone was searching for relatively cheap, mostly unhealthy stuff, this would be a good place to find it.

I have shopped at the family dollar in kimberly for 4 years i am in the store about every other day i love the prices and the staff are great til recently twice i have gone in the store and newer female that is working there was yelling at the other employee cussing at her and all the other lady was asking for was a break to go to the restroom and i came in anither day andpurchased 3 coke cola productos that had a sign on them 3 for $10 when i went to pay i questioned the price cause i was chaged $16.80 and very rudely she refused to let me take them off. This stire had replaced all other stores for me to shop in persin sohop at in person will nowGo back to shopping at walmart where they honor there prices they have posted and are professional not rude the customers. I would rather be shopping at family dollar but i dont deserve to be treated like that and to feel uncomfortable in the store by the way she treatsher co workers

Store was clean & upon entering was greeted by a employee & asked if he can help me find anything - I told him no but thank you - I'm going to be going down every isle anyways - and he said ok went back to his work - got to checkout & he was very pleasant - love this store & recommend everyone to shop there & prices are ok - enjoy your shopping day

I got little girl sale items along with other items but when I got home I was missing 2 girl items I called to the store and they said there was nothing there left behind but from the counter to home I know I didnt lose it but I feel the one who answered the phone didnt want to check she just said nope nothing there!
