Great selection of items for cheap, clean store and we'll organized. Only issue I had was there were 5-7 people In line with only 1 cashier and 1 register while there were several workers walking around. Took me over half an hour just to get to the front of the line and when I said something about opening another register I was told that it wasn't my concern who was doing what and everyone was doing what they were supposed to do and that I should be patient instead of complaining.

I'm in a long line right now because only one cashier is open and the line is not moving. I asked the only cashier to call another cashier and the poor girl tried to ask her manager. Her manager came out and said that she was busy. Everyone in the line was polite and patient, somebody said again that another cashier needs to open. The manager yealled back saying that we should shop somewhere else if we don't want to wait. I just wanted to point that the customer service was not professional. There should be some training involved for the manager how to handle customers inquiries. Thank you for your time and reading this. I hope it helps get some feedback to the employees of the Twin Falls store.

The Twin Falls Store on Filer is the filthiest store I have ever been in. Shelves always look like tornado blew through, floor gross and employees don't seem to happy. Picture of store in advertizment is NOT this store!

The cashier was rude and very slow. Took over 30 minutes to check out. All other cadhiers closed, so the line wad down and aisle and wrapped around.

Worst dollar store dollar tree I gave ever seen they are getting better about cleanliness of the store but shelves still look empty and they would make more sales if they would have more than one cashier nobody wants to stand in line for 30minutes in a hot store that has no air conditioning. Maybe new management would help

Inventory changes often for new or different items but most things stay the same. Everything is $1 obviously. Best place to buy sodas and snack food because they're always cheaper. Some things are more expensive though so beware even if it's only a dollar you might get a better deal somewhere else, for example ramen noodles or cheap silverware. Sometimes they have specials that you could easily resale for much more than a dollar.

Currently a $1.25 store, with a pretty neat selection of food, candy, and household items, the store is a little on the dirty side, but the worst part is the checkout lines.. long waits sometimes 10-15 minute wait

Bought two items and the total was 9 dollars. I was like “woah I thought this was the dollar store” which was the cashiers cue to blame me for not looking for price tags. I respond with who tf looks for price tags at the dollar store? Then she started asking me rhetorical questions that I could only believe were locked and loaded due to this more likely being an every day occurrence. Why call it a dollar store and everything is over a dollar?

The store was so badly stocked.. I have never seen so many bare spots..I felt bad for the cashier. 8 people in line with full carts, and there was no one that came to help her... she was super polite and kept on ringing out people.. she was the best part of my visit

Today I went there and was gonna buy some items but then when I was looking at something I wanted to buy i looked up and one of the workers was staring at me and I didn't think anything of it but I walked around more and she was still staring at me and then when I was leaving without any items I got accused of stealing and apparently you can't go in their without a parent if your a teenager and I've been going their my whole life longer then any of those workers have been working their and that wasn't the only time I've got accused of stealing one day during lunch with the high school I took off my bag to get Money I got accused of stealing and I had a group of kids with me that said i didn't cause they saw me take money out and if I wanted to i could sue the store cause they went though my bag without my parents permission and I think it was the manager she was the only nice one there that didn't think I was stealing and the new cashier didn't think I was stealing

My visit to the Dollar Tree was good. Sadly, many shelves are bare (not just because they're switching holidays, but because they've not received more)... Also, the poor place is WAY under-staffed. This location is dirty (i.e., people left their partially drank drinks (probably stolen) behind on different shelves... And the same drinks have been there for at least for four days... I've been there several times over the last four days); but again, that's because it's under-staffed. But I'm still giving it a 4/5 because the employees who did show up for work were kind, helpful, and actively working (not just standing around like the long-haired chick at the Oasis gas station on Poleline, near the hospital). And I'm grateful for this location... It's made my nieces super happy to get snacks for movie night when they visit, and who can't appreciate bringing a smile to a child's face???

I had 2 items, was standing in line to check out, another cashier opened up another line instead of letting me go first, the lady behind me raced over so she could check out, She loudly stated I work here, so I guess unless you work their, you won't Be treated kindly .

Cashier was rude as I walked up to pay. I had set two things off to the side and was going to put back. An before I could do anything else the cashier said to hand it to her and instead of putting it there and making a mess. An then complained about the store being a constant mess. I ended up upset and my card wasn't working so I was leaving but was detained in the store by the employee until everything was voided. She wouldn't let me leave. She went and got the manager and made a rude comment on how I didn't have money to pay. After that I went to complain to the manager on what happened. The manager said well honestly you would have gotten attitude from any of us. We have to deal with customers trashing the store and get yelled at. Calling corporate won't do anything for you because they don't care about you or us. I will never shop here again, this was ridiculous and zero customer service. Always rude and place is destroyed, worst experience by far and will never go again.

They are always kind, fast, and short staffed. You would think animals shop there, I can't imagine trying to keep up with people trashing it up in that store. It's embarrassing. The blonde lady with the jingly keys is always happy and talkative even though she's working in hell. They are doing their best, you can tell these ladies work hard.

Every time I go I have a good time but the cashier that I got today was straight up rude. She needs to learn how to use the register and properly talk to customers. If I could give this no stars today I totally would. Other's day other days I would give it a five-star.

I was very surprised with this trip to my local dollar store. They are actually getting items on the shelf, floors cleaned up and more that one checker! They even moved very fast. I had no idea. I thought it was company policy to hire turtles 🐢 . Long ways from being up to par, but great start.

Awhile ago I posted how bad housekeeping was at the Twin Falls, Idaho store. Today it looked like a different store, everything was so much neater, clean and organized. I won't apologize for my past comments but I do apologize if I hurt anyones feelings. Everyone is short staffed but today I did see quite an improvement. I thanked Kori in management. It was a pleasure to shop today!

Maybe I came on a bad day...or maybe it's normal... but the place, while huge with lots of merchandise, was very dirty and things thrown all around... could it be bad customers with zero respect, well that's my guess... your guess may be different... could they be short staffed, so they couldn't go around cleaning up after people who have little to no regard for any business they enter? Possibly. When I was there, there was only one cashier and a long line. I'm from out of town and my dollar store is much different than this one... it's much cleaner but also smaller.

I like coming to this store because it’s convenient. The employees are normally friendly but i really didn’t like how some employees weren’t wearing masks. One of them is named Karen and she was my cashier and she was sick without a mask. You guys can do better.

Don't come here expecting to clear your shopping list but overall there's a decent selection at the always low price of $1 per item. I've never waited in line too long, cashiers have always been friendly. Stay away from the cleaning chemicals, they're complete garbage and won't work well. But other than that the Dollar Tree is great for picking up miscellaneous items cheap.

The store was huge! But it was such a mess.. stuff was all over the place.. not at all what I expect when I go to a dollar tree.. the 2 lines to check out had at least 10-15 people in each line.. who knows where the other employees were at in spite the cashier's calling for another cashier.. they have nothing on the floor to help with social distancing.. might want to think about closing the store to get it cleaned up and some walk this way with arrows!

Horrible customer service!! Manager sherlyn the worst manager ever!! Jeremy has no cashier, customer service what so ever both races and hateful people (Jeremy ) talking about he doesn’t get paid for enough to deal with clowns , so what is he doing working at a store if he can’t help a pregnant women 📦 with more than 20 glassware after letting him know I didn’t live in that town and I need them to be well wrapped and boxed because I didn’t live close that was his issue? Why work if your going to be lazy and not do your job as is be polite and help others. I started contracting as soon as I got in the car shame on You!!
