Terrie in shoes department was very helpful. She even helped me try on these sleets for my boots; being very scared of the snow and not being from here helped me feel more at ease. A gentleman by the name of Al was very helpful too. Thank you the nice experience of shopping D&B's.

After completing the agreement and scheduling paperwork through Girl Scout Council, the store manager made a scene and made the girls change their plans. He backed out at the last minute and was completely rude to the volunteers. It's ok now because Valley Country Store welcomed the girls with open arms at all locations and every weekend.

Nice big open place they turned the old Kmart building into. Wish they had a better selection of hose clamps for a variety of jobs. Mostly a little bit of everything though like a farm style Walmart, but many Chinese made products for higher prices. Selection of most items could be better for how much room they have.

Overpriced, under serviced. They have obviously forgotten what customer service is. I had to call corporate to get a feed I needed. Prefer a co-op where customers are owners. I could also recommend some good farm stores who could train their personnel.This is NOT your local feed store.

Great stop for farming and ranch supplies. Store is clean and stocked. Ammo is still hard to find. Definitely worth the stop, great customer service, was greeted by all employees. Will go again, thanks for the great showing for a local owned store.

Great place only thing i wish is they had some more fuel tanks options bought 100 gallon transfer tank I didn’t check wish they would had more options for one that sat flush with the bed rails but there like what the original use to be always at D &B’s the staff has always been on top of helping customers

I ordered 17 hmr rifle the ordering process was good when I went to pick up the rifle I asked to have a scope put on I was told that would be okAfter all paperwork was done i again asked to have my scope put on sales guy said sure I will do that then the manger said no we will not put the door on it was to late because it was 45 mins to close I just spent $700 on a rifle I was not happy with the costumer service I feel that they don’t want me to be a repeat customer I will not be going backWhat makes me mad is that the manger said we have other customers but I was planing on spending $300 dollars more I was still a customerBut not in his eye they got my money for the rifle.

D&B is the best. They always have what I am looking for. Compared to other options on the area, I would go to D&B every time. Staff is always friendly and helpful.Whoever is in charge of the apparel side of the company deserves a raise. My wife and I are always impressed by the great options availableIts my one stop shop

I was searching for cold weather carhart gear and an attendant helped myself and another group of men in trying them on. (This was right before the big snow storm in 01/24) After asking me a few questions she picked out a size I would have never picked for myself. She explained why I’d need said size with layering and ergonomics of work. She was spot on.

Don’t order anything here, I bought a safe from these guys and I was told I was getting a great deal on this product and it will be in and ready for pick up the next business day (when they took my money). After a couple weeks of ME calling in to get any information apparently they found out that the safe I bought was no longer being sold out of there store “but” for just alittle extra money I could “upgrade” or just cancel the order.. very poor ownership of messing up and what a “great” deal…

The stuff is cool and the prices are great but the customer service isn't. One staff member helped me a ton but everyone else wouldn't even make eye contact. I tried having friendky conversation with the cashier but she ignored everything I said and trumped the conversation. So very cool stuff and the you get staff very friendly, but the older staff seem to have attitude problems toward anyone not wearing "country" attire.

Get my Goat feed & Rabbit feed here in bulk (only have 1 Rabbit & 1 Guinea pig) so it lasts for ever. But we love this place.

The sales people will tell you any lie to make the sale..... buyer beware, make sure you verify that what they are selling you is what you think it is. I spent almost 6k on a harvest right. I asked if it was 220 Rich said it was it was also supposed to come with an oil free pump He SAID IT DID....AND TRAYS ACCORDING TO HIM. WHEN we got home and found out the pump was wrong, it had no trays and was only 110v he lied we called and he apologized and said he would make it right.....a week later I called and he said though it was not in yet he had ordered it and it was on its way he would call me when it came in. Another week passes I call again and Rich is on vacation and I am told we are not getting the pump at all. Long story short they lied all the way around. Think twice before you go there for a big purchase they will tell you anything just to make a sale. The worst part was not thi mistake they made it was the lies after the fact.

This is one of our few local farm supply stores in Twin Falls. It is a good place to go for shoes and boots. I go there for farm supplies such as rodent poison and animal feed. Great assortment of Carhart and dickies men’s clothing. Would like to see more Carhart hospital scrubs in the clothing department. Nice selection of candies by the register. Friendly and courteous staff. Store is always clean and welcoming.
