Esteban was so helpful tonight ! I called asking about ordering non-dairy flavors of ice cream on the door dash app. There was no option on door dash- Esteban offered a solution and was able to help us get our order! He went over all of the non-dairy options with us and made sure that we were able to place our order. He was so accommodating and helpful!

Tiger milk was good. Had a good flavor, but I like the chewy bubbles over the bursting bubbles this has. Staff that waited on me, seemed a bit disorganized and didn't know seem to know anything until another coworker told her.

Delicious ice cream Yes, but, they don't wash scoops between serving. I am allergic to half of the ice cream in there. I did fail to specify allergy I just said no ice cream with nuts. Then my mouth swellls twice its size. I called to ask They act like they did not care. It was all my fault. Not theirs. How rude.

I love ice cream and my favorite is Baskin-Robbins. Its always a great treat, but especially on a hot summer day. The staff there is always pleasant, fast, and friendly. Overall, ice-cream is expensive, and they're no different, but the kids and i love it nonetheless!

The manager is awesome on every level!! Cool guy! No pun intended. He makes not only the visitors welcome he is really awesome to his employees. We need more of his positive attitude not only in Twin Falls businesses but in this world! Oh yeah...the ice cream is delicious too!

We wanted some ice cream on a sunday and first went to cold stone prices were a hit high so we decided to go to baskin - robbins we were treated so good the staff is friendly and nice. By the time It was my turn to choose after my family had chosen their ice cream I was between a brownie sundae or a banana split and little did I know the owner was assisting me he was so nice and explained to me the difference and suggested I'd like the banana split better since with the brownie I'd only get two kids scoops. I was so pleased with his kindness and not a second did he remove his smile even when I was being difficult in choosing. Will definitely return again. :)

Great ice cream, friendly owner! But I had to take one star away bc they don't have a public restroom, and they charge $1 for bottled water with no other options for water. (I know everyone's out to make a buck, but the B&R I grew up with had a water fountain. )

Met here for a business meeting. During the winter it's usually quiet, and a nice little treat. The employees are very friendly and courteous. When one of the people they was with us dropped their ice cream it was replaced before I could even ask. Of course this is Baskin Robbins, im sure you know what you get, good ice cream at a moderate price. It's no coldstone, but it's also not as expensive, and not as busy or loud.

Baskin Robbins was where I always got ice cream when I was a kid. For some reason, now it usually slips under my radar when I'm looking for a sweet treat. But I'm glad I remembered it again, because this place is great.

The lady behind the counter was very impatient even though I was the only customer. Also, the 3 toddlers running around the store yelling made it much harder to talk to my husband and make a decision. Overall, I found the twin falls baskin-robbins to be a very unprofessional place. Will not be returning anytime soon.
