Absolutely love bringing my little guy to Mountain Mutts. I just feel good knowing the whole crew not only will give him back looking (and smelling) fabulous, but they will treat him well while he is there and be patient with him. They're able to do different lengths on him so he can have a cool summer 'do or a longer style for the winter. No matter what they do, he looks adorable. They also have the best toys, treats and accessories. I never know what new things I'll find, and their prices are great! 5 enthusiastic stars!

We took our Pomeranians KIA & Ruger for a groom and they came back looking like show dogs! Excellent work! Can’t wait to bring them back on the 20th of May! When we return for the Summer!

Stopped in for a bag of chicken feed. Super un personable, took forever to figure out how much it was, then pointed me to the stack of bags and went about her own way. Never offered to open the door or anything, no thank you for your business. After struggling to get the bag over my shoulder, I was able to hold the door open with my foot. Not stopping there again.

What a great staff! Our Pomeranian Lola was a COMPLETE wreck. She was badly in need of some TLC. The outlook wasn't super bright for doing much more than practically shaving our sensitive little Lola. She doesn't like to brushed, definitely against nail trimmers and overall anything! We had a hard time getting any appointment for so long, I finally got one for her. Picked up our little love fluff and she was silky, trimmed and generally back to what she should be. Could not have been happier with Robyn and staff. They managed to get most of her knots and mats off and not have to shave her down. We will be able to comfortably comb her daily now to keep it from getting out of control and not cause our little Lola discomfort and anxiety! Very happy family!

Bruno desperately needed a haircut and after calling every groomer in town, we decided to give Mountain Mutts a try. We are so glad we did! Robyn was very kind and and Bruno has never looked better! We love his new haircut and are sure to come back. Give these guys a chance, every other pet groomer in town wouldn't pick up the phone or was fully booked for weeks!

We have brought our dog here several times, and each time they have cut more than one of his nails to short and made him bleed. Even after telling the owner, and she said she would take care of him herself... she didn't and they still cut him to where he bled. After being there several times and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, we could still see they did not care much for the dogs and it did NOT feel safe for the animal. We called the owner to address concerns and she was rude and hung up. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE.

This was our first visit to Mountain Mutts, and our dog appeared to be very professionally cared for. We were unable to stay and observe since her appointment was during the COVID crises, but we have taken her to another place in town and this was better grooming. We would definitely return!

Be mindful that if you are even a few minutes late you will be treated rudely and your appointment will be cancelled. No flexibility whatsoever. Very disappointed as I cleared my entire day for this appointment and made a 45 min commute to get there through extensive road work and traffic.

Robyn is wonderful both as a groomer and animal whisperer. In all the years that she has groomed my cat and dog she has always done a great job. I and my pets, Idaho and Mabel, are going to miss her terribly when she moves.

The ladies were very kind when we entered. I didnt like that they just take my dog without greeting him. They just went straight to trimming his nail. And For the first time I heard my dog whine the whole time he was getting his nails trimmed. On top of that they cut my dogs nails too short and they were bleeding. The whole reason I took my dog there so I wouldn’t cut his nail too short and hurt him. I am not taking him back.

Don’t want to give a bad review but this place seems to have changed names/owners and is now The Laundry Mutt Jackson and maybe the owners (new and old) can update their websites to let people know this is formally mnt mutts/under new management/ect. Mnt Mutts was highly recommended to us by a friend of a friend and we made an online apt a week ago for this morning. We received an email confirmation of our apt. We arrived ten minutes early but realized they had made a change in name after checking out the new website, we discovered they are also closed on Monday’s, and trying a few number (all went to voicemails) we ended up returning home. Perhaps turning off the online scheduling for the old business as well......Update....Robyn from mountain mutt called me and Explained they have moved to swan valley, Keeping this up incase other are looking for mountain mutt in Jackson . Apparently google listing are hard to change
