We were there mid May for a week in a 44 foot RV. Pull through spot with 50 amp service. Park has a great view in a great location. Some other reviews describe this better than I can. The two hosts, a husband and wife team, were fantastically friendly, knowledgeable and just gave off that sense of loving the life out here. One of our most pleasant stays.

I was here a bit early--mid April--and I had the place to myself. The hosts were generous, helpful, and very friendly. There is a very good general store just down the road, which precludes the need to drive to Idaho Falls. Great place, highly recommended.

We stayed here for tent camping last weekend during the tail end of autumn colors. The campground and bathroom were very clean and had beautiful views of the mountains. Our site was right next to two apple trees with ripe fruit. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and let us play with Baxter, their very friendly dog. The owner also helped return some lost tent stakes when we forgot them. Really wonderful people and a great place to stay!

I cannot wait to go back!! Thank you Candy and Randy for being such great hosts. The cabin was perfect, and the RV sights were awesome. Such a beautiful, peaceful, pet friendly, accommodating slice of heaven! My son and I had the best time along with our fur babies! It is a place you need to put on your must do list!! My new favorite place!!!

We stayed at Camp Rendezvous for the month of July 2021. We felt extremely lucky to have gotten this spot! It's a small, very shady park that stays quiet and has very respectful guests. David and Candy made us feel right at home, and they even hosted a concert night where one of the campers performed. David graciously let us try some of the honey from his bee hives - and it was delicious! Especially near the front office, the wifi is dependable and really good compared to other RV parks. We had friends visit and they stayed in one of the cabins. They also really enjoyed their stay. The area is gorgeous and as opposed to Jackson, it remains peaceful and quiet. We loved driving down to the reservoir and Melvin Brewery was a favorite stop. We will definitely be back to Camp Rendezvous again!

We have camped a lot of places and had not been back to the Palisades area in years, until I saw a post of Camp Rendezvous with new owners. So I asked my wife if she wanted to go to SLC Utah or Camp Rendezvous for the weekend. She chose Camp Rendezvous. When we arrived you could tell that clean up and upkeep were taking place. What we experienced was a quiet, shady, friendly place. Close to some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and willing to offer knowledge about the area and the fishing. Great little store for those forgotten small items, and fishing equipment. The new management was working hard the entire time we were there to make the place even better. Can’t wait to head that way again and see how much better it will be than what we experienced this past weekend. Great place and great people, don’t pass this place up when your in the Irwin/Swan Valley/Palisades area.

This place is MAGNIFICENT! We stayed here for one night, and the people running it are so wonderful. Since we were going to check in late, the communication for check in was great. We will stay here again!

We were traveling from Yellowstone and wanted to see the Grand Tetons. We had trouble finding reservations until we contacted Janice and found they had space. It is a very small RV park lined with trees that provide a lot of shade . Because it is so small it is very quiet and relaxed. They have pull through rv spaces as well as cabins and tent camping.. The RV spaces are fairly large and level. Their wifi is pretty good for a park.If you are into fishing they also have a fly shop that is well stocked. We would stay here again.

Stayed for just 2 nights in Spot 2 but would have gladly stayed longer. Great park and fantastic shade. Situated perfectly between The Dam put in and the Conant Take Out. This will be a regular stop. There aren’t very many sites So, we have to be more organized! Bring all you need as it applies to provisions as there isn’t much in the way of food shopping. Excellent place!

Nice RV Park. Convenient location, easy in and out, near the highway but very quiet. Negatives: water pressure pretty low & park landscaping was nice but needs general maintenance and trees need pruning, so RVs are not damaged by low hanging branches. We would consider staying here again.

We stayed here in Sept.2018.The only thing good that I can say about it, is that it had pretty trees and shade. They do provide laundry facilities which is nice but, this dirty laundry room also serves as the place where they keep some food & coffee, as well as wash dishes for the restaurant. It is very yucky and would not pass a health department inspectionThey over charge for what they offer. There is nothing around where one can walk, hike or explore. The store is poorly stocked. They were out of ice and had no idea when they would get more. The fly fishing equipment was less than basic. The owner/staff was indifferent and inflexible. The hook ups leaked badly which kept our site wet. There was no one to fix it. The place was in general, poorly maintainedThe bathrooms were in no way handicap accessible. My biggest complaint was that the only 2 bathrooms, each with 1 toilet and 1 shower, were never cleaned or serviced. In the 4 days we were there, only the trash can was emptied once. The toilets, sinks and floors were never cleaned. No soap for hand washing and no means for drying ones hands was provided! I mean, that’s gross! When I finally spoke with the woman that was hired to clean the cabins, her reply to my complaint was literally “there was little reason to clean them because they would just get dirty again and guests usually used their own RV’s anyhow”! Her reply to no soap or means to dry ones hands was, “people just steal the soap”!As I said to her, “I personally have never seen a soap dispenser or hand dryer removed from a wall. These items are pretty basic in every bathroom.”I cannot recommend this camp ground

Randy and Candy Moffet, the recent new owners of Camp Rendezvous, have risen toward the top of our list of favorite people, and it only took the 3 days that we recently enjoyed at Camp Rendezvous to get there! These people are FULLY invested into this incredible place. They know how to run a successful business...with the top priority of taking an interest in and creating relationships with their visitors. This camp is not only spotless, beautiful and "a home away from home", but it soon became family away from family as well. Each evening, both Candy and Randy slowly drive through Camp Redezvous with their sweet Bulldog named Baxter to check up on their guests, with a genuine interest if all is well! They took almost two hours out of their lives to stop by to talk and roast marshmellows with us on our 2nd evening there. They are hard working people, managing a lot in their lives, and even so, will go the extreme extra mile to do this.We loved our location. Plenty of room to spread out, with lots of shade and extremely peaceful, even though the place was filled. They have a great "fly shop" where you can also get a fishing license, with a small store, and you will always be greeted with a smile and Baxter meeting you at the door. All of the beauty of this stunning part of the world is a short drive away.In a recent communication with us, Candy told us they are hosting a "Fall in Love with Fall event" at the camp on October 9th, 2021. There will be food, art, crafts, pumpkins and more!!!WHO DOES THIS STUFF!!!! Well, we suggest a visit for all to Camp Rendezvous to find out!!!Dave Murphy, Salt Lake City

This place was really nice, However, when we found this place after hours and the sign on the door stated to checkin and pay in the morning. We found a spot and parked when a lady came up and started questioning us as if we weren't welcome. She asked us if we had a reservation, we said no. She told us we would have to check-in in the morning. Then she told us that they can't just let anyone use their restroom because of covid and asked us what our plan was. This lady was unprofessional and just and all around "Karen". It was very disappointing and suggest to find elsewhere.

We had a great stay. Clean park and nice landscaping with shaded sites. It’s a very quiet, peaceful park, probably due to the fact that there are only a dozen or so sites (perfect!). Close enough to visit Grand Teton National Park but still far away from the crowds and traffic. The free WiFi was actually very fast and I was able to catch up on emails and pay some bills online (something I can usually never do at parks that claim to offer free WiFi because it’s usually too slow to load anything). We would stay here again.
