I go to this place so often that many of the gals start making my drink as I pull up. HahaOne of the ladies is super friendly and even knows my name.This is my wife’s favorite place for a drink (it’s her “coffee”) so I come here about 4 times a week to get her special drink.

It makes me really upset to see the staff in this location treat the FedEx drivers very unkindly. Telling them only paying customers can use their restrooms🙄 these FedEx drivers never get a break they are always on the road trying to deliver all their stops sometimes they don’t have bathroom near by. Just be nice i don’t see what these two employees are effected by letting the FedEx driver who is delivering their package not use the bathroom.Just disappointed with the rude staff

3/22/24 around @9:10-9:30pm-The drinks weren't stirred so all the favor was at the bottom while 3/4 of the cup had nothing.-The girl taking our order was rude and entitled by acting annoyed she had to help us.-The atmosphere felt very judgemental and tenseNot a fan!

I love Fixxology it is definitely the place to get a drink if you want a good one, they have everything you want and so much more! They are always on time with your food and drinks and have excellent service. They have great pricing and let you switch up their drink if you need or want to, this is the place for everyone!

Great drink and snack options. We have never gotten anything bad there. Once there was a mistake on our purchase and the staff came through. I would recommend it to everyone.

My family loves Fixxology! All their treats are so yummy and all the workers there are so sweet! I’ve never had to wait in line for longer than 5 minutes! Their gelati is to die for and so are their refreshers!

Fizz Bizz is a fun addition to the Sugar City community. The workers are always friendly and patient. They are great at customizing anything we ask for. The prices are great and the treats are delicious. We've been in more than once when the sitting area hasn't been cleaned, but that could be because workers were busy filling orders. It's a minor inconvenience and I still give the establishment 5 stars.

Sat in line for 25 minutes. 4 vehicles ahead of me to begin with. Got to the window and the girl that took my order made my drink while 2 others were showing each other things on their phones and just enjoying themselves. NEVER going there again! Only reason you got one star is because zero isn't an option.

I love that their menu is different than all the other drink shops. They are perfectly located in Sugar for those of us on that end of town! I don't have to go clear into rexburg! I love their rotating cookies, and their popcorn is seriously so good! The staff are always so friendly and nice.

Waited 20 min to order. I asked for light Ice and it was literally half full of ice. Then when they did redue it. The gal that did it did not put the lid on it all the way and all 44oz of drink went on me and in my car. The gal that fixed the issue and refunded me was very nice. The one who corrected the drink and gave it back with a lose lid had an attitude. We really like fizz bizz but it's definitely not as consistent as Idaho Falls's locations.

its so good although the time i went there through drive through we got the berries as a drink we wanted the Italian ice but the rest of the reviews make it so good
