I’ve known Sam for years and his family just a little shorter than him, let me tell ya they are one of the most friendliest people I know, they love making jokes and just being funny, that being said their awesome at what they do too and pretty quick also. On the off chance they do make a mistake they’ll bring you right back into the shop pretty quickly and fix it without any extra cost, if you sit there for a while and just listen you can even hear Sam say “I like to keep fair prices” or something along those lines and let me tell ya that man lives by it. He actually just gave me a free oil change just for the fact that I’m graduating soon. I’d recommend anybody to go to Sam and his family their a very awesome group of people to know

Took my vehicle there for service. Sam said he isn't a mechanic but one comes in at night. Later that night the mechanic called and stated a couple parts needed to be ordered. I picked up my vehicle and waited. I waited two months and never heard from them. I called and said I would be taking my vehicle elsewhere as it seemed he wasn't interested in servicing my vehicle. That's when he went bezerk and started swearing at me and threatening me. And to think this guy used to be in law enforcement. You should hear the stories about that!!!

This is a truly family run business that goes overboard to satisfy their customers. They are prompt, reliable, and affordable. Sam, his wife, and seven kids all pitch in to deliver top notch service. These are true Idahoans and true American patriots. I had a water pump start leaking on my truck at noon. I called them and got my truck there by 2 pm. It was ready to go with a new water pump at 7 pm. And, the charges were amazingly affordable.The AuGellos have a supply pipeline to barely used tires. They can put a set of really good used tires on your car for a fraction of what it would cost you for new ones. Stites sits next to a fork of the Clearwater river nestled in the mountains. It's a breathtakingly beautiful area and well worth the travel to get a deal from AuGello Tire.

Paid 85. 00 to have tires mounted and balanced. Then had to pay 12.00 to perfection to have the old stem replaced flat repair. Tires had vibration set up appt. To have rebalanced at 8.am place was not even open waited and left. Was very dissatisfied.

Sunday May 23rd. We discovered that we had a flat tire while we were on vacation (we are from MT). That makes 2 flats in 1.5 days and only 1 spare. No way we were making it over lolo pass without the leak fixed. Being Sunday however NOWHERE was open. This wonderful man and his daughter came out to his shop and saved our Behinds so we could make it home for a good price to boot! Highly recommended!

This tire shop and the Augello Family and the Gunters as a whole are the definition of a family run operation. True story I've been in a pinch twice with trailer tires and a few times with our rigs and every time seemed to be a weekend.. Sam and his family have given time out of their days to get me or my wife back on the road and every time was by all definition inconvenient for them yet they helped me out cause thats who they are. They genuinely care about the relationship with people and doin what's right by them more than any ol car shop. Top hands
