My pup is always soooo happy when he come out of Blue Ribbon. He smells fantastic and is unbelievably soft. I have no idea how what kind of conditioner they use but it is fantastic. Sometimes they are a little hard to get a hold of, but that is because they are just so busy with (obviously) happy customers. I honestly will never use another groomer again.

These people are great! I take my large breed dogs in to have their toenails trimmed.vit only costs 10.00 each to have it done very professionally and they stop what they are doing and trim all 3 of them and we are on our way on around 10 minutes. My dogs are very comfortable with the ladies there. Located in Star on highway 44. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for all your dogs grooming needs.

Have been taking my dogs here for years - always happy with the results. When the dogs were young pups, they took special care to make their first grooming experiences positive. I especially like that I can take them there at any time with no notice to get their nails clipped, with no or hardly any wait time.

They did a amazing job! Got my two Golden Retrievers in within a few days. They looked awesome when I pick them up. Our 9 year old had a few mattes they got them them out. I was worried about to much being trimmed off but they did great!! Will definitely be going back there, will be regular customers!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Cindy spent extra time with our little guys to make sure they were comfortable. Our dogs don't care for anyone outside our family but they liked her! And they look fabulous! I booked our 2nd appointment on the spot.

The staff at Blue Ribbon Dog Grooming are great!! My dogs get so excited every time they go there for a spa day. As far as I'm concerned they are the best groomers in the area, and I wont take my dogs anywhere else.

Love this place🐾. The owner, Cindy is always there and the staff is great too. They have such a love for their 4 legged clients(and their owners).We had some bad experiences at groomers in the Eagle area——one place badly cut my sweet boys tummy, requiring me to take him to the Vet. I have been taking my 2 mini schnauzers here for a year and they always look good and smell good for days after their spa day. My sister takes her golden doodle there and loves the care they take with her massive coat.

I haven't been there yet but we are moving to the area soon so I plan to. To the reviewer who is upset because they shaved their dog due to the heavy matts, you obviously don't know how painful it would be for the dog to try to brush all that out. They did the humane thing by shaving the dog. Try running a brush through your dog's hair at home once in awhile. Then the poor dog wouldn't have to go through this each time.

Animals get first class service here. Our German Shorthair and English Springer Spaniel require different care and both get it. Gentle handling and professionalism here was especially valuable when acclimating young puppy to the grooming experience. We even get our toys and dog food here. Kudos to the whole staff, who work hard and always smile.

Love these wonderful ladies and men. I won't trust anyone else with our Pyper. Blue ribbon goes above and beyond to ensure that your dogs health and safety comes first. Their prices are very affordable, please leave a tip as they deserve the gratuity. You can leave your furbaby and they will make sure that he or she is crated or in a pin. Nails are only $5.00 anal glands as wellYou can choose what ever scent you want. They use pure EOS that are safe. Other places that our Pyper has went to, she ends up with eye infections. Not here. 10 stars if we could. Thank you for taking care of our furbaby. She's a huge part of our family and deserves nothing but the best

These groomers do horrible grooming ! If you bring your dog in with any matting, they shave their hair off rather than brushing it out. This is a lazy way to groom a animal. The first time I took my dog there they shaved off her tail. Months later, when my new groomer was out of town, I took my dog back....big mistake !! This time they shaved off all the hair from her floppy ears. Her ear hair is supposed to be long. Lazy lazy lazy !! The price is not good since they take short cuts and your dog comes away hair less.

I brought my mini schnauzer in to get groomed and I had to reschedule the appointment I had to call 17 times till I got a hold of someone and then finally I got my dog in and I explain to them that I did not want him shaved I don’t want him groomed like a normal mini schnauzer I want him groomed the teddy bear cut around his face and then blown out through his body and I had to have my mom pick them up and when I came home and saw him was the exact opposite of what I said he was shaved down to his skin and in parts all over his body there’s long pieces of hair and she didn’t even trim his face I am extremely upset poor quality extremely poor customer service and my dog had cuts all over his body
