I brought my Teddy for his 1st time getting groomed. Dave was unbelievably fabulous with him. He looked like a new dog, so soft and fluffy. He must have worked really hard brushing him out. Teddy looked beautiful. And Dave followed my instructions to the letter on how I wanted Teddy trimmed. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this business.

My husband and I have been taking our two pups here for a little over a year now, and it has been the best experience we’ve had. David and his wife our so great with our girls. I used to be so nervous with leaving my dogs with people I don’t know, but A Dogs Day Out relieved so much stress. They take great care of our girls. Our pups love going to the groomers, which is always a great sign. I have no idea what I would do without them.

Took my 2 dogs here and we had a wonderful experience. It was my puppies first time so he was nervous but by the time I walked in to pick him up, he was just relaxing! I was worried about my dachshund as well since he has anxiety and usually doesn’t like dogs or new people but he was just enjoying himself around a few dogs and I was so so amazed and happy to see that. My dogs looked and smelled AMAZING. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

I had been on the search for a grooming place for quite awhile. After many recommendations and high reviews I wanted to give A Dogs Day Out a try. Boy am I so glad I did!Our baby Bellaboo was groomed by Brittany and I have to say it's probably one of the best grooms she's ever had. I loved how she left her length, her little paws, her face and eyes, her bumm, and even her cute little pompom tail perfect! She was so soft, smellled amazing, and it was affordable!The last place we took her left her with several knicks that bled on her tummy. I understand things happen, especially with animals. But, nothing was ever mentioned and I would have appreciated something being said about it. Everything happens for a reason and now we have an even better place to take our sweet girl. Thank you Brittany for doing such an amazing job with Bellaboo. We appreciate you! ❤️

I absolutely would recommend A Dog’s Day Out! My dog, Jack, loves going there to get groomed! My groomer is Derrick & he treats Jack as if he is his own! He’s always positive & friendly & calls me in about an hour & a half when Jack is ready to be picked up. The shop is always clean & free of dog hair & smells clean all the time! The dogs that are being groomed are free to walk around the grooming area & are not locked up in cages! Jack loves interacting with the other dogs & has made a lot of friends! If you take your dog there, you will always feel comfortable that your dog is safe, happy & in good hands! !

My Maltese loves this place! When I tell him he is going to go see Amanda today he gets so excited he runs and gets his leash. I have always been delighted with the quality of Kurt and Cara that he has received here and would highly recommend it. Actually I have a recommended it to two people. I am impressed with this groomer every time I go! Everything is so clean and organized and the staff is so kind. They do great work which can be a challenge with my pup because he is super nervous. I'm so glad we have a local groomer who does a great job, always answers the phone, and are so professional and kind!

They are seriously the best. They always work to get me in as soon as possible and fo a great job. I have a sweet pug missing one eye and sensitive paws and they are always gentle and make accommodations for her. There prices are AMAZING and the staff is the sweetest. My pug is like a child to me and I highly recommend them. They are always punctual as well which I appreciate. Anyway here's a picture of my pug (pre-accident) because she's adorable.

Derek has done a wonderful job with my golden retreiver Tucker! Tucker has a great time and always looks so handsome. We’ve been multiple times and will continue to be a loyal customer. Fair prices, great customer service and good people! Can’t ask for more!!

We have taken our three dogs to Derek for a while now all but one time we have had issues with chunks of fur being all the way to the skin and very uneven. This last time is was told my dog was really afraid to have his face touched so he just trimmed the hair in his ears and didn’t pluck them. Even though he is afraid Togo places I have been told by other groomers he does great and never has an issue. Just alarming and to the choppy hair makes me wonder if they have schooled people there and unsure how I feel my dog was afraid of having his face touched so they just didn’t do the job. Wished we would have noticed the choppiness as we always notice once we are home. We need a new groomer because we don’t want to take them back. They have never had a problem with their previous groomers. Only left them because moving and the other went mobile and cost too much. I really was hoping after a few times of talking about these issues things would have gotten better.

Derek does a wonderful job and just seems to be a cool guy in general. Very service oriented and always happy! Good service, great cuts (he actually listens and trys to cut how you want it done), and a decent enough price. Five star review from me!

Boo & Cooper always came home PERFECTLY coiffed. Hate to change to a different groomer, but since we can't seem to get another appointment here and my boys are starting to have some pretty strong oders... I still would recommend them. Good Luck getting in though.

I brought in my 2 small dogs for the 2nd time, first visit seemed good. 2nd visit they cut a massive chunk out of Molly's ear instead of brushing out her knot. I. Would not think it could of been that bad as my wife brushes them often. Little carmel 9 pound poodle they shaved her stomach so close they cut a small chunk out of her. She whimpered for a week. Never before out of 10 years of taking my dogs for grooming have I ever had this happen. The kicker is they never said a word. I will not be back. They are your family. How can you trust a company that won't be honest. Thanks for reading. Bill

A friend of mine was working there and said she was treated so poorly that she had to find a new job..i had the same experience when i worked at dog barber shop after new owners took over..its a shame that Derek the owner allows this treatment and behavior..ill let everyone i know look at reviews from employees..noone who has worked there have good things to say..im also calling better business Bureau..no employee should be treated this way
