I have used other pharmacies around this small town area and…..this is literally THE best pharmacy. Every employee is helpful and knowledgeable. Employees remember and know you by name, including family members. We literally go up to the drive through and they get all prescriptions for pick up for us. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!! I would rate 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely love this pharmacy! Everyone is so nice and caring. They fill the prescriptions quickly and are always willing to go the extra mile to help out. Love the drive thru window too especially when I have sick kiddos in the car with me.

We have tried other pharmacy's and they don't even come close in comparison to this little place. We love the atmosphere of the staff, their kindness and their knowledge of what they are giving you.They are really a great place we trust to handle every need for prescribed and over the counter medicines. They have always done a great job at getting what we need and being accurate in telling us when we are going to see our prescriptions if it needs to be ordered in(which is like less than 24 hours!).We used to use Walgreens a lot for convenience of hours and they improperly dosed our child's medication and then tried to convince us to not say anything about it!! At white cross, they have been accurate EVERY single time, they're honest, trust worthy, kind and always happy to help. Thanks guys ❤️

They are always really helpful, nice and have our prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Most pharmacies employees are so grumpy and have no sense of humor so it’s nice to have one I don’t dread going to! My only complaint is they switched suppliers and I don’t care for the change in brands on our prescriptions. Staff is awesome though!!

Moved to Spirit Lake early in 2020 from Montana. We thought we had a pretty decent pharmacy there, but White Cross here puts that pharmacy to shame!! The staff here really make you feel like family and really go out of their way to give the best service! Thanks guys...you rock!!!

I would give them a zero if I could but if you do not live in spirit lake don’t try to go to white cross pharmacy they will not fill a prescription for anyone who doesn’t live in spirit lake. They have also been rude on the phone.
