Well it's got what you need almost always , it's clean , I know all the staff and the owner's -all on all a pretty decent store- it is the only grocery store in town , so some things a little heavy on the price, but sometimes it's worth it if you don't have to battle all the absurd bumper to bumper traffic that's become the new norm around here! Meat department is one of the best you'll find- Mark and Diane know their stuff- they have a great back up crew as well, so you'll always find great cuts of you're fave meats. Pretty decent store, and finally a wide range of employees which wasn't always the case,

It's great to have a place in a small town to get what you may need but the experience is kind of creepy. They're either totally willing and all over helping you or you can't find anyone but I'm happy we have it!

It's basically the only grocery store in town so it's overpriced on most items as in convenience store pricing. Has a good selection but somewhat limited assortment although we got almost every food item that we needed.

Have went here for years and have always had good service. I always try to keep our local businesses going so the big stores don't get total control but pricing is always an issue when it comes to the family budget.

Good little store tied in with groceries a couple problems why close at 8???? Cant say how many times that made me p.o. ugh stay open till 10 come on as well as propane and the sales staff 1 person particularly you dont need to stand over peoples shoulders maybe your the simpleton lol nice peeps tho they should have more big sale items decent deals sometimes

Came in to get paint waited 30 min. For help . When someone finally came to help us they didnt want to mix paint they wanted us to buy the most expensive one for a small project. They just walked away from us. We will be going to ace in athol from now on

Miller's in Spirit Lake is a monopoly run store that charges not 1.00 but 4.00 more for every item sold. They are also very busy keeping a desperately needed second sewer line from happening in order to keep their monopoly cash cow flourishing.

My husband bought a $180.00 impact drill kit. When we got it home we found out that it didn't have the batteries in it. I'll blame that on the manufacturer, but when I drove back to town to switch it out. The younger bald idiot gave me a drill driver set not seeing the difference. I dropped it off at home with my husband and went to town. I got home to find out it was not what he had paid for. When I called the moron told me, " it is the exact model he bought, ma'am". I had to drive back into town with my receipt to prove him wrong and get what we paid for. Long story short this guy needs fired! Everyone else in there is nice, but he is an incompetent a**

This Ace is an extension of their grocery store. The employees don't seem to be as knowledgeable as most hardware employees. Very pricey compared to HD.
