Two restaurants in a gas station, but they had veggie opts for your girl so happy bout that ( veggie/pinto bean or a pinto bean CRISP burrito) I went for the crisp! Was very good! Beans n cheese hubby had a taco cheeseburger, said it was good and a great idea! We both shared the mex-Tex fries (tater tots) and stuffed me -Tex fries ( gator tots stuffed with cheese and jalapeños)

I love me some Taco Time/A&W. Our local family said that this location has struggled in the past but we took our chances and went today. The loaded Mexi tots were THE best and the service was great. I want to be besties with the guys working the drive thru. Amazing service. We’ll be seeing you every time we’re up here this summer!

Stopped taking orders 15 minutes before close. Really just lacking any sense of urgency and customer service. Not entirely sure how this place is still in business to be honest.The little white trash kid working tried kicking us out two minutes before close, before we even got all of our food.The manager calmed us down a little but even then he just wanted to get back to his smoke break so he didn’t really do much but offer us coupons. Unless that kid is fired, this place will be out of business in no time.Terrible customer service.

Horrible place to eat. Check your food before u drive away because most likely u got a cheeseburger wit pickles only nothing else and a super soft taco wit refried beans and sour cream. This place has been a joke for alot of years now I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting there time or money at this place it should be shut down the manager was yelling at the employee about needing to put there hair up or have a hairnet and the employee was already handling the food

We stopped here on our way home from Jackson Hole. Taco Time..is what it is. The shells were crispy. The meat wasn't oily like some other locations. We went through in the drive-thru for my friend. Nothing bad to say about the food or the service. I will say this... it took forever to get our food and we were the only ones there. But when we got it...sure was hot and good.

OVERVIEW - 4.2Came here as I was passing through town, and was in hunger.LOCATION - 5It's actually a rather good location inside of the gas station with many people passing over the bridge.PRICE - 4The price was a little steep for my liking, but I guess that makes sense because Soda Springs is out in the middle of nowhere so it would cost a bit more money to have things shipped to them.PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5I ordered the sweet pork burrito, and it was rather delicious.POINTERS/PERKS - 5If no one is at the register, ring the bell. I found that out the hard way after trying to yell out for the one employee I could see, a fellow customer pointed out the bell, that was kind of blended with the register.EMPLOYEES - 2Not very impressed, it only appeared there was one employee working and running the show, which was confirmed as I was leaving I saw two other employees outside on a smoke break. Honestly, that's a major turn off for me, knowing that they've been out puffing it up then turn around and handle my food, I know they wash their hands and all, but I highly doubt they do a good job washing hands.

I will never come here again! It was raining, and I had my window cracked to listen to place my order. I sat there at the order box about 3 minutes before I rolled my window down all the way and said "Hello" with no answer. I again said "hello". I figured maybe the intercom was broken, so I pulled around to the window. The young lady was very snotty with me as I told her I waited and she told me that she said "she would be with me in a moment" (had I heard a reply at all to my first "hello" or the second, I would not have repeated myself nor drove around to the window.This place is notoriously bad in regards to speedy service... normally others are apologetic... not this young woman.She said she couldn't take an order at the window that it had to be done at the box...so I drove off, I think Arctic Circle sounds great!Maybe train your staff to have a slight amount of manners and respect for people, or hire competent staff.Either way, I will not return.

I stop at this place occasionally for food when I come through town for work. Today it took 7 mins for anyone to take my order. My order was the easiest items they make. I waited for 20 mins and I was the only customer. If this happened one time, it would not be a big deal. This happens consistently every times. The entire time I waited I watch two young girls playing on a phone. To top it all off, after waiting 20 mins. Not one item in the bag was correct. I will never go back to this place

Would give zero stars if we could!Came for the drive in and wanted to stop for some food here first. There were 2 cars in the drive thru. We Came Saturday 9/3, We pulled up to ordering menu at about 749pm, and waited 5 minutes. No greeting, nothing. Said hello few times. Pulled around behind the car that just pulled to window, and decided after few minutes they were taking their time to not serve one more customer before closing at 8pm. Manager should really make sure employees actually work! Went to arctic circle instead-they were slammed and did amazing! Don’t go to taco time!!!!

Working to improve their reputation - We had a good experience yesterday, with a large order that was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Food was fresh, as you would expect from a low volume location like this. Sandwiches were well made. I noticed the manager going out of her way to keep customers informed on the status of their orders. Give them a break, and give them a try!

This little town is a hidden gem. There are also springs and a lake in this town. Was part of the original Oregon Trail. We also went through Formation Cave. Wonderful springs and trees/flowers.

Every time we try to stop we don't even get acknowledged. We've sat in the drive thru for 10+ minutes so today we decided to go inside thinking maybe it would be better. After the person at the register took a couple orders he left the register, even though my husband was the only one in line. All we wanted was ice cream. After waiting another 20 minutes, with employees bringing orders out, looking at us, and just going back to the back we finally walked over and got ice cream at the gas station. I'm a very patient person but this has happened on multiple occasions where we wait a long time and then leave with nothing. Something needs to change.

Worst service ever! Their staff is unfriendly and quite lazy and don’t seem to give a damn about costumer service, took every bit of 20 min to get my food and no one else was there, tables a mess and trash everywhere.

I used to work here between the time of 2016 and 2017 and just letting you know the managers never wore gloves when handling food there were earwigs all over the floor and I was never paid for any of my overtime which on my last paycheck was over 100 hours. All the meat that was served was never checked for proper temperature regulation in fact the manager at the time Brittany taught me how to fake the temperature readings. She even gave me a pro tip on changing the pen so it looks like it was written down on a different day.

This particular Taco Time is inside the Chevron gas station. They were understaffed, as most fast food restaurants are these days, but the service was fairly quick. Anyway. I've always found Taco Times food very good. Different from all the other taco joints. The price was a little higher than it should have been, but all in all the very good experience.

It seems that management has taken heed to the negative reviews, one of which I posted myself.I walked in this last time after getting stiffed at the drive through twice. What a pleasant reversal. Two people working. The drive through was actually functioning! The person who helped me was working very hard to make sure everything was right. She was friendly, attentive and helpful. She said "I hope you come back." Oh yes. I'll be back! Taco Time returns to Soda Springs!Thank you! Great soft taco BTW.

Slooooooooow! They took the order in front of me and then left me waiting at the counter for 15-20 minutes before they came back and took my order... then another 30 minutes to get our food. Not sure hand washing was occurring... nor did I see anyone wearing gloves. Unfortunate and it was the only option in town on a Sunday. Won't be stopping in this town again.

I would avoid eating here. The food wasn't as good as other A&W's that I had been to before. The service was extremely slow- 45 minutes going through the drive thru. It seemed like the staff was under trained. While taking my order, the server had to keep going through the order to get it right. The server also kept saying that they got swamped with a bunch of people, which would indicate that they were understaffed for the night.

I had low expectations going in. I am in the middle of nowhere, let's hope for the best.. After about 5 mins of waiting to find out if anybody worked here I placed for what seemed like a easy and safe order from taco time. Chicken, rice, lettuce ranch. A #6 for all you taco time lovers. I have no idea what happened but this was truly awful. The chicken was a cut up chicken sandwich patty. No lettuce, no ranch, and loads, I mean loads of onions. No idea who done messed up. AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs.... YUCK.

Horrible service, I hope their now hiring sign is to replace the two kids working there tonight. They both just stood there looking at me for fifteen minutes while one was trying to enter a good sized drive thru order. It was obvious it was going to take a while so I left, went to the post office and came back. They still didn't even acknowledge me while on stood in back eating ice cream and the other looked at me like he had no clue what to do. Finally after i yelled and asked if anyone was going to take my order one came out and said i was coming, i replied so was Christmas. I won't be back. Food was like warm and mediocre at best.

If you wanna wait 10 minutes for the employees to finished smoking... This is definitely the place for you.Quick tip: when finished smoking, wash your hands. It's disgusting.I've given this place a chance... Have eaten here 4 times and EVERY single time it's a 10 minute wait. Which, is mind boggle because there isn't anyone else in line.Food is pretty good, but... it's usually cold.
