I don't know who was more nervous about our puppy going to the vet; our puppy or me.Dr. Fullmer is wonderful and you can tell he loves the fur babies that come in. I don't know the name of his tech, but she was so good! She helped my puppy be at ease.They had a couple of friendly cat helpers. My puppy doesn't always know how to handle cats, but these two didn't seem to mind her. The picture I took looks like the cat might've been mean, but that definitely wasn't the case.It was a good experience and I am glad a friend suggested this place.

Dr. Bollar is a fantastic veterinarian. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Great bed side manner and genuinely cares for the animals. Very patient with me and all my questions. Office is very clean. Laurie is so kind. She has helped me with scheduling and explains everything. All the staff is great, including Forest and Scout!

Our pup had to come in for a split nail. The ladies at the front were super nice and helpful. The vet was extremely nice and knew what to do right away for her. Our vet tech handled our dog like it was her own . There is always a nice feeling when someone doesthat. Nothing crazy for us in a visit but for a traveling dog on the go this a 5 star across. Quick and easy.

Took my girl Pixie in to get spayed they were amazing and even did a check up call a few days after. I was a little nervous with her chewing at first where they put the stitches but they checked on her for me and all was well. With some great feed back and recommendations on how to help it heal at home 🐱

This is the best clinic to bring your animals to, hands down! The staff is great and was able to get me a same day appointment for my dog, who needed a vet asap. Dr. Bollar is an amazing human, relating to animals, like I have never seen before. I would recommend Soda Springs Animal Clinic to everyone I know!

AMAZING!!!!! My boxer wasn't feeling well and we travel for work. I called them in a panic and they got my Roxy the boxer in within 20 minutes. I'm so thankful for these folks.

Very kind staff, minus Dr. Bollar. Very bad bedside manner, and rude. He has never once taken the time to correctly examine my dog. Made some very horrible assumptions, instead of getting to know my dog. Will not be going back. Dr. Cutler across town is a lot better with the animals, and is much cheaper.

The people at this animal clinic are so amazing they took care of my kitties and we came all the way from Preston and we were just really thankful that they were so helpful with our wild cats that we got fixed So thank you so much and we will come back and bring the rest of the wildcats post

I was on vacation at Lava Hot Springs when I needed to bring my dog in because of a supposed ear infection. From the moment I got in everyone was really kind and friendly. The Vet was really quick to diagnose my dog and was very calm and kind with him while doing a procedure. I was also worried it was going to cost a lot. It was very reasonable on pricing for all of what the did! Thanks for taking care of me and my dog!

They are friendly and knowledgeable. We brought our dog in for an emergency appointment on a holiday. They didn't ever make us feel like we were a bother. They did exactly what needed to be done, not any extra unnecessary procedures. Then they gave home and followup instructions thoroughly. I would go back EVERY time if I lived in the area.

The people at the Soda Springs Animal Clinic are fantastic. They are so kind and sweet to not only people, but they care so much about the animals that come through their door. I have had the opportunity to have them help me out two separate times, and both times they were fantastic.The Vets that are there are extremely knowledgeable and they are very good with animals. Dr. Cutler was able to calm my dog down enough to get her to allow him to look at her wound. He was so helpful when it came time for me to take my dog home and and gave me all the equipment necessary to take good care of my dog.Overall an excellent place to get care for your four legged family members.

Everyone at Soda Springs Animal clinic is kind, helpful and treat your pets like family. They were so compassionate when we had to put out Bageera cat to sleep. And they always take such great care of the rest of our pets and answer all our questions. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

This vet is fantastic!! We were in Soda Springs from out of state and We had an emergency late at night and he met us down at the office within 15 minutes. He then had to do surgery. He called afterward to let us know how our dog was and explained everything very well. I highly recommend!

our older dog needed her nails clipped. i called soda springs animal clinic and made an appointment for the.next day. the office staff were really nice and the walls had lots of products for sale. the office was spotless and cool and our dog was treated so sweetly! thank you.

Amazing staff and real empathy towards animals. First things after entering the room, the vet gently sat down on the floor and snuggled my Belgian Malinois. His exam was extremely through and left me with a sense of ease. Nothing is too good for my pup. You met my expectations. Good job.

I cannot believe they tried to spay a male cat or that they butcher animals. I took my dog there when her foot was severely severed from an accident and they saved her foot. Dr. Bollar performed 2 surgeries and was unfailingly gentle with her. All of the staff have shown amazing compassion for and love of animals each time I have taken her. They take time to know the animals individually and answer all questions thoroughly. They provided first class care in all areas and I have complete confidence in them to provide the best care possible for pets. I cannot imagine any of the things they were accused of in the other review happening there. I will continue to take my pets there and highly recommend them to others.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I typically go to the another vet in town, but my dog needed stitches as soon as possible and she wasn't available.I was told to take my dog there and that they would get to her when the doctor arrived and let me know what was to be done. I received a call AFTER they anesthetized her and gave her stitches. I asked when I could pick her up and was told I would get a call. No call. I finally called at the end of the day to see what was going on and they claimed they had tried to call me three times, which was untrue. I asked why I didn't get a call to let me know about the decision on the procedure for my dog. (Standard practice to get permission before performing a procedure, right?) I was told that's what they thought I wanted. Only then did they finally offer to let me speak to the veterinarian that did the stitches. I was so upset by this point that I told them I just wanted to leave. It took me FORTY minutes to pick up my dog and leave there. I'm frustrated that they are so terrible at communication and then were dishonest to try to protect themselves when I got upset. In correspondence since then, they have failed to follow-up with me in a timely manner and I am just amazed that they run a business this way. I am grateful that they were able to stitch my dog, but so frustrated with their business practices. Don't even get me started on their high prices! I will NOT be going back if I can help it!!

Dr. Bollar and staff have taken care of our pets like they are family. When our dog died at home, Dr. Bollar offered to drive 20+ miles to our house to pick him up. Laurie, the front office manager is so great at explaining everything in detail - including diet, procedures, medications, and even making sure all discounts are applied. Cassie, an extremely smart and caring vet tech has even delivered medications to our home when needed. I couldn't ask for anything more!
