We went here on a recent trip because of the great reviews and we're not disappointed!We got breakfast the sausage and biscuits and farmer skillet were delicious!! The pancakes so fluffy.They even made my son mini corn dogs and fries before lunch officially started. They made his whole day and their fry sauce according to him gets 52 out of 5 stars.Great food , friendly staff and great atmosphere.If you find yourself anywhere near Soda Springs, ID do yourself a favor and eat here!!!!Kid-friendliness: Coloring sheets and wait staff was very friendly and kind to the kids

I love little gems and on a recent drive from Utah to Jackson Hole we discovered Main Street Diner in Soda Springs ID.We felt a little out of place when we entered (maybe they didn't expect to see a guy in shorts in November), but we quickly felt welcome by the very attentive and kind staff.Our waitress recommended the chicken fried steak so we got that to share and a side of fries - all of it was very good.I'm happy we stopped inMy only suggestion for the place is to have some light music playing - it was quiet and we felt we needed to talk quietly.

Cute little Diner in Soda Springs. I was impressed with the service. They got our orange juice and coffee right away. Put in our order of chicken fried steak skillet, and biscuit and gravy combo. Within 10 minutes we had our food. Cooked right with over easy eggs and flavor. Sausage gravy was great. Definitely a place worth stopping in if your going through, or just down the road at Lava Hot Springs

Stopped in for breakfast on our way through town and sure glad we did. Our veggie skillet with eggs as delicious. Comes with a pancake and biscuit. Delicious!! Excellent customer service.

The nicest, friendliest staff. Service was quick and the prices reasonable. The food was out of this world. Just look at that omelet!If you're visiting the geyser, this place is definitely a great place to stop for breakfast or lunch.

Dinner setting. The service was really good and fast. The sandwiches are simple, but fresh and tasty. We got in and out in 30 minutes so we were able to check out the geyser on the hour.

Great food great peopleBut if you have a service animal don't go here, service animals are not aloud that's the only reason they didn't get 5 stars. We couldn't eat there this trip (from Utah) because we have a service dog.

Locals bar and grilled. Stopped for lunch on our way to Craters of the Moon. Stop and have a burger and to say hey to Thelma, sweetest lady working the bar.

This place is a joke. They serve beer but won't allow people to drink. They say they are a family establishment but are rude to customers that bring there kids in and a baby makes a little mess. No wonder why they can't keep anyone. The foods not even that great the potatoes taste freezer burnt and the manager is super rude and unprofessional.

We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Plenty of tables, so no waiting and very friendly service. The food was delicious! The biscuits and sausage gravy were homemade and so fantastic. Clean restaurant, great staff and homemade food-we would definitely say it was worth the drive and much better than what we could have found in Lava.

The food was good. I had the aloha burger. I liked the bread it came on. And the flavor was great. The Patty was hand pressed and very good. The wife had the chicken wrap. Had good flavor but was on the dry side. Could use a little more sauce. Overall a good place to eat. Was a little pricey though. The service was a little slow. That's why only 4 stars. But overall I will go there again.

We've been criss-crossing the region trying restaurants, and Main Street Diner is way up high on the list now. The food was great. The service was friendly. They were fast to feed us, despite the broad range of food on the menu. I saw the staff say hi to customers by name, and the customers greet each other by name. The "How's your mom and them?" factor is high here. So this place must be doing something right to keep the regulars coming in.

We ate here for my Birthday Lunch. The food was great and fresh. The onion rings were my favorite. Usually onion rings are difficult to eat, but I was able to bite in and not get the whole onion sliding out. I got a Turkey wrap which was huge and very filling. My hubby got the steak fingers and french fries. We were both very happy with our meal. The service was fast and efficient. Overall a good experience.

I was delighted. The food was hot and served promptly. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. The staff were friendly and accomodating. They payed attention to our beverages and did not leave us dry.Two things I really loved: they had plenty of high quality disposable dinner napkins available, not the cheap tissue type. Their women's bathroom was clean and also had higher quality furnishings that made it feel welcoming.

The server was nice and that is the only good thing I can say about this place. Had to wait an hour for food that was cold. When I sent it back it came still cold. When I ordered coffee, the waitress said I had to wait for them to wash some more cups. I ordered the Tex-Mex omelet and the meat tasted like dog food. Gross! Left a good tip and just left hungry.
