This dollar store is way better than any of the other dollar stores in kootenai and Bonner County. Way more inventory and have things the other ones no longer have like screen protectors. And they had these shorts, also in black green, orange, and blue. Regular price on them, $24. I got 1 of each color. The employees here are great also, but the dollar tree has aways had great employees.

There was a fat little loudmouth in here. A person more worried about the last half hour of his labor, than customer service. I do not enter any business so that persons advertised to serve me can instead serve themselves. He was gross and annoying. But I did get some nice chew toys for my dog. I'm surprised any were left with that little annoying mouth surrounded by fat there. I would have assumed he would have devoured them all himself. I did speculate. He may have been developmentally disabled and if that is the case then my issue is not with him. It is with the moron in charge that thought he would be a good fit for the job.

Decent little store. It’s a nice place to stop if you need little things. I’m always surprised at what they have. Employees are always friendly and store has always been clean and organized.

The store itself is great! Happy to see something like this in the valley!! However, twice now I have called the store and both times the same woman has answered and she's not pleasant at all. She is short and not friendly and both times was quick to tell me no before I was even done asking the question. I was wanting to buy a couple of gift card for people in need and hoping to buy them over the phone to avoid making the drive. I totally understand being told no. But this woman was rude and just hung up without saying goodbye or anything. I think somebody friendlier with better customer service should be answering the phone. If it were only once, I wouldn't even comment. But twice now, over 3 weeks apart... Aside from the two phone calls, I think the store is great and clean and I hope to see it stay for awhile. Great selection of stuff. Can't beat $1 price tag!!

It's a great place to shop. It's a welcomed and affordable place to shop. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is that the employees aren't as sociable and pleasant as Valley folk are acquainted with. The employees are more disinterested and less engaging with their customers. It's nice to feel welcomed at a store. Don't feel that here, but still the store itself is great.

The staff is always courteous and friendly. They answer any questions and show you where stuff is at. I don't really like that they raised the price of everything to $1.25 though. Overall good experience every time I go there.

Asked manager to let us park anywhere in their parking lot because of a vehicle breakdown on Memorial Day. He told us to go find some public property to park on and didn’t care that our vehicle was not driveable. Very rude and abrupt - will never go to another dollar tree again.

Always a great experience at this Dollar Tree. The cashier was amazing and quick. Found everything I needed quickly and checked out faster than most places so I would recommend going here!

Our $ Tree is the greatest. Just wish they had all that expensive day old bread the others get.I like the cheese dip and egg rots ane mini's. Love the little bottles of med.s. the pet dept..The cleaning products*. The kitchen utensils👌 Tissues. Hair do-dads and Socks. Healthy Choice soup ***The cold latte's.There is something going in next to it..a gas station!?U know what we need is a milk hut. A place to stop just for milk. No running to the furthest poiint of a🤓😌huge store!

This is a chain store of the economy store Dollar Tree.It can be shocking to enter through the doors and be stunned to see so many items that are only a dollar each. Keep in mind that to make money, a vendor must pay a wholesaler for the product, pay their own employees, pay utilities, pay advertising, pay insurance, and yet make a profit.My favorite items here are the kitchen implements.Many people purchase the party items, especially costumes & balloons,Many families buy things here such as laundry detergent.Well recommended.

I'm happy we have a Dollar Store now in the Silver Valley but the store wasn't stocked fully and people weren't wearing face masks inside the store after day 3 of grand opening!!! 🤦🤬😢😷 This is a State Law now!! Mandatory Masks inside any public building!

Was a very good trip the only problem I had was something I got for my son didnt work and I didnt even leave the parking lot when he discovered it wasnt working the store manager wanted to give me a hard time on exchange it because I didnt have my received even though the same cashier was still there and I had been in and out three times taken all three of my kids in and out so they could choose the gifts for each other for Christmas but in the end he actually let me exchange it.

I got ripped off gave the lady $100 she gave me change for $50 had it on a receipt and the manager said go to hell he ain't going to do nothing about it
