This review goes directly to the management staff that was working tonight. Sorry I did not get her name. But I must say it is very unprofessional to be walking through your store on your phone Talking c*** about the employee and everything that employee said and did that ultimately got that person fired. I as customer should not have to hear that Do you realize how uncomfortable you made me feel The way you were talking about this person. You being in management you should know that those conversations belong privately in an office. From what I heard about what this person did your actions were just as bad or if not worse. I shop in this store about 3 to 4 times a week and I do hope to continue. If I was to give this store personally a review I think it deserves 5 stars the employees are great they're always polite and helpful. So take a little advice keep those conversations in your office customers don't wanna hear about it, It makes for a very bad shopping experience.

I personally been in many other family dollar stores around the magic Valley but nothing like this one. The Associates are so friendly, nice and professional. One of the things I like the most is that it's always clean, well stock and I find everything I need. AWSOME! Customer Service and prices. 100% recommend.

Definitely the best family dollar I've been to, always clean and organized. Every other one I've been to was dirty and cluttered, with more products on the floor than on the shelves. Staff is great as well.

The type of store that post “no one may enter without a face mask” and then no one (not even employees) wears a mask or social distances. Last straw for me was the long wait time to get checked out, then the back up clerk pulling the back of the line to her cash register instead of the next person in line. Worth the drive to go to Walmart in Jerome.

The casheir clerks are always nice. They shoulde be saluted!! Its not just health care workers that are at risk. They have personnel protection. What about us cashier s? Like lambs led to the slaughter. 😞
