It was 30 minutes til closing time and the girl with short hair and glasses was extremely rude. The second i walked in she yelled “we close in 20 min” then 10 min later she said the same thing. I love this store but i will go elsewhere if im going to be treated like an inconvenience. She constantly yelled to remind us that they were about to close. Customer service- no good👎🏽

Libby (manager) is extremely rude. When I was at check out, I realized that I had grabbed an incorrect item. As I went to get the right one (leaving my husband at the register), she audibly started to complain about how she hates customers. This was said in front of my husband.She overcharged me for two of my items. When I asked for her to adjust the price, she said she would not. Stating "The store is a mess and I am working on updating prices". Having worked in retail, I know that that is against federal advertising laws.She would not attempt to contact anybody higher hthan her. After I left, I heard her complain to another customer about me.Extremely unpleasant to talk with, pushy, rude, condescending, and breaking laws just to cover her mistakes.

Very nice staff that keep the store clean and as well-stocked as they can. If the shelf is empty, it is because they have not received a shipment. Some Family Dollars suck. This one does not.

Used to have sweet ladies. Went in two days ago. Cashier saw me come in and went immediately to the back of the store When I finished shopping she was still in the back By this time there was three people waiting to be check ed out. She said all that time she was helping another customer After ten minutes she came over and started checking out the last customer that came in. She was so rude said she was the manager and if we didn't like the service we didn't have to come back.The guys that work there are much nicer and very helpful. They focus on customer service. One of them checked an expiration and was wonderful. Ideal situation Check back with customers in front Manager spent all of her time with one person in the back ignoring the front customers. She was complaining bitterly that she was left all alone and took it out on the customers The "customer" in the back was a former employee who she was chit chatting with. What a unprofessional rude weird lady she was!

There was one cashier while another lady was sitting down on a phone. My wife and I counted nine others in line waiting to check out. The cashier that was willing to work was talking to customers about how she wants to be like this “hot person in a gym that can do pull ups”. Absolutely horrible customer service

Says they are open till 10 other than sundays till 9 but close doors 15 minutes before. And you call the store and it always a busy tone

Boxes all over the aisles so you can’t even walk down them. Employees just stand in the corner of the front of the store. Don’t even say anything to call you up to the register or while you are at the register. In fact, ever have employees argue with each other right in front of you about the other not doing their job, etc.? Yeah, it’s super awkward. No thanks, I’ll shop somewhere else.

This store is a mess, can't get through the cluttered aisles with a basket. This store is not wheel chair friendly. I don't see how they even pass fire code with all the mess. This store use to be clean and organized, but since they moved shelves around and added coolers, it is cramped, cluttered, unorganized and a filthy mess.

would give them five stars very nice ladies and good customer service. On occasion I have had to hunt down a cashier because I realize they need to stock shelves etc but they need a buzzer or bell to alert them of a customer's presence

This is the worst store I’ve ever been into in my entire life. It is dirty boxes everywhere food not put away one cashier working when there’s nine people in line . The store manager should be fired

If you don't close until 9 you shouldn't lock things up and tell customers "I can't sell any, they're already counted and locked up." Horrible customer service, closing duties should be done after the store is closed.

A very nice shopping experience for me at Family Dollar. The ladies there helped me find what I was looking for and it was a well stocked, clean store. A must visit next time you are in Shelley ID.

The customer service there is horrible.. the only one that is nice is cora but the rest like seriously glare at u and dont say a word to you... and if ur open till a certain time u need to not lock doors or cigarettes till then.. this place has gone to crap... i seriously only go in if i absolutely have too.. also u cant even get ahold of somebody when calling ive been trying all morning because my husband went in last night to buy something i needed an some pop and then he gets home and he had paid for the one thing i needed the most an it wasnt even in our bag ive been callin since last night an still nothin... common people learn to do your damn jobs or let the people that actually will be nice and do their jibs have yours!!!!!

The girls here need to smile. I always try talking to them because they look like they are having a horrible day every day. Im glad someone else noticed they are kinda anti-social, i really thought they just hated me. I want to take over and bring some positive vibes along.
