The thing that frustrated me is I switched over from one pharmacy to this pharmacy thinking in the long run since I live in shelley would be better.. poor communication on there part and I had never received a call saying that they were ready not knowing how long they were sitting there ready..

There has been multiple times when I have called in and they have been able to add extra small things to my order just out of convenience so I don't have to get out of the car. I have had a UTI and I have been able to skip going to the doctor completely and simply go straight to the pharmacy and they were even able to bill my insurance! Thank you thank you thank you for making my life is much easier!

I just visited the store. I watched Tifny check out a woman ahead of me in line. Tifny had many opportunities to become short and frustrated as the woman fumbled through the process. Tifny was kind, patient, and respectful as she corrected the woman’s errors. The whole transaction ended with the woman walking off without all her bags. Tifny ran the bag over to her and offered words of encouragement to a coworker as she turned her attention to checking me out. It was a wonderful example of customer service and teamwork. Wonderful to see.

Staff Are SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, Very inconsiderate and self centered. Walmart pharmacy treats their VALUED (and returning) customers 1000x better than this pharmacy. Staff definitely Need an attitude adjustment or retrained

They are awesome. Very helpful and I love that I don’t have to tell them my name because they take time to know who you are. Love the home town feel. All of them are super nice. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

worst pharmacy i’ve ever experienced. never had orders when they say. they make you play a long waiting game. i wouldn’t even give the one star, they suck.
