Broulims is a fantastic grocery store. They are family owned and are local to Southeastern Idaho. Everyone I know prefers the experience they get shopping here versus Winco or Walmart. The selection of groceries is fairly broad. In fact, you can request items if you can’t find it. They have a great in-store bakery, deli, and produce departments. They deli will custom cut meat for you, if you ask. They always keep the store clean and the employees are ultra nice. My family and I will continue to shop at this store. You should too.

Firstly I have lived in Shelley my entire life and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Huntsmens, Albertsons and now Broulums. Last year I was recognized as one of their top 50 customers (I'm sure money spent) my family will no longer be shopping here any longer. We have repeatedly brought home expired food, salad that is gross and most recently fried chicken missing breasts, dried out and barely hatched. The food and service have gone downhill and the prices have stayed high. We have moved to bi-weekly WinCo trips, have saved hundreds so far and will not be looking back. No more chances, will not be shopping there again.

Overpriced. Nicknamed "Broulims Unfresh Foods." Have had several issues with produce and inconsistent deli food. I've even unknowingly purchased a moldy pie. They remove moldy berries and then sell the light containers. Horrible employment practices. I hear employees complaining all the time. They will nitpick so they can fire you and not have to pay unemployment, when they don't need you anymore. I only shopped there for convenience and I'm switching to WinCo so I can save tons of money.

They used to be a very personable family business it's not that way so much anymore.It seems as though you're bothering them to buy their products if you have any questions and their meat department used to be a lot fresherI have always bought Albertson's meat and brolin says as good but it's just not fresh like it used to be

Fresh made doughnuts, fritters, cookies, and cakes. Prices are higher than other grocery stores, but they have a great selection, and they sometimes come from local farmers. They carry Red Button ice cream.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to this hard working staff for how they made my family feel important. My wife is recovering from surgery and I could not shop the next couple days. They helped me get the items I needed. Shout out to, Nancy Greene-Manager, Dave-Meat Manager, Brylee, Sophia, Kathie and Esmeralda. These kind folks helped me get my shopping done and made my wife's Valentine's day perfect. These folks are a absolute blessing to the community. I'd give 10 stars if they let me. The world needs more kind folks like this.

Broulim's is a great grocery store, I've been to several of their locations and they are consistently fine. I would like to live near to one and I would go there all the time but I don't. At Christmas time, Mrs. Broulim comes around and brings her organ and plays Christmas songs which I think is great. Joe Albertson doesn't do that.

Great Steaks and good deals on 12 pack Sodas. I will make special trips just to get these items. Employees are nice and asked if I needed help finding something when I was looking at their selection of coffee/teas.

Looked good but these guys close at 8:30 pm. I stoped in to get some chicken, as advertised until 8:30 and about 10 minutes early they had already closed shop. I get it, but maybe you should post that you close at 8:15 instead so somebody doesn’t drop in for a bite and come up empty handed?

I'm constantly having to check dates on food more than any other grocery store. Usually, I only worry about dates on stuff like produce, meat, dairy, bread, and stuff that I rarely use. However, when I go into this store, I have to check dates on everything. Tired of complaining to management, it didn't help; they simply stated, "Oh, we don't have a manager over that area." I'm sorry you have other people who work in that area that can do that. The fact that I go in their buy something that months to even years out of date because I didn't think to check the date before I bought a can of pasta sauce or can of tuna or something is uncalled for. I don't think I should really have to worry about that it's their job, not mine.

I went there for just a simple shopping trip and everyone was so helpful. The deli lady was super helpful and smiling 😃 Another employee hurried and brought me a bag of cereal that fell out of the cart. At the checkstand I told the checker I'd forgotten something. The lady behind me said basically go ahead, not in a hurry, she was putting items on the belt. This was AWESOME! If a shopping trip can restore your faith in humanity, bravo. Not to be corny, I almost get emotional thinking about this. THANK YOU!

I went and bought lunch here at their cafeteria area and got chicken, potatoe wedges and mashed potatoes. And it was delicious, Broulims is the best, clean store, good pharmacy, and a wonderful selection of items

Last $30 I ever spend, straight called me a liar about the meat being on sale. Triple checked before I got up to the counter. When asked about it being on sale, an associate went to go double check, but she had no idea what she was even looking for. And then proceeded to tell me that all meat have tags on them. After I told them i didn't want the meat and checked out, I went back to the store and watched that same associate put it in the same spot under $5.99. Called and asked for a manager, ask for her name, (of course she didnt tell me) so happens to be the one that checked me out. Of course she's gonna go check and say the exact same thing. What a joke. Never again.

Great store, lots of options, great vegetables, and good meat. I appreciate that so much. Thank you, great, very, clean store. The outside needs lite up like the inside of the store, it's so uplifting on the inside as soon as you walk in, it would be nice if it was that inviting from the street.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize a deli associate that went above and beyond for me last night. Her name is Sandy. It was late when I came in and I could see she had just finished cleaning the meat slicer. I felt bad asking if she could still get me a lb of roast beef and without hesitation she said "of course". I know it was late and she was tired, but she smiled and politely chatted with me. She never acted put out or annoyed. She was incredibly kind and accomodating in a situation where many people wouldn't be. I just wanted to thank her personally.
