This is a great location. Always friendly and the food is hot and well-prepared. They are always accepting of my family when we come in to eat, and insist on cleaning up the messes my little ones make sometimes.Thank you all, you are a gem in our small town.

I guess they were anxious to go home at 8:40 pm when they closed at 9:30 pm. It took 5 minutes to give my order. They were only taking care of the orders at their own convenience. I only ordered a shake. Only one. The guy that took my order swept the floor while 2 others were cleaning up. Finally after about 10 minutes they started to make the shake. If you need to start cleaning take care of the customers first. One person in the line did not even bother staying.

We stopped here for some ice cream and they were good. The large size is disappointing because it's more of a medium size than a large size.We went through the drive-thru and it moved quite well.We feel like we can recommend this place.

Never once has my order been correct. Just today my son got ice cold chicken rings mixed in with hot ones. How does that happen? Don't even think about ordering a diet drink. You won't get it. So diabetics stay away. Managers leave teenage incompetents in charge so they can go have their smoke break together. If more than three people are in the restaurant, don't expect your order for at least 15 minutes.

The burgers are not very good because sometimes they are not fresh. Almost taste like they have been sitting in hot water waiting to be ordered.. the Fries and other fried food is amazing! High quality.. and in most cases made to order.. Shakes are good.. but overpriced. I paid over $4 for a small..

WHY DOES THE SHELLEY ARCTIC CIRCLE CLOSE EARLY? It’s literally the only fast food place in the small town and is supposed to close at 9:30. I wanted a shake so I went. Got there at 9:10 and the open sign was off and nobody would take my order… that’s not the first time it’s happened either.

Today the tater tots were perfect especially with their signature fry sauce and the place was clean and well kept. The young man at the counter looked bored as could be so head on in an give that place some business. Anytime is a great time for an ice cream cone!

One of the best Arctic Circles in the area! If I can get to it, I vastly prefer it. People are friendly, the service is great and quick. It just has a edge to it that makes it better.

I gave up on Arctic circle in Utah. Every location I visited have lackadaisical employees, meh food, sticky greasy tables. But this location in Shelley Idaho is a wonder. It is always clean inside, the employees are happy to see you whether inside or at the drive-thru. You are greeted and cared for. The food is prepared not just made. The corn dogs are simply the best you will ever have. Crispy on the outside, creamy soft cornbread on the inside and a tasty hot dog. And always the best crispy stick cornbread at the very end.

The food is over priced, the Burgers taste frozen almost wet..like they've Been steamed.? The fry sauce is way to sweet. I wouldn't advertise that it's real Halibut because that wasn't even anything fish!The staff look like they don't even want to be there. Don't waste your time or money on this pretend Arctic circle.

Food is definitely not worth the price. We ordered the fish, a cheeseburger and ultimate supreme taco salad. The taco salad was literally meat and lettuce. No cheese and three tomato slices. Highly disappointed. Now to the cheeseburger, I’ve never tasted something so gross. The meat tasted old, like it had been setting there for a long time and the bun pretty much was mushy from the mayo on it. Even taking the patty off the bun did not make it better. We ended up throwing more away than we ate. Only positive was the staff and fries. Oh and please make sure your fish taste like fish.

Examine the ratio of bad reviews to good ones. It's high.Then, consider the amount of trouble due to staff attitude.There's one older lady in particular that seems to be combative.Fast food is roughly the same most places, so perhaps servingit without being so bitter and antisocial that it appears in severalreviews of your location might be a game plan to explore.This is probably a franchise where the operator is comfortableallowing this to continue, but there are untold amounts of moneysteering clear of this place because of the angry mean lady.I would rate zero stars if the system allowed.

We recently stopped by Artic Circle in Shelley after a volleyball game. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. During our visit the manager or owner, I'm not sure who he was, came out with an ice cream treat and asked which of our players had the best save of the night. He then gave the player the treat! It was a fun unexpected surprise and I appreciate he thoughtfulness.

Well, as far as fast food is concerned I have to say that their burgers are pretty tasty. Great amount of freshness. Their fries were alright, but not amazing. Good, quick service and friendly manner.

2017-It never fails. Time and time again they always forget some of my order. Not one time at this location has my order contained eveything.NOW- I have to say it has turned around since the new ownership. Complete 180, better food, better service and never anything missing!

The restaurant and food were fine, but the girl who took our order was one of the rudest people I've ever seen! She should NOT be helping customers if that's how she treats all of them! I'm glad that isn't my regular Arctic Circle!!!

My family went here on Labor Day, and the food was excellent, the flavor burst ice cream was flavorful, and the service was beyond expectations. The employees were among the nicest and honest people I've seen.

Ordered a bag of cheeseburgers and not a single one was fresh. The buns were dry, the lettuce was almost brown, entire burger was cold. Staff was not friendly and "accidentally" cussed over the mic while taking our order and rushing us.

Our whole family had a great experience! It's the cleanest Arctic circle I've ever been in, and the staff was clean and kind and efficient. Great food and great experience! The owner is incredibly kind!

didn't even acknowledge us. we went through the drive through and waited at the menu sign and no one answered. so we went up to the window. same thing. there was a sign letting customers know they would be closing at 9 but it was only 7:50ish. a girl was mopping the floor right by the window and still didn't even see us. we ended up driving off.

The employees seem to care less about the customers and the quality of food is a disgrace. I’ve given these guys so many chances to redeem themselves but they consistently do not meet my expectations.
