Great family owned grocery store. The Sandpoint store is new and has an easy layout and fully stocked with everything one would expect from a grocery store. The weekly deals can be real money savers. This is the place to shop for groceries when vacationing in Sagle, Sandpoint, Ponderay area.

Super one is a nice store. Friendly staff. But they don't keep mango Pepsi on the shelf. Someone is buying it if it can.t be kept on the shelf. Pepsi get mango Pepsi into a cube. I am close to going to another product because I can not get what I want. Also the bakery needs to have doughnuts with white icing. If you don't carry them I don't.t buy doughnuts. It must be easy to ice a couple dozen white frosting. Make life a bit easier.

Great produce & organic section. So happy to hear that they don’t carry any produce with Apeel. I’ve shopped at the local co-op for years and hate that I had to ask every time which items had Apeel on them.I will say some prices are more expensive than the local co-op, but overall the selection is much better. And the employees that helped me today were great! I can’t wait to go grocery shopping again! You just got yourself a new customer!!!

Used to love this store, now I can’t buy much I want. I go in about 6:30- 7 am no staff in the deli, the deli closes deli closes at 7 pm and if you go at 7:05 PM they act bothered and rude while starting their cleanup. For a couple months this summer you couldn’t buy any boneless skinless chicken products in the meat department. They were sold out daily not to mention the numerous out of stocks on the shelves, such as Viva towels, ad items basically anything on sale that’s gonna be out of stock. Everything is going downhill in this location and there’s no sign of improvement in the near future.

Impressive selection of hard to find foods. Large produce section, including organic produce premixed salads, fruit plates, and warm fresh soup at the deli. They’re well supplied with international garnishes and hard to find items.

All the groceries you need and not too pricey! They have 25¢ Ice Cream too! (As do most super 1's) The only thing I don't like are those blind aisle corners tho, I almost ran into about 8 people coming around the corner 😬. Here's a fruit salad from their produce today :P

Iv gone to almost every supper 1 location and tried their donuts but Sandpoint seams to fail these past few yrs on size, icing(lack of), and filling. They are the only location that you think you got a Boston cream filling but it's something way different iv found Carmel, cream cheese frosting, jelly filling in both chocolate and Mapple iced donuts and was such a disappointment when you go to the store for something specific and get home to bite into something like a Carmel filled chocolate donut. Maybe put labels out or stop experimenting!

The over all consistency of service has fallen below acceptable standards. I drive to better stores that are stocked with the items i buy and staffed to serve the customer. Limited hours of service in the deli and bakery are leaving a lot of items unavailable, like fresh rotissere chickens. The Sandpoint store needs a new manager.

Kudos to David! I was trying to pull my card out of my wallet when it slipped through my fingers, and fell down between the edge of the self checkout stand, and the cashier stand. I thought it was gone forever, because the space is so small and the stands are bolted to the floor! He got creative and managed to pull out my card! Thank you David for going the extra mile and helping this old, embarrassed lady out!

Used to be the best store in town. We buy all of our meat and groceries here. I particularly always source beef ribs here. They have always been very meaty and well priced. Lately, however, the ribs are completely shaved of meat and the price is exorbitant for bones with shreds of meat. I talked to the meat cutter and he treated me like I was clueless and said there was plenty of meat on the ribs while I was showing him they were literally just bones. What I want is ribs with meat and he refused. What kind of dishonest service is this? The quality is nonexistent and the service is terrible. Too bad.

I especially love Super 1 for produce and meat! They keep the store neat and clean, and the staff are always friendly. My kids love a treat of soft serve ice cream from the deli area too. I like the value and quality we get here!

I like to bulk shop once maybe twice monthly. So my grocery bill is fairly predictable. Single person, try to eat clean & healthy. However, since inflation my grocery bill has more than doubled in my total spending at OTHER stores. Feels like I'm spending enough to feed 3 people mthly at OTHER stores. Here at Super 1 Foods, I'm paying only a bit more than before inflation *compared to other grocery stores nearby. I can find most products I like & are a staple to me. i.e organic, clean, non GMO, no preservatives, natural products. I like the fresh produce & organic selections. I appreciate the friendly customer service. Tho, I've found customer service everywhere I've been up here in the North extremely gracious & efficient. Will be glad to continue to shop here for my bulk grocery supply needs. Tho I'll be buying meat & eggs from local farmers/ranchers soon & also intend to start buying some produce seasonally from local farmers, ranchers & homesteaders. I for sure will continue to get other groceries, paper towels, toilet paper, etc from here at Super 1 Foods.

Lowest prices in town of the supermarkets. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very nice selection of natural/organic packaged foods. Only a modest selection of organic produce, though. People love the soft-serve ice cream in the deli. The fried chicken is delicious and a great bargain.A compounding pharmacy is located in the store.Overall, not the nicest atmosphere but it's where to go for the best combination of price and selection.

This sandpoint branch has a great staff! They are all super friendly and helpful. Everyone I've encountered there does an amazing job. They are all "people" people. I feel comfortable shopping there and appreciate their prices.They also have a large section dedicated to organics and gluten free stuff, including frozen & refrigerated.Great place to shop!
